I book a flight and did a mistake, try to cancel flight, after booking in 5min by the way! This $#*! company try to make money over me, but it's always after booking you have 24 hours for having a full return! They try got 50 euros for cancellation or changing! Never have any deal with them!

Please stay away. Otherwise if you want to waste your time and money than be my guest. I have been trying to get my refund which I was entitled to. It has been 18 months and I still haven't received my refund.
Every time I call they say they are processing. I contacted the airline. The airline company said that my refund was given in February 2021. And I do not know why "mytrip" is stealing and still have kept my refund and are refusing to give me.
They hide your airline rights from you. I received an email after trying to reach them for a month, that my ticket is not refundable. When I double-checked with the airline company I learned that my ticket is actually refundable! They would like to keep the money to themselves and give you directly false information to steal your money.
Plus, the so-called call service just does not answer your phone. This means that you cannot inform them that you need to change the flight before the take-off! This results as a " no-show" to your flight, therefore you can't get a refund.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! NEVER AGAIN! I attempted to buy the flight and when I was processing the payment, I got a notice that there was an error with the payment. I tried again and I got the notice that there was an error with the payment AGAIN!
I hence gave up and proceeded with buying the flight from elsewhere. However, when I checked my email, I realised that mytrip had actually processed the payment after all! I now have paid for two tickets of the same flight. I tried calling their '24 hour service' right after i received the email (16:37). They left me on the line for 57 minutes and then the line fell. I tried again at about 18:30. This time they left me on the line for 24 minutes. I managed to get through the following morning only to be told that i should have contacted them immediately and that now its not possible to cancel booking. They didnt even offer to refund their commission. Finally they asked me for the proof of the payment problem notice which unfortunately I didnt take a screen shot of. Never ever again mytrip! TERRIBLE SERVICE!
They are a scam never use them i arrived in the airport with all luggage paid for and i was told that it was not on my booking then i called my trip for a refund an they said they will give that was the last i heard i have not seen a penny back they are a scam
The confirmation I recieved was one day earlier than the flight I actually booked. The "refund" guarantee was actually a voucher which I did not recieve. For customer "service" I waited over an hour with "quick response" package which I regrettably paid for. Stay well away from this fraudulent site
By far the WORST customer experience I've ever had. Have had to make SEVERAL calls after being hung up on. Flight was cancelled due to operational issues, airline mentioned they refunded the 3rd party (My Trip) on 4/13. I called (My Trip) to get the money back and they told me there was a $71.00 charge to REFUND ME MY MONEY! Not only did my flight get cancelled, I had to purchase another flight, I wont get my money owed to me back. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!
Purchased a flight and insurance through mytrip and was given an open ticket to use within the year. Tried for weeks to reschedule the trip, I've been hung up on multiple times while on hold, or they claim to put in the new ticket and say they will contact me back and never do. This is a complete scam, I am now having to take legal action to get my money back.
I ordered 7 tickets for a vacation with my family in Madrid before the pandemic started. Trying to reach mytrip costumer service was truly a nightmare. Phones, emails, through their websites, anything I can and they are always saying that they will reach me back and never do. The funny thing is that we purchase cancellation insurance, and with the global situation it is more than obvious that we shall get a refund for our tickets (2 persons are in high risk due to COVID-19).
We had enough, we are about to sue this horrible company. Do your self a favor and stay away.

Awful service. Don't buy with them! My boyfriend gifted me a return ticket to Brisbane-Queensland. The pandemic affected the whole world and Australia closed its border for longer. Queensland with the omicrom closed again. My trip is refusing to rebook/refund.

I booked my flight via Mytrip and started my check in process well within time and had several issues as their site kept giving me errors. I made a screenshot of the errors and took it to the airport as the site said that there was an issue with my check-in and I have to do it at the airport. When I got to the airport to explain my situation I was told that I had to pay and it was happening to several customers. I called Mytrip during my stay abroad only to be out through to a customer service representative in India who could not help me. I called again a when I returned and yet again I was put through to India, only this time the rep told me that I needed to check in when I booked the flight and not 48 hrs before departure. She said that I should have received a message but nothing was sent to me. I am really frustrated about this experience and keep sending email to Mytrip, but they don't have the common courtesy to respond.

They don't respond to calls and emails. They have a fake number on their page that doesn't go through. They dont do refunds. Now i am stuck in the UK for 2 nights on my way to Canada.
Booked my flight and paid, next day received an email that my booking is cancelled due to "a technical reason". They also suggested that i book directly with the airline. Exactly, you should stay away and book directly with the airline or travel agent. Totally non trusted booking platform.
I book a wrong flight rather book on April i book on March instead. But I paid extra more than $200 for flexible flight and covid insurance. They never urge me that I need to get on the plane that is why I did not kwow I booked the wrong months untill April. All they do is to try to sell u more and more. I made a booking with mytrip from BHX to Paphos - order number LL4I6V. As soon as I made the booking I realised that I had accidentally added additional baggage at a cost of £133. I rang Mytrip immediately and was advised that I would need to speak to the airline (Jet2) directly, to get them to cancel the additional baggage and then make a refund for it to Mytrip, and they will then refund the money to me.
I did this straight away, Jet2 were super accommodating and processed the cancellation of the baggage and the refund immediately.
I then got back in touch with Mytrip to see if they had received the confirmation from Jet2 that they had cancelled and refunded my baggage costs. They said they had nothing, and that it is against their policy to make a refund! Even though their representative on the phone told me exactly what to do. They have now had their money refunded by jet2, and are refusing to give me any money back.
I am now £133 out of pocket, my baggage has been removed from the journey. And Mytrip have been absolutely unhelpful. They hang up the phone, they refuse to let me speak to a manager and state they will raise a call back, when someone does call back they point blank refuse to help you.
Also to point out I was charged £133 for additional luggage, when the cost should be £70. This company scams people out of money!
Flight was cancelled. They didn't even notify us, They were refunded as confirmed by the airline. After countless hours with their terrible customer service they still haven't refunded me. Been 3 months now. Do not use this crappy company.
