My trip. I went to Istanbul then I had heart attack 3 times. I am in serious health conditiins in hospital now. I have return ticket June 2 but I can not trip while I am in emergency room. Long story short I called them numerous time to change my ticket for next month. Their worker ( who dont speak English) repeated that I have to pay another $800-900 to return ticket. I wanted this changes for really seeious emergency situtaions. I almost had another heart attack about their act and no solve easy problem. This is ridicilious and unbelievible. NEVER AGAIN. Yet I asked refund my return flight at least just tax money. Of course they said NO REFUND. God is good
NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS! Due to internet connectivity issues, I accidentally booked the same flight (same names, travel dates, flight times - everything) twice. I attempted to cancel within 24 hours. Every time I call, I am on hold for 2 hours. They cannot address any of my issues, They say I must speak to the airline - the airline has approved the refund but they have held my money. I disputed with my credit card and now they will not process the refund for another 2 months due to the dispute. Total scam, 0 customer service. They wont answer and will not pick up.
Booked a flight for two persons to Canada for just over 2600 dollars and didn't recieve any confirmation/tickets. E-mailed the "mothercompany" Etraveli that withdrew the money but got no reply. Chatted via an autotranslated customer service (I'm Swedish) that promised the money would be in my account within five days. Didn't happen. Chatted again with the same (non-)result. Finally took the time to phone them and sit in the telephone queue, three miserable hours, and got the "within five days, I will ask the economy departement to speed it up". After a little more than 1.5 months the money is now back, but I would urge you to use a different company, it is too much hassle and uncertainty! I would also be wary of the "sister companies" as I had some troubles with seat24 last fall. Sister companies: Seat24, Supersaver, Gotogate, flybillet, flightmate, travelstart, flightnetwork.
We had to cancel a family holiday due to the Government putting a lockdown on the state we were travelling due to Covid.
After MANY attempts to call and get a refund with no success, I offered for them to use the credit for another flight (which was hlaf the cost of the original flight)
On hold, transferred to another department, on hold again, transferred again, on hold again... After 49 minutes on the phone they couldnt help, and said someone will call me back within 48 hours... That was 5 days ago! Surely something can be done to stop these fraudsters from stealing anyone else's hard earned money! NEVER AGAIN, AVOID THIS $#*!HOUSE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Cost us a new flight ticket to be able to travel.
Had to change my outbound flight, cost me twice the price the flight would be on sky scanner but if I rebooked separately i would have lost my return flight.
Took over two hours on hold to contact them, managed to change the flight and then 24 hours later they called and wanted another £40! Told if I didn't pay I would lose both flights. Absolutely disgraceful, they are little more than a scam site, avoid at all costs.
This is a fraud company.
I have had asked to cancel my flight and to receive a voucher.
Indeed, they gave me a voucher with value of 90% of the ticket -219 EUR
I used the voucher with half of the value and couldn't use the reminded amount!
When I called mytrip support, the agent told me that I am able to use the voucher only one time!
I asked to speak with a manager and they never ever get back to me!

One of the worst air- related experiences of my life.
I live in Malawi and I fly home to Ireland relatively regularly.
The final leg of my journey from Stockholm to Dublin was cancelled by Scandinavian Airlines. I was informed about this by MyTrip about two weeks out, which was fine, it happens. Mytrip asked did I want a refund. I said no- I would (clearly?) like you to find me another flight. They found me one the following day and I accepted. Happy as a clam.
I then spend the next week begging for my ticket. I very much had the suspicion they just did not book this alternate flight. Finally, about 5 days before my flight, I get my itinerary which, I kid you not, had me flying a day early (which was my original flight but I had made loads of plans thinking I was leaving a day later) ANDDD arriving into Stockholm at 6.40am and leave for Dublin at... 6am. Absolute madness.
Que chaos. No response to emails- 150 phone calls to them, and the airlines themselves because "Mytrip couldnt get through to them" LOL. I found a flight myself the following morning from Stockhom to Dublin with Scandinavian and begged Mytrip to just book me on it. If it wasnt so stressful it would have been very funny.
Nothing sorted by the time I head to the airport in Malawi but luckily I can still get on the flight to Stockholm. Thought that maybe something might have been figured out on the way to Stockholm- but of course not.
I get to Stockholm and THANK GOD the lovely women at Scandinavian Airways (who would have originally flown me from Stockholm to Dublin) managed to sort it out and get me to Dublin- via Frankfurt (i'll be planting a few trees!).
The funniest thing about this is that, as far as Mytrip are concerned I'm still in Stockholm! Quite funny.
Anyway will never ever ever ever ever ever use them again.
If I could leave 0 as a rating I would. They are a terrible company with very poor customer services, difficult to get hold of. They cancelled my flights in February, just days before my travelling date, leaving me no choice but to pay again to go and visit my sick relative. They claim the Airline has to refund, and the Airline has confirmed they have nothing to do with refund. Still waiting for it since February. Again, my advise, do not book via MyTrip. We paid 200 euros extra to mytrip for a flexible ticket, and then needed to change our dates, well that was not possible. To start with they did everything in their hands to stop us from exercising that possibility by being super hard to reach. We waited hours several times in the queue of their call center. They didn't respond to emails on time and sometimes even hung up the phone. Eventually after about twelve hours of calling attempts from us, fruitless conversations, unresponded emails and days waiting, we got an answer from them, they came back with an offer that equalled the cost a new single ticket.
