This is just one terrible company... Sorry to write it. But services are just poor and weak. Canceling flight takes 2 months and my money are somewhere.

The worst company ever
The worst company ever! Do not book through, I booked my Europe Trip with the Cancellation Guarantee, and they told me I would receive a voucher in 7 days in the mail but I didn't receive more than 12 days, I have been waiting for my refund for ages now, AVOIDDD this company. Worst customer service, you have to wait for 2-3 hours to talk with someone, I regret to chose this company.

Very Bad!

Very bad, inaccurate information regarding changing and cancellations fees which are extremely high and will exceed the ticket price. Customer services took one hour to respond. I'll never book with them again. I should have read their poor reviews before booking with them.

I purchased trip from them and first flight canceled from united airlines because of aircraft system shut down so I missed rest of the connection flights. They said we have no responsibility, I was shocked, it was nightmare, because I already paid off hotels rental cars.
Please think one more time before purchasing trip from Mytrip / maybe they have better rate but big risk! Don't lose your money please purchase from safer and professional agents! Even one star to much for them!

Cheap tickets turned costly

We lost $450.00 worth of airline tickets purchased through Mytrip.com. The airline changed the flight schedule with an option to cancel. We chose to cancel, but we never received our money back. I tried to call and connect with Mytrip; not only was there anyone to answer the call, but they also did not respond to emails. I disputed the charge with the credit card company, but I missed the response date deadline cause we were traveling.
The lesson, check the reputation of the travel agency before purchasing and remember that cheaper should not be the only consideration.

Really bad treatment. I had booked a flexible ticket. I tried to call for over a week to rebook a different flight and received always the same answer, that my request had been forwarded and I d have been contacted promptly, within 24 hours. This never happened. After 9 days of trying and heavy complaint, suddenly there was no need to forward my request and the flight could be re-booked directly by my interlocutor. To cut the story short, on the 9th day they lied about the price differences, to drive me into a fast decision (they asked me 11 pound first and one minute later they were extremely sorry but the price rocketed and I owned them now 195 pounds) to book a later (and less requested) flight, because as they said it was less expensive (101 pounds) than the one I wanted. As I could see, this was also not true. They got a lot of money by delaying my booking of 9 days, but they lost a client.

Customer agent providing incorrect information and the person behind making the booking to the airline was incorrect,. The main issue was I purchased 2 adults and 1 child flight tickets and they sent me a confirmation email with the correct inofrmation but sent the wrong information to Wizz Airline and had selected my child as an adult which caused issues with me checking in as it wouldn't work due to her DOB being a child. I spent 2 hours on calls from My trip and Wizz to rectify and was given false information from MyTrip that it was Wizz's fault. Wizz was able to rectify it by changing adult to child and advised that's how MyTrip processed it in the back end. The agent that was shockingly uneducated with their processes was called Jenil P and when I called back to make a complaint Abhisek delayed me from making a complaint. Promised a manager call but we will see. I want my £14.50 in phone calls from calling Wizz Air back but I won't hold my breath. I will never use them again!

Paid for a Flexi ticket but to change your flight you must call. On hold for minimum 3 hours before being directed to another department for another couple of hours. Then to be hung up on. I hope this company liquidates, the employees have terrible karma stacked against them

Paid extra service that wasn't delivered

When booking my trip I was told hand luggage was not included (which often is true) and I had to pay extra for hand luggage. However, hand luggage was not included in my ticket. When I asked for the money back on the extra service (only that, not the trip itself) they said they've already paid the airline and couldn't pay back.
It doesn't matter where the money is. I paid for a sevice I didn't get and MyTrip simply effed me over.

After paying for 3 flight tickets, we realized that one ticket should be changed. It took hours of phone calls with their Sweden based customer service to agree on the flight change. Certainly they asked for additional money for the change. A few weeks before the trip I checked the airline site: it turned out that the re-booked flight didn't exist any more. We asked for money back from mytrip (intentionally with small letters). They didn't pay back the rebooking fee, neither the original flight ticket.
I started chageback process at my bank, after 2 months, the result was that I still didn't get back my (stolen) money. NEVER use mytrip. I will also contact Skyscanner to remove them from their travel agent's list (they probably won't.)

THE WORST AGENCY EVER! I TRIED TO CHANGE MY FLIGHT TICKET BUT NOBODY WAS ABLE TO DO THAT, THEY TOLD ME THAT BECAUSE OF THEIR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE THEY WILL REFUND THE TICKETS BUT AFTER A YEAR I DIDN'T GET THE MONEY BACK. NIKEL KUMAR AND GAURAV KUMAR ARE THE WORST MANAGERS, THEY WILL NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND WHEN FINALLY DO, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU SAYING THAT THEY ARE WORKING ON THE PROBLEM.

Bought two airline tickets, supposedly flexible, changes allowed with possible fir difference. When I had to change the date of departure I realized they wanted to charge me the full fair price (same as quoted by the airline on their website) above the amount I had already paid! So basically they were pocketing the full amount and making me pay full fair for a new ticket! They would not even use the extra I had paid for specific seats, that was not transferable neither! All this after being on hold for 3 hours! NEVER will I ever go through that company! Be aware!

Incompetent employees and awful service

My flight was cancelled and I was not informed by them. I have been charged 25$ for check-in fees & they refuse to refund. So basically they even charge you for service they don't provide. Horrible experience and customer service

The scams pulled by this company are carefully designed. Because of a "glitch" on their website, I ended up paying for a double booking for the same flight! With any legitimate airtravel agency, this would be no problem. However, with mytrip it´s a different story. It has been over a month now and they refuse to recognize their error and refuse to refund me. I have spent countless hours on their online chats and on the phone with every time having to tell my story from the beginning. Their agents are trained to lie. They regurgitate the same lines over and over " our special team is looking into it and we´ll get back to you" - They NEVER do, " we will place your request on high priority " - Basically, they just want you off the phone. I hope more customers write about their experiences and expose mytrip for the illegitmate business they are.

I booked 6 flights on Kayak with MyTrip because it was maybe $5 / ticket cheaper. What a mistake. I received absolutely no value from MyTrip. The airline cancelled our returns while we were away, and I was on my own. I called MyTrip 11 times and was promised a call from a manager, was promised a response within 24-48 hours multiple times, over and over, of which I received none. I was hung up on once. I sent a complaint as they asked, and after more than a week got an apology for the delay and was told to refile if my issue was still valid. The airline refunded MyTrip over $2400 the day they cancelled my flights. It took MyTrip a month and a half to get the refund to me, minus their $30 handling fee and withheld even more that they didn't explain. I only hope people aren't as naive as me and check sites like this before signing up with these scammers.
