I recently made a substantial purchase and needed it to be freight forwarded via the MyUS service. I had difficulty getting into my account and was concerned that the goods would arrive but that there might be problems with my account. Thru our online chat Kelly was able to put my mind at ease. I'm located in Australia but my communication with Kelly was easy and successful.

The service is very wonderful myus site in a private deal in livechat almost three hours before I spoke with the employee and asked about my shipment The answer was not reassuring, but I spoke with a member of staff teresa has Atminnt on my shipment

Crazy good service

This company has been easy breezy to deal with since I first started a couple of years ago however in the last package I received one of my items looks like it may have been missed out. It's easily replaceable and didn't cost an arm and a leg but it was the customer service provided by Kelly on the Live Chat option somehow made this item worth losing! Her service was prompt, polite and had a nice personal touch to it that made it less like dealing with a computer and more like dealing with someone who really cares. Her service was A+++. Good job MyUS on not just providing an awesome service but for having employees like Kelly.

A+++ in communications, A+++ in keeping one up to date on what's happening with the packages and shipment no matter how difficult, A+++ in explaining details etc etc etc... Can't say enough good things about MyUS.com... This time around on live chat I had Kelly who was extremely helpful in answering any and all of my questions and guided me through making some changes to my shipment etc...

Wanted to close my account. The alternate solution provided by MyUs Agent named Kelly over chat was really smart and elegant. So I continue my account with myUs as a Standard membership. I understand that I can switch account to Premium from Standard in future.
