We booked a ticket and it's less than 24 hours window, exactly 15 hours from booking. Trying to cancel the ticket but penalty for cancelation is $450 which is ridiculously too high and half price as booking fare and essentially you can't cancel once booked on this site and stay away from using this service.

It feels really tacky to have to weave through all the al a carte items presented in check out and being charged for every small item like seat selections. Not a fan.

A person shouldn't have to wait for a tkt to be reviewed and ifr it to yltaie up to 72hrs. I had a time sensitive flight, so I woke up to a refunded tkt instead of it being approved.

I think the platform is great for novices to maneuver during booking. I am however not sure why passport ID has no field for completion. Moreover, I think the order number should be complemented with the ticket number.

They should not increase the prices while still filling the form. The time to fill the ticket details and pay should be increase to 50 mins. Also I didn't like the voucher part. Atleast for first time users it should allow some discount with a minimum of 10%
I consistently have a great experience with Mytrip. The pricing is excellent. The service if necessary on a booking has always been courteous and efficient. If there are multiple sites to book at the same price I always select Mytrip.
