Please stay away from this site if you don't want to lose money because of their fault. I make identical booking as the 1st booking was keep loading and no confirmation email received. I asked for a cancel/refund to the 2nd booking but was told $150 penalty fee will be impose. The customer service was very unreasonable when I asked for consideration to waive the penalty as it was not my fault in the 1st place but to no avail. Not to mentioned the long waiting time for the call. Will wait for their manager to return call and see what is the outcome. For now... I believed the negative comments are legit. Stay away

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEMON OF A WEBSITE. I should have listened to the reviews before I made a purchase on Mytrip. Unfortunately, I was lured in by the "cheaper" prices MyTrip had to offer. The prices may be initially cheaper, but if you run into any problems, you will end up paying more. I booked a round trip and one of the flights was cancelled (with no reason from the airline) on the day of the flight. I requested a refund on the airline's website, as MyTrip informed me to, and patiently waited for my refund. MyTrip's policy is that they will give you a refund (with a 30 pound fee or something) if the airline allows refunds. I waited for more than 3 weeks for the refund, but I never received it. I contacted the airline and they said that they already returned the refund to myTrip the day after the flight was cancelled and that I will have to contact them to get my refund. I called MyTrip twice, each time waiting more than an hour, to ask them about my refund, and no one picked up after eternity of waiting. The customer service is horrible like many reviewers have said. I have been disputing this charge with my credit card, but it has taken more than 2 months, and although I sent them a lot of proof and documents, they still want me to send more -_-. I have wasted so much money and time with this company, so avoid MyTrip AT ALL COSTS.

17 hours over all on hold many different people just to confirm and rebook return flight from Ho chi min city back to Wellington. Worst customer service and muck around company ever. Spent over $120 in ph calls to them so so bad and being ignored, someone eating while talking, another yawning l, another laughing... still waiting on refund as had to book direct with airline in the end. Never ever use these people!

I changed a flight time, from London to Bergen Norway.
The second flight required a stopover in Stavanger before going on to Bergen.
First they incorrectly charged for the change THEN only rebooked the flight London to Stavanger. Still no way to get to Bergen!
I sent 4 emails. No response. I just spent 3 hours on their 24/7 phone to get transferred 3 times and disconnected when transferred. Now when I call, I just get disconnected. The most incompetent flight booking service ever. Norwegian Air should refuse to deal with them and they will loos customers as a result. If I could give a MINUS rating I would.

Terrible company

Absolutely terrible people are running this unprofessional company. I bought a flight with flexible option. The week before of the flight they informed me that the carrier canceled or rescheduled the flight and that i have the option to rebook or receive full refund. I asked for full refund since proposed schedule was not practical for me. Company refunded me 10% of the ticket with not a justification and i could not reach them for make things right. I went through my bank directly and dispute the charge for "service not received" and the mytrip.com people answered to the bank claiming that the flight took place as per schedule.
Unbelievable! I would never even consider this company and i strongly advise to avoid this company at any cost!

Never ever order from Mytrip unless you want to be scammed out your money. Lost USD 1000 for 3 tickets to Bangkok.
Went to the airport today for a flight booked via Mytrip, only to find out from the Airline it was reschedule to a day earlier.
Turns out that the Airline had already told Mytrip that days prior, however they failed to notify us.
Try contacting mytrip hotline and waited 50 mins to get through and call was diverted to india. Try emailing them but only have automated email reply.
Absolutely no help whatsoever, instead they've ruined my vacation.
Do not use Mytrip!

This company is an absolute fraud. I cancelled my flight immediately after booking it (they advetised that it was leaving from Toronto when it was actually leaving from Kitchener, two hours away). The airline gave me my refund almost immediately, but it went to this company, who are claiming they never received it from the airline. I've phoned 6 different times now, I've asked to speak to a manager and they tell you they will call you back in 24 - 28 hours but they never actually call and if they do it's at like 1am when you are obviously not going to answer. This company is an absolute scam avoid at all costs.

I am very unsatisfied with mytrip.com.
I tested positive for covid a day before my flight and have to cancel my trip.
mytrip.com holded a handling fee of $71.00 per person and also seating price of $60.00. And the customer service agents responded like they have full authority on that purchase and they can hold whatever they want. Never mentioned the handling fee amount or non-refundable seating fee in the beginning. I lost lot of money booking with mytrip.com. Not a good choice to book the flight with mytrip.com

They let you book then they contact you saying that the airlines has changed the reservation and you end up having 15-18 hrs layover.
When you call them you can wait 45 minutes in queu and when you reach someone they put you on hold and hang up the phone.

AVOID - SCAMMERS

I would give no stars if possible! This company are clearly scammers. I paid for return baggage when making the booking through MyTrip only on the return journey to be told there was NO baggage included and I had to pay £60 to book my suitcase into the hold.
This was on the 4th May 2022 and I am still battling with MyTrip to try and get my refund from them.
You're better off paying a few pound extra and booking direct with the airline rather than these scammers.

The worst company ever
The worst company ever! Do not book through, I booked my Europe Trip with the Cancellation Guarantee, and they told me I would receive a voucher in 7 days in the mail but I didn't receive more than 12 days, I have been waiting for my refund for ages now, AVOIDDD this company. Worst customer service, you have to wait for 2-3 hours to talk with someone, I regret to chose this company.

Very bad, inaccurate information regarding changing and cancellations fees which are extremely high and will exceed the ticket price. Customer services took one hour to respond. I'll never book with them again. I should have read their poor reviews before booking with them.

I purchased trip from them and first flight canceled from united airlines because of aircraft system shut down so I missed rest of the connection flights. They said we have no responsibility, I was shocked, it was nightmare, because I already paid off hotels rental cars.
Please think one more time before purchasing trip from Mytrip / maybe they have better rate but big risk! Don't lose your money please purchase from safer and professional agents! Even one star to much for them!

Cheap tickets turned costly

We lost $450.00 worth of airline tickets purchased through Mytrip.com. The airline changed the flight schedule with an option to cancel. We chose to cancel, but we never received our money back. I tried to call and connect with Mytrip; not only was there anyone to answer the call, but they also did not respond to emails. I disputed the charge with the credit card company, but I missed the response date deadline cause we were traveling.
The lesson, check the reputation of the travel agency before purchasing and remember that cheaper should not be the only consideration.

Really bad treatment. I had booked a flexible ticket. I tried to call for over a week to rebook a different flight and received always the same answer, that my request had been forwarded and I d have been contacted promptly, within 24 hours. This never happened. After 9 days of trying and heavy complaint, suddenly there was no need to forward my request and the flight could be re-booked directly by my interlocutor. To cut the story short, on the 9th day they lied about the price differences, to drive me into a fast decision (they asked me 11 pound first and one minute later they were extremely sorry but the price rocketed and I owned them now 195 pounds) to book a later (and less requested) flight, because as they said it was less expensive (101 pounds) than the one I wanted. As I could see, this was also not true. They got a lot of money by delaying my booking of 9 days, but they lost a client.
