There was a mistake on the ticket when I called to fix it was in five minutes from booking. They say they have to charge me $44 which is on the website no cancellation fee but they still charge $44 for handling fee which I don't know what's I wish you have less than one star I would give you less than one star Order number: 1027-606-555
As I said that this Service is excellent and I have no complaints so far and I would use the service again because it has given me some options that make it more music plan to use this over and over again and make more regular trips to connect with my family and friends on the other side of the country

This company is nothing but a group of swindlers preying on struggling small customers and refusing to take responsibility for their mistakes. Two friends and I were all looking at the same ticket, but when I finally purchased it, the dates had mysteriously changed and there was no return ticket included. Originally scheduled to depart on December 7th and return on the 18th, I was shocked to find out that my confirmation only showed a departure on the 18th, the day I was supposed to be coming back. Attempting to call their customer service proved to be a futile exercise due to the excessively long wait times, so I had no choice but to cancel the ticket. When I finally managed to get through, the staff were incredibly rude, showed no concern, and promptly blamed me and my partner for supposedly not selecting the correct dates. Interestingly, my two friends who had purchased the same ticket with the correct dates all paid the same price for the return ticket, while I was charged for a one-way fare but still paid the same amount as my colleagues. It's truly disheartening to think about other customers who may find themselves in a similar predicament. Not only are they charging me a service fee for an error caused by their system, but they also adamantly refuse to investigate their own system and insist that the mistake was entirely my fault. As a result, I am now unable to go on the holiday that I had been planning for months.

After booking my flight in 1 hour I try to make correction to one of my family members they charged me 70$ they exploit people.
Worst company ever. Seems like they scam a lot of people out of their money and there's no way to get it back.
My flight was cancelled by the airline in January. Since then they have been stringing me along with the refund I'm owed, telling me it's coming any day now. They have received the money back from the airlines many months ago.

The website is very easy to navigate and it was also very easy to book my travel.
One of the airlines that was part of my trip was delayed over two hours due to an "undermanning" issue at the departure airport. This caused me to miss my connecting flight. Because I booked through mytrip, I was unable to coordinate any assistance with the departure airline in getting to my destination.
I am a first time user and found the site to be easy to use and navigate.

You system booked leaving from the wrong airport and I'm having trouble having it corrected.
As many probably know it's a scam company.
If the flight happens, it can be somewhat of a discount for you booking thru Mytrip as they re-sell flight tickets on the cheap.
However if there is any complaications, you have to take them to court to get your refund.
I got saved written and verbal confirmation that they would refund my cancelled flight but after re-opening the case several times spending dozens of hours on their terrible customer service (nice people but nothing happens) they confirmed the refund but then never paid and removed any chance of contacting them from the site and archived my booking.
So they are 100% scammers, but that's the standard with these sorts of companies unfortunately.
Update: You said you need 30 working days, I submitted it in March. And even if we count from 17th of June it's more than 30 working days.
Stop with this nonsense and just give me my money back as you agreed to in March (which I have screenshots of).

This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