Booked flight from Ho Chi Minh to Phuket, i received a booking reference that does not work on any system ( Mytrip / Vietjet). 2 weeks prior to the trip I received and email from Mytrip stating the airline cancelled the flight and I may not be eligible for a refund. I then received a subsequent email 1 week prior to the flight stating that because I cancelled my ticket (which i didn't see above) that I will not received a refund. Today 3 days before the flight i have received another email advising me to prepare for my flight, This is a copy of the first line from the email "With only a few days left before your departure, we are here to make your trip as smooth as possible" If I could rate this company 0 stars that would be too much.
I have since spoken with Vietjet and they advise no flights are actually scheduled for this route until 3rd of June.
I booked my flight ticket through their website along with checked baggage and hand luggage. They sent me a confirmation email and a travel document stating that my ticket included checked baggage. But they didn't send me the e-ticket, so I used the booking number to download the eticket from the airline's homepage. Unfortunately, my ticket does not have checked baggage even though I bought it when I booked my flight ticket. I contacted Mytrip, and they denied why I paid for checked baggage, there is confirmation email but not on my eticket. Then they sent me a link to buy checked baggage and it cost around NZD2800. Do you think I'm crazy if I pay for that? Then I wanted to cancel the ticket and book another with cheaper checked bag add on, the first time they told me the cancellation fee is NZD100 for 1 booking. I said this is not my fault, why am I being charged the cancellation fee. The second time when I called, they told me the cancellation fee is NZD350/ticket. My family has 3 tickets with them, so it will be nearly 1000. I don't accept that workaround, and they said they would response to me in 3 days. Anyway, I will never book through Mytrip again
STAFF IS DOING MONKET BUSINESS, NO HUMANITY. I SINCERELY REQUEST TO SUE THIS COMPANY. I SPENT HOURS AND BURNED MY MID-NIGHT OIL BUT NO USE. THIS IS AN INDIAN WEBSITE AND NEVER BUY ANY TICKETS USING CHEAP INDIAN WEBSITES. MOST OF THE INDIAN WEBSITES FOR ANY PURPOSE HAS BIG RED TAPE, EVEN AFTER 500 YEARS THIS INDIAN MENTALITY WON'T CHANGE. Terrible customer service who are uneducated and try to scam you. I requested a refund and they tried to claim that it was impossible. Luckily, I knew of the 24 hr regulation within the US and defend myself. Because it was still pending charge, it can be canceled. They then changed their minds. Stating I could only be given a partial refund because of the airline. Then they threatened that I had to decide within the 10 mins; otherwise, I would get nothing. They incorrectly said the airline was charging me a fee but when I checked the airline they said it would be free of charge.

1st issue my return flights was changed without consent, just told my new flight date 19 days different.
2nd check in wasn't possible in mytrip app. App said checkin at airport, check in cost £55 each. (9 of us)
3rd refund for changed flight has zero hope thanks to poor basically null customer support. Most the calls made were to the same person eating while on the phone.
Refund after 2 months and hours on a phone still not recieved, actually now saying its been made and case closed without listening or viewing proof.
Literally no customer service, no way to call them and get a refund even tho we paid the extra for the insurance. Never buying from this company ever again, It's a SCAM!
We tried to book tickets from Switzerland to Poland and while paying the site crashed. We did not receive the tickets, nor a confirmation email nor got the money deducted from our credit card. We waited 3 days to receive something, but we did not receive anything and the money was not deducted. So we tried to buy the tickets again. This time it worked and we received everything and the money got deducted. But 3 days later the money got deducted for the first time we tried to buy the tickets, so we got charged twice but only received tickets once. I have been calling the service desk, but they hung up on me.
My flight is Thursday and I expect a refund for the first 'tickets' we never received.
I booked a 2 month trip back to the UK from New Zealand, for a family visit and to attend a wedding.
Two weeks before my flight date, one if the 6 flights necessary to make the journey was cancelled, meaning that my entire trip was cancelled.
Please bear in mind that I had already arranged to move out of my apartment the day before I fly.
I was offered three options, two of which were clearly nonsense.
Re-book, take an open ticket to the value of each flight with each airline, or take a refund.
I called up their customer support line and sat on hold for 50 minutes before finally speaking to a guy called Vijay.
He explained that there were zero alternative flights available (not true, I had already done my research), offered no time frame or any assurance of a refund and added that the open tickets would not be an option for me.
Vijay sounded worn out, his words were rushed and short fused, like he'd already said this stuff a good few times today and was tired of angry people calling up and taking it out on him personally.
I wasn't going to be 'that guy' so I remained calm and polite and requested a transcript of the conversation be sent to me via email.
I suffered the same as many many other reviewers, $2500 taken from me, flights cancelled, no guarantee of refund, no indication of how long the refund would take, no meaningful apology at all, just a generic email which did not answer any of my questions, additional fees for customer service that should be free as standard customer service.
I am extremely suspicious given the quantity of these types of review, what if MyTrip.com know that this is likely going to happen to most of their clients but allow it to happen anyway, purely to make money from holding your flight money, charging you fees and selling you non-refundable add ons during the booking process.
Seems like they sell more tickets than they buy and don't care about the consequences of cancelling people's travel plans. They need to be held accountable for this and all of you clients should get every cent back from these scammers.
I'm disgusted by the lack of customer service, the nonexistent compensation system, the substandard notification and remittance system - I came here to see what other people's experience has been and it appears to be a high percentage of clients have had the same experience as myself.
How do we go about actually doing something about this? Surely in these numbers we can make our voices heard and bring MyTrip.com to justice?
Is their a regulatory body within the booking agent industry that we can report this to? How can we get our money back and be sure to actually protect people from falling into the same trap?
I for one will continue to make noise until I get my money back, we should all do the same and use the power of our numbers to make a difference.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
