Avoid this company like the plague! They did not refund the money within the agreed time despite the airline refunding them the money almost immediately after the flight was cancelled. After trying to contact MyTrip on numerous occasions to get my money back, telephone and email with no success I contacted my bank for help to recover the money. After this I received a partial refund with MYTrip saying I could receive the difference if I told my bank the matter had been resolved! Stay away from this company, pay the small extra and book direct with the airlines. They are a scam at worst or totally unprofessional at best.
My flight was cancelled over 5 months ago due to covid-19... after several phone calls still nothing has been done, still no refund and it seams like noone really cares... my advice-AVOID!
My sincerest advice is that you never book with MyTrip. I read plenty of bad reviews prior to booking my trip, but unfortunately I did not take the advice and I strongly regret it now. Long story short, this is my experience:
My flights got cancelled by the airline. As it is a top class airline (Emirates), they refunded the passengers immediately. In my case however, I haven't received anything after 2 months of persecuting Mytrip to process it. Every now and then they tell me they will do it within the following weeks, but it never happens. If you request proof that they are still pending the money from the airline they won't facilitate it.
Contracting the Customer Service either by phone or email is a nightmare. Unfriendly Indians at the other side of the line, with bad manners and very little willingness (nor capability) to help.
I have spent so many hours fighting to get my money back and I have got nothing but disappointment and very bad manners.

I got my flight cancelled and have been trying to reach you and get support for 5 HOURS. I keep on getting calls cut or getting contradictie indications (change of process, need for the airline to do a step, change of instruction, now supposedly reach the solution department but the line cut AGAIN). Can you just call me back rather than let us wait 50mn for each call which doesn't lead to a solution?! *******085
My flight got cancelled back June 2020 and they still haven't got my refund the staff are not helpful and are telling me to contact the airline directly what a joke this company is and I would never in my lifetime use or recommend this company to anyone. The telephone helpline well you have to wait at least 45 minutes to get someone to answer your call and even then everyone you speak to gives you different directions they used to send me status update for my refund and even that stopped back in November the 15th. My last resort is to take them to court to get my money back which I'm in the process of doing
I booked for 6 to Florida, due to fly out in June 2020, then Covid happened. Tried to get a refund for £2850 for several months, but was told on numerous occasions that I couldn't. I eventually got speaking to someone who told me that I was due a refund, and even then when I was speaking to the rep, I got an email reply to a request I'd sent that morning, saying that I wasn't due a refund! The rep on the phone simply told me to ignore the email! A really disorganised company, except when they're taking your booking. No postal address to contact them either, very dodgy! I eventually got a refund 7 months after the cancellation of the flight. FYI a work colleague was booked on the same flight, but through a different company, and he got a refund after 3 months. Please just AVOID Mytrip. The stress of it all has helped me lose a few extra Christmas pounds though.
Absolutely disgusting. Due to government guidelines flights were not permitted to portugal for non residents. Yet if you cancel they sent email saying that i have confirmed cancellation and do not get refund. If i dont cancel and clam back through credit card they say you just missed your flight. And the customer service is s**t. £800 down the drain.

While I had taken a reservation modification insurance, Mytrip offered me to change the flight at a price that is higher than the selling price of a new ticket bought from the flight compagny. This is really a fraud on quality of goods and services. I cancelled my flight and Mytrip tells me that it can't refund the airport taxes. This time, it's a fraud under the french law of March 17,2014 (article L113-8 of the Consumer Code) comitted by Mytrip
SAS preceded my refund in December 2020. Since almost one-month Mytrip keeps on hold my money refund. Scandalous, poor service, whenever I call for an explanation, MyTrip agent would feed me with another policy. They will never call you back. As it stands, I haven't got my refund after seven months. MyTrip never kept their own words. Counterproductive, unreliable and untrustful. I would not even remotely use any of their services in the near and distant future.
My flight was canceled. But i am still waiting to get my back for a long time. Unfortunately this website always say the same lies and they are not interested in you. NEVER GET A TICKET ON THIS WEBSITE. OTHERWISE YOUR MONEY IS STOLEN.

The airline I booked through MyTrip cancelled my flight in March 2020. The airline has returned the money to MyTrip but they're refusing to return it to me! It's been 10.5 months so far & I'm still waiting!
I paid for cancellation protection and still need did not receive any refund or voucher. Worse, their responses were copy paste and completely useless. Terrible company. Will never use them again. Disgusting.
On December 23,20 we bought two airline tickets worth 1863. 99 euros on Mytrip. However, we have not received anything, no tickets or ation. We have been in contact with Mytrip, but they indicate that the money has not been received while the money has been debited from our account. Our bank has conducted an investigation and has come to the conclusion that the money has arrived 100% sure and the payment went well. As proof from the bank I have received an inquiry number with which the payment should be found by Mytrip. I feel very ripped off, it's a big amount and they don't help me while I have proof of it!
GIVE US BACK OUR MONEY YOU THIEVES!
If only I had read these reviews before booking! They take your bookings and money very efficiently, but after that forget it. If you need to change or amend bookings not interested. Impossible to change on website or get through to speak to anyone!

International flight was canceled because of covid-19. Airline had canceled their flight but mytrip continued to state flight was not canceled and would not give me refund. Even after mytrip emailed to call for a refund because flight was canceled, they said flight was not canceled. Asked me to call airline several times to get permission/confirmation that flight was canceled and have it documented on the ticket. Did that but mytrip folks never saw. After several days (over 8 hours of total call time, each time wait time was over 1 hour) of calling, was able to get a refund for the ticket only after the date of departure after several angry speeches that mytrip sent me email saying the flight was canceled. Even, so, got charged cancellation fee. I never have written a review before but felt people should know and avoid mytrip at all cost.
I purchased 4 tickets for myself, my husband, my son and my daughter. The airline cancelled the return flight and mytrip sent me an email asking if I would return the day before. I accepted. They reissued my itinerary but forgot my son!? I have been calling with no answer and when I finally got through after 90 minutes the lady hangs up on me. She doesn't call back. I call them thinking maybe we got disconnected. After getting someone else after 1 hour the first thing I tell him is please call me back if we get disconnected he said he would. I gave him my order number and explained the problem. He claimed they never reissued new tickets and I said let me pull up the email you sent me. HE HUNG UP AND NEVER CALLED BACK. I now have three tickets and no ticket for my 10 year old son. They don't repond to emails either. I will be calling my bank to dispute because it seems as though we won't be able to travel now and if I can't get them on the phone I doubt they will issue a refund.

This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
