I just started using My US again after several year and now I remember why I stopped using them. Every package have pounds tacked on before shipping. Every shipment is higher in cost than estimated. NOT GOOD
I was contacting MyUs for one opened case and got at excellent support from " Teresa ".

Excellent company. Considered all the other US shipping companies but after exstensive reading of all reviews and ratings, i went with MyUs.

I don't have enought words to describe my experience with MyUS.com. I had few problems on the way like its not hard enough to send to Bosnia and Herzegovina something and everytime they helped me with their customer service, especially I have to mention Jess. Jess was answering my e-mails on time and with full help. Real professionals and taking care about customers. They dont deserve 5 starts, i would give them 7*******.
I say that becouse some time you pay money and you did not get what you want, with MyUS the metter is dufferent, still some services provided need to be free, but it's accepatable.

I have been a customer with Myus for a long time. Take this advice, and DO NOT deal with them.
You wondering why?.
- when you have a lot of items, they make sure to ship everything in Two boxes, One is a big box but the other is a tiny bos with one item. :) For more money.
- From time to time if you didn't ship more often, they send a Ads magazine to your account, So if you remove it their system will pull out amount of money and they will return it as a credit. To force you to ship with them again :) for not losing this amount of money.
In the end, try another company like I did. You will feel a different experience.

We have not heard back from you. We wanted to let you know that on some occasions a dangerous good item may have to placed in a separate shipping box. Please also rest assured we only log packages or magazines to your account which arrive addressed to your name and address. In the event you do not want an item you can easily discard the item directly from your account.

I had problem with my Credit Card Valification and Customer Service Representative Devin knew how to help me immediately and know how to fix my problem.
1st its very difficult to contact you. It took me couple of days to be abble to get hold of an agent. Dave was a bidg help and located my missing package in no time. Thanks Dave
There was a typo mistake on my mailing address that caused me alto of troubles and delay in receiving my shipment.
Being last few years out of my home town and performing duties for the United Nations in the Middle East, Western Africa and now in the UN Assistance Mission in Haiti I could imagine my being at all this difficult places without myUS.com.
Their expeditious way of purchasing ordered items are done on very professional and very friendly way and I am so grateful for their service and assistance.

I have done business with MyUS for many years. But I think they have lost touch with customers now they have grown. The contrast with the companies I do business with (and have products send to MyUS) couldn't be larger! While the likes of Zappos and Amazon put the customer first and give the customer all the benefits of the doubt, is MyUS increasingly hiding behind confusing product information and price structures and lack any form of self reflection when I have a complaint...
To bad.
Very expensive to ship to Australia and it's not an easy process with MyUs. Takes to much of my time in-between emails before it all got sorted.

Ian was outstanding! I spoke to numerous customer service reps from different companies that day because I needed answers to the questions MyUS had regarding the item that's on hold.
Though my issue isn't resolved yet, I appreciate Ian's commitment and zeal towards assisting me.
I wish that he'd follow up and do a temp check but I'm guessing MyUS doesn't do outbound calls.
