Good and easy to book with once you know how. Best prices at last minute trips too. Just watch your email address they put in at the airlines because Spirit airlines never gets the right email address from them. I have to go to Spirit website to manually correct my email address each time.
Overall it was pretty good booking with My trip. There was low cost, last minute flights available on two different airlines. And the telephone customer service was actually good too. But there was a problem with check in with the airlines. I did not receive an email from the airlines for check in, even though a customer service rep said I would get the emails to do that. I noticed there was a different email address given to the airlines by My trip. The customer service rep said that was normal and ok. But it was not. I had to go to the Airlines websites and app to Check In for each flight. It was a hassle and time consuming to do that. But everything else was good with My trip and I would use them again if needed.
Simple and easy. Lots of options make it confusing though. Please reduce those.

There is something very sketchy when there is a surprising price increase literally minutes before booking a flight.
They will keep your refund even after receiving it from the airline company! They will urgently escalate the matter to the "team" and nothing ever happens!
This site works well. There are too many add-on options, but I understand that companies have to make their money. I have no real complaints about the site.

They nickel and dime you and our $309 one way ticket turned into $500. Unbelievable. Also we are flying into JFK and there is no place to add my Global Entry number!
At time of booking price increased $60. Not ethical for after I already agreed to one price. Unacceptable. Im traveling to see sick family and have to deal with last second upcharges.
