Prices are Higher Than Expected

I just started using My US again after several year and now I remember why I stopped using them. Every package have pounds tacked on before shipping. Every shipment is higher in cost than estimated. NOT GOOD

We specialize in package consolidation and encourage you to have your orders consolidated to receive the maximum amount of savings on shipping. The higher your shipping weight with our company, the lower your shipping costs are per pound.

If you are in a country where Dimensional Weight can apply, shipping costs are based on the greater of Actual Weight and Dimensional Weight. Actual Weight is based on the weight of your package as measured on a scale. Dimensional Weight is based on the size of your package. All international couriers use the greater of Actual Weight or Dimensional Weight as the Billable Weight.

We are always happy to assist you with estimating your shipping costs prior to purchasing or sending a package. Simply email us the weight and dimensions of the package and we will provide you with an estimate.

Super Smooth and incredibly fast.

Excellent company. Considered all the other US shipping companies but after exstensive reading of all reviews and ratings, i went with MyUs.
Thouroughly pleased i did.
Great website, excellent layout - really easy to understand and follow step by step. The personal shopper feature was also really easy and efficient to use.
Highly recommended.

I don't have enought words to describe my experience with MyUS.com. I had few problems on the way like its not hard enough to send to Bosnia and Herzegovina something and everytime they helped me with their customer service, especially I have to mention Jess. Jess was answering my e-mails on time and with full help. Real professionals and taking care about customers. They dont deserve 5 starts, i would give them 7*******.

Do Not Use MYus.com

Dear all,
I have been a customer with Myus for a long time. Take this advice, and DO NOT deal with them.

You wondering why?.
- when you have a lot of items, they make sure to ship everything in Two boxes, One is a big box but the other is a tiny bos with one item. :) For more money.

- From time to time if you didn't ship more often, they send a Ads magazine to your account, So if you remove it their system will pull out amount of money and they will return it as a credit. To force you to ship with them again :) for not losing this amount of money.
In the end, try another company like I did. You will feel a different experience.

Lost touch with customers

I have done business with MyUS for many years. But I think they have lost touch with customers now they have grown. The contrast with the companies I do business with (and have products send to MyUS) couldn't be larger! While the likes of Zappos and Amazon put the customer first and give the customer all the benefits of the doubt, is MyUS increasingly hiding behind confusing product information and price structures and lack any form of self reflection when I have a complaint...

To bad.

Ian is the guy!

Ian was outstanding! I spoke to numerous customer service reps from different companies that day because I needed answers to the questions MyUS had regarding the item that's on hold.

Though my issue isn't resolved yet, I appreciate Ian's commitment and zeal towards assisting me.

I wish that he'd follow up and do a temp check but I'm guessing MyUS doesn't do outbound calls.
