Worse experience ever, book my trip to Sevilla, 3 connections including TAP Portugal, 2 weeks after, I got an email from Mytrip, saying that my flight was cancel and because too many airline involved they could not guaranty my refund, but for 45 dollars they could try to get my money back, no phone available to call them.
I called TAP Portugal, my flight was no cancelled at all, so please I do not know who are this people but do not believe them, they are no serious, my bank and me spent hours trying to figure out that was going on, WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER, still I am not sure if everything will be ok with my trip in June...
Don't ever booked thru this company, you will be charge with every change you make, even the airline provide complimentary changes without charge. I booked my return ticket from Perth to Singapore on SIA and was charge AUD$200 more if I will to booked direct with SIA, when I wanted to extend the date, they charge me AUD$408 for service charge! This is will be my first and last and you have to wait over the phone for an hour or more with impatience answering agent!%$@#^%@

Scammers, did not pay for my luggage and I was fined at the airport by ryanair. Been 5 months since and have gotten 0 money back unfortunately. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM
I travel alot and I've never encountered this: On April 14,2022, I purchased two airline tickets for my wife and I for travel within Spain in SEPT 2022 via a local airline called "Volotea." I purchased the 2 tickets on-line through a website "My Trip.com" from my home in California. The total cost was $73.49. Included in my purchase was an add-on charge of $21.50 for a "flexible cancellation option" which allows for "free cancellation." Volotea also has a written policy which allows for free cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. I tried to cancel the tickets within 1 hour of purchase as I had inadvertently chosen the wrong destination in Spain.
Volotea said I would have to obtain the refund through the 3rd party thru whom I purchased the tickets by the name of "My Trip.com." I then called "My Trip" within 2 hours of purchase and tried to cancel for free. "My Trip.com" and they said they would charge me a penalty of $57 per passenger for any cancellation even if made within 24 hours of purchase notwithstanding the airline' policy allowing for free cancellation.
"My Trip.com" fails to warn customers of such penalty on their website and it is deceptive and misleading given I complied with the airline' policy allowing for free cancellation within 24 hours of purchase and given I purchased the flex-change ticket. "My Trip.com' actions violate California Business & Professions Code ******* which prohibits unfair competition and "any unlawful, unfair or fraudulent business act or practice including unfair, deceptive, untrue or misleading advertising."
I accidently booked a flight for the wring date and called immediately (5 minutes after) to cancel it. They charged me a $57 "cancellation fee" - wtf? Of course I went ahead and contacted my credit card company to dispute this charge. Stay away from them!
Booked and paid for my ticket well in advance. They emailed my a few hours before the departure saying they will not provide my agreed and paid for add-ons due to their own issues. No refund possible, customer service is nothing but a brick wall.

