Well i had alot of questions about so many stuff
So i went to the live chat
She logged and viewed my issues. And gave me all the answers with all the details about it once the chat started. With means shes a professional at her work at a support.
Also she was so fast at answering my questions and helping me so quick in a short time.
Yet she was humble and potile, nice & with a great manners.
And she bare my many questions and answered them all with a friendly smile.

Cost me more than $200 to send a few books AND it took them almost TWO WEEKS to get here. Utterly disgusting. I use forward2me in the UK they charge half the amount and in takes 4 days to get Australia.If I were you I would save my money and go elsewhere!

Simply the Best

I've used other forwarding services before, but MyUS is simply the best one. Site is easy to use. There are lots of options for shipping and other services. Packing is impeccable. As a U.S. expat living overseas, MyUS is a must-have service.

I've used MyUS for over 10 years and in 3 countries. They are consistent, prompt, communicative and IF there is an issue it has been resolved quickly. Court was my customer service rep for an issue created by the company who sent the goods to MyUS, but Court was able to fix the issue in under 5 min. Well done MyUS, keep up the great work!

EVERYBODY MUST ASK FOR DDP WRITTEN ON THE INVOICE!
Ask for the international code DDP Custom duty are lower, but MyUS don't want help!
Now it's really bad!
