Called and was put on hold for 3 hours yesterday and 1 hour today, nobody picks up - just waiting music.
I have paid 166 GBP for a booking that i have revived zero confirmation of. Flight is soon and the booking/payment was made more than 2 weeks ago.
Do not trust this company.
I booked my tic with them then the airlines changed my inbound flight but not the connecting flight. So I have to contact MyTrip.com after 50 times if not more because the phone keeps dropping and no reply to emails. They asked me to $55 to changed the whole inbound to 30 Apr. I paid but the trip was changed to 30 May instead. I contacted them via email no reply, called them like 50 times then I was asked to pay add $193 to get it change to 30 Apr. I paid but then the changes never happened. I have to contact my credit card company to cancel the transaction so that I can book a new trip with other company. MyTrip.com then challenge the charges and cancelled my tic. So now the they took my money $1128. 99 (plus all the add charges to changed) and they cancelled my tic. This is FRAUD!
I booked a round trip flight and paid for a checked bag for both flights, when i checked in for the returning flight there was no checked bag on the reservation, i tried calling them i was on hold for 4 hours, when my flight was due to board i had to buy direct from the airline and pay a premium price, i disputed the charge
I have a problem with my flight and need to change it.
I have phoned them (the only way to change a flight) 5 times.
1st call I held on for 2 hours and they couldn't help. 2nd call 1.5 hours same problem. 3rd call 45 minutes and mid call I was cut off. 4th call 2 hours waiting and the call was dropped.
This is the worst service I have ever had with any company. Covid, war, whatever it is no excuse for lack of support.
I must say the customer service staff were very good.

Mytrip take 30 pounds fees for refund. But the ticket itself cost 50 pounds. They take more than a half. Why I should pay if flight was cancelled not because of me?

I booked flights to Poland with mytrip, less than 1 week later jet2 cancelled my outgoing flight and advise I would receive a full refund. It has taken numerous phone calls and emails to mytrip to get them to acknowledge this, it's been over 4 weeks now and I have still not received my refund. Now they are advising that they mytrip will be deducting their fees from my refund! Absolutely terrible service…. I highly recommend staying well clear of this company.
Disgusting service, making people wait on hold for hours telling BS that they cannot find the reason for the cancellation of the tickets (the flight was cancelled by the airline) and that they cannot even send a confirmation email or anything else! They are not on FB or Instagram, obviously hiding from customers like me and you. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! Some very dishonest people running this company. I know it will come back to them sooner or later.
My card was declined and my bank said it would not be process, MyTrip reprocessed it and than cancelled the flight. So I ended up being charged over 700 dollars with no tickets to show for it.

They sell seats that dont have, cancel flights without having a proper care of your timeframes and schedules. My family quit their jobs for taking this trip and visit me, we trusted this tickets.
The tickets were purchased 5 months before, every month was a new call from us asking for the status of the flight. Last week before the plane departure this people stop picking up calls and give no information.
Two days before the plane departure they send an email cancelling the flight, when try to contact them they dont pick up the phone.

Have booked flights from Kaohsiung to Vancouver few months ago, with 3 different airlines. Over a month ago received email regarding one of the trips has cancelled by airline. At that time sent an email to tw.mytrip.com. For the whole journey to cancel. Waiting for over a month and close to the departure date, I still can view my schedule under my itinerary today. I called them and the guy with bad English. And told me to wait for notifications from airline and they are processing the cancellation. This is ridiculous and non professional. The flight is two days from departure. And they haven't cancelled and refund to me.

The mytrip booking is a trap, there is no support to change / cancel the ticket, no chance to reach the call center and more than Hr i was on queue to speak to get support for reschedule the ticket, unfortunately, no response from 24x7 call center, also, No response on cancellation request.
I would request to all customers be careful with this stupid system and please book the ticket directly with airline operators. DO NOT TRUST ANY MORE MYTRIP.
I can't give a 0 star review... I had to cancel my flight as a close family member sadly passed away. The airline agreed to waive their cancellation charges but Mytrip, so far, decided to keep the money stating T&Cs. This is really unacceptable. So Mytrip is keeping the ticket value and also the airport taxes and other taxes. Don't think this is legal but not according with Mytrip. I had all sorts of issues with agents during Covid and from now on I will only book directly with the airlines. Booking directly with the airlines may be more expensive but when things go wrong they are quick to resolve it.

I had purchased United Airline tickets through Mytrip.com for my travel to US (Phoenix, Arizona) and back to Mumbai. United Airline suspended the flights since it was using Russian airspace.
In this regard, I had to write more than 15 mails and call Mytrip's call center more than 8 times to ensure that a full refund application is registered.
Even after 15 days, this company is unable to get my refund done. Every time I call the call-center some low IQ guy keeps repeating what I see in their website. I am unable to understand, if UA has really made the refund to Mytrip or not.
The indian call-center of Mytrip.com is handled by a bunch of ill-mannered staff who does not have proper knowledge of the work they are assigned.
After introducing card credentials and confirming flight purchase, page keeps loading for a long and Mytrip sends e-mail saying there was an unexpected error and asking to try the purchase again. If you do that, afterwards you will get 2 tickets and be charged 2x. If you cancel they might refund you partly, but will keep some "fees" for them (80€ in my case). Already tried to reach them through multiple channels, but never get a proper response.
Booked 4 flights through them, and one got canceled. When I asked for refund multipe times, I got only automatically generated emails. When I called the customer service, I waited for half an hour, the guy that picked up barely spoke english, and then left me waiting on the line for half an hour again, before I hung up. Clearly they had no intention of refunding me, although they had been refunded by ryanair right after the cancellation.
I did get my money back finally, because I asked skyscanner (I found mytrip through their website, where it btw has a good rating somehow) to contact them, so I am writing this in case someone is in a similar situation.
I had the worst experience with this company with no person to talk to. Even via emails there is no help. Do not order flights through them!
Had 2 flights with layovers- both were a mess! My tickets were really bad booked, thank god for help from Air Canada that were able to change my flight at the airport because all my tickets were a mess! My lesson is not to get close to MyTrip.com and better pay more and order via the flight company website.

My flights were cancelled by the airline but on their website they are asking me to check in. What?
By law I am entitled for a refund but they are ignoring my emails and there is no way to get hold of them.