This is nothing but a group of thieves, scammers, and bold-faced liars. Undoubtedly the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life. When my flight was canceled by the airline, I was entitled to the full refund and called MyTrip immediately. I was placed on hold for 12+ hours; when I reached an agent, they were completely useless and then hung up on me. Then they removed their helpline so I had to email 5+ times, and got the same cut/paste response every single time. I waited 5 months to get a refund — and it only came because I filed a formal complaint with the government. Turns out MyTrip had the money the whole time, and they tried to cover it up with more stories and lies. If you are looking for flights, avoid this group at all costs.
This company change for nothing for example if you have a cancellation from airlines and want a refund you need to pay for that. Really not recommend
I booked a flight for 9 Apr22 for my wife on Malaysian Airlines from Adelaide, Australia to Sri Lanka however the flight was cancelled. No notification given by mytrip nrt Malaysian Airlines. Called Mytrip continuously (each call would last about 45mins to get through to operator. Was finally informed that the flight was rebooked to 10April and confirmation received. Checked flight on 10April on Malaysian Airline to double check but it was not showing up on their website. Went to the airport for the flight and was then informed by Malaysian Airline counter staff that although Mytrrip booked the flight the ticket was not re-issued and did not allow my wife to fly. I have now requested a refund. Absolutely disgraceful service by Mytrip. I would encourage any travellers tbooking through this agency not to do so. The hassle, pathetic service and complete lack of communication is simply not worth the lower ticket price.
STAY AWAY, recently booked through this shower for a return weekend to Dublin. Outgoing flight went well but on the return flight, we went to check our hold bag only to find out that it was not paid. Cost us an extra £50. Spent ages trying to claim it back from them (call centre in some far flung location). Got just less than half back after 2 weeks and lots of time wasted on phone calls and emails.
Very bad company. I have been waiting for my money for a canceled flight for two years. I will only receive an automatic reply to emails without any explanation. I will never choose this company again and I do not recommend others to choose it.
Were do I start this company totally let us down as we had to contact them on numerous occasion as we checked in and the boarding passes were supposed to arrive 24, hrs before they told us we would get them in an hours time 2 hrs before we left for the airport to be told on the site ( no phone calls or text) that we were not checked in so get the passes at the airport luckily the airline new about my trip and told us not to use them again as they did this all the time so the airline was really vgood and checked us in. Unfortunately we had the same problem coming back but they had booked a different airline I won't name them but they weren't good to us at all and told us we should not have used my trip and charged us £198. This I'm afraid does not end here as we had already booked with them to fly out 3 weeks later so we tried to get alternative flights but we couldn't find any as we also had a connecting flight to factor in with the times so l called the airline that my trip gave us and explained to them what had happened and as the flight was there could I buy the flight again with them. The lady was really good and said no you have a flight already so I will send a e ticket and you add the app with the flight reference and then you can deal direct with us. Please if you are thinking of using my trip DONT if you have already done the. Try and cancel if not, then call the airline and explain like we did, it's not worth the stress believe me this is a bad company, I will never use Skyscanner again as all of the hosts they use are money grabbers that don't deliver, why Skyscanner are using them?
Terrible customer service. My flight was changed by the airline, when I contacted MyTrip to reschedule they told me it would take 3-5 days. 14 days later I still had no response despite calling multiple times. 2 days before I was due to depart I contacted the airline direct and resolved the issue myself. The airline apologised on behalf of MyTrip and took control of the booking directly.
To make matters worse MyTrip refused to refund me their admin fee of £30 despite me having to do all the work myself and them completing absolutely nothing. I will never use them again.
Your money is at risk if U are booking with these guys and want to make changes modifications to the ticket. I was misguided and lost 700$ now. Utter nonsense and unprofessional company. Avoid them in all cases. If you still want to book with them. Be ready to wait long wait hours and they hang up on your face. Cheers!
Allow me to explain why... but first my credentials: I'm a Spaniard living in New Zealand. This trip is one or the longest you can do by plane, often requiring 3 or more flights and more that 24 hours total length. I've made this return trip once per year since 6 years ago, I believe this gives me some credit to talk about travel agencies.
In my life I have bought flights using different agencies and also directly with the aerline, both options have pros and cons and I could advice one or the other, it depends on your circumstances... unlesss... working with an agency like myTrip.
Pretty much the cheapest agency in the market it has a great appeal to cheap travelers but nothing further from the truth, you will end up paying money for nothing.
In my experience (an my partners), after several flight cancelations form the airline, myTrip ran out of options to offer so the only thing they could offer us was a flight cancelation process that cost us 400 dollars each. The money you paid (minus the 400 bucks) takes months to get to your account and you still have to buy new tickets if you want to travel. If this is not a scam nothing is.
The client service number is by far the worst I've seen in any country in any industry. They only speak english and not great, some of them don't have much experience dealing with people, they make you wait for ours and often hang on you with no reason, more often than not they have not solution to your problems and no answer to your questions... blank... also when they give you information, often is misleading or directly wrong.
CONCLUSION: This agency (myTrip) wouldn't be worth even if they offer you free flights since they will end up forcing you to cancel and paying 400 bucks out of your pocket. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I booked a flight through mytrip which cost around £23.35. Unfortunately, the flight was canceled so that flying was no longer possible. Wanted a refund. Mytrip refuses to pay for this, stating that the handling fee is £30. Although i didn't get a message from mytrip about the flight cancellation. And cannot refund. I've never heard anything like that. If I don't get the service, why should I pay the handling fee? Rather pay 2-3£ more and book with the airline

This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
