If I could give zero stars I would. This site is an COMPLETE scam. I signed up for a three-day free trial and was automatically subscribed to their Concierge Service, charging £79 per quarter. It was only after two quarters that I realised as they send you no confirmation that the payment has been taken, or indeed that you have been signed up to the service once the free trial has ended. Yes, it's in their T&C's but they deliberately keep this as hidden as possible. Worse, when I asked for a refund they eventually agreed to refund me 50% and then reneagued on this and only paid me 25%. How this outfit is still in business is beyond me.

The current flight booking process is excessively frustrating due to the aggressive upselling of ancillary services. When a customer simply seeks the most affordable ticket from one destination to another, they are inundated with offers for paid seat selection, various insurance products, and other add-ons. This creates an unnecessary hassle and a negative user experience, making it difficult to complete a simple purchase.

I purchased a flexible ticket, but after cancelling my flight they only issued me a voucher that doesn't work. Contacting their customer service has been almost impossible — the representatives speak very poor English, communication is unclear, and instead of resolving the issue they keep transferring me from one person to another.
