It was a seamless experience. Booking on this site is really straightforward.
It was easy to book my flight and i just hope it will be great till my departures and arrivals.
I booked a flight through Mytrip.com (Order: 1112-259-743) which was cancelled by the airline (Precision Air).
The airline has clearly confirmed that the ticket is eligible for a full refund and even issued a waiver code (WC8123) for the agent to process it.
Despite multiple emails and calls over more than a month, Mytrip.com has not responded or processed the refund.
This level of non-response and delay is unacceptable. I am now forced to pursue a chargeback through my bank.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when booking through this platform

Bought a one-way ticket from South American to Europe business class. A good deal overall, but I saw no option to reserve my business class seat. I found out later that reserving a specific business class seat for the long haul was an extra charge $150+, and I only found this out from looking at the airline site. Still a good deal, but annoying.

I paid £3,471.96 for my booking but was only refunded £2,969.78, leaving £502.18 outstanding with no clear or acceptable explanation. I did not agree to any deductions.
Customer service has been frustrating and inconsistent, with conflicting explanations about currency and airline payments, which do not apply as I paid in GBP. I've now had to escalate this to my bank to recover the remaining balance.
This has been stressful and time-consuming. I would not use MyTrip again and strongly advise others to be cautious.

It was pretty easy to use MyTrip to book my flights. I had to use two different airlines which worried me but it all turned out fine!
The only thing I would recommend is a better way or a better explanation on how to check in to the airlines before your flight. Since MyTrip does the booking you're left without confirmation numbers from the airlines themselves making it difficult to check in. I just make sure I got to the airports a little earlier than usual and checked in at the counters.
App is buggy, it's hard to get the enter key to engage. Not an easy interface

This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
