Onze reis ging niet door naar Thailand vanwege Corona.! 8 jan, kregen we bericht dat ze het geld hadden aangevraagd. Daarna niks meer van gehoord. Wij reageren 8 april maar weer eens of er al schot in de zaak zit wat denk je! Ze hebben al 60 dagen niks van ons gehoord en we komen niet meer in aanmerking voor teruggave. Terwijl ze toen melden dat we geduld moesten hebben. 1138 euro hadden we betaald. CRIMINEEL ZOOTJE!
I found mytrip.com through Kayak, and decided to book due to the fairly low fair. While going through the booking process I noticed a red flag when asked to purchase my carry on luggage in the price of $100... I selected it and was just about to purchase when I just couldn't ignore the fact that that price was extremely high... I became more alarmed when I tried to edit the itinerary and take off the luggage, and it would not let me. Something told me to go directly to the airline site. To my NOT surprise the luggage price was really $30... they are ripping people off..
My travel tickets has been canceled since May 2020, Mytrip has indicated that the refund request has been communicated with the airlines and still pending for almost 1 year now!
I have communicated last week with the airline trying to expedite the request, however; the airlines indicated that the refund request never communicated with them by Mytrip, and if so, Mytrip has a short number to their supervisor to expedite if needed.
Calling Mytrip back to share the airline feedback, or even trying to use my tickets, however; they did not accept my feedback and asked me to keep waiting.
They using COVID pandemic as a reason to justify they lake of performance or trying to decrease their financial impact due to COVID.
Advice... never use this agent...

Booked a flight with mytrip. The flight ended up being cancelled. After refund, mytrip kept $30 as a 'credit card fee'. They ended up providing me with nothing and basically stealing $30 from me.
Never ever again will I book a flight with them. They took advantage of this pandemic like sharks by taking money out of their clients with any cancelled flight... I had to fight for month to see my money and they only refunded me 69£ out of at least 150£ (my flight to come back got cancelled). Where is the rest of my money? I don't know...
I wish we were more protected as travellers when these things happen. I have learned my lesson though and I invite you guys not to book through Mytrip.com if you don't want to loose your money, you time and your energy.

Ayant été testée positive au Covid, j'ai du annuler mes billets d'avion. J'ai informé Mytrip plusieurs jours avant mes vols, afin qu'ils annulent mon voyage et étudient mes possibilités de remboursement. Cela fait 7 jours que je les contacte par téléphone pour obtenir ne serait-ce qu'une attestation d'annulation à transmettre à ma banque! AUCUN RETOUR. Suite à ma demande, l'un des agents m'a raccroché au nez, un autre agent m'a envoyé l'email suivant qui ne répond absolument pas à ma demande: "Selon votre demande d'annuler la réservation, on à annuler le segment de voyage et on a transmis votre demande de remboursement a notre département concerné et vous répondrons aussitôt que possible."
I bought tickets in January for a trip in July that was cancelled due to COVID. I have been waiting since then to receive reimbursement. The status of my booking hasn't been updated since September and is is not possible to contact anyone from the platform. Delays due to the context are understandable but the lack of communication and transparency are not acceptable and show how little this platform care about their customers and users.

Wir haben am 24.2 einen Flug gebucht, der am 8.3 seitens von MyTrip storniert wurde. Einer der Flüge wurde gestrichen, sie können keinen Ersatz anbieten und müssen die ganze Buchung stornieren. Wir sollten die Mail mit dieser Info betätigen, was wir umgehend getan haben. Nun 3 Wochen später, immer noch nichts. Nach telefonischer Rücksprache hieß es, wir müssten 30EUR Gebühren bezahlen um unser Geld zurück zu bekommen! Das ist Abzocke!
Finger weg von MyTrip! Flüge finden nicht statt und man bekommt sein Geld nicht zurück!
Completely fraud agency. No one answers your phones and emails—horrible services. I couldn't get my money back after six months while the airline canceled the flight without prior notice.
Weeks ago, I booked a return flight on Austrian Airlines, through mytrip.com.
Two day later, mytrip.com wrote me that the flights did not... did not fly anmore!
mytrip.com offered an inconvenient alternative, that I accepted.
I am still waiting for a confirmation from mytrip.com (!)
Austrian Airlines are telling me that they can't do anything because it is not in their hands...
Recommend that you do not use mytrip.com. They refused to issue a cash refund or a travel credit when governmental COVID-19 travel restrictions refused to let us board our aircraft or to land at our destination EVEN THOUGH the airline policy allowed for issuance of a travel credit. Recommend that you buy your ticket directly from the airline instead. Sure wish we had done so.

They do not answer calls, not available to change flights even when you've paid extra money to be able to do so!
They are all rude and couldn't give a... about any inconvenience caused and will fight you for the refund they say they can provide in 8 or so weeks time!
I actually have no idea how these thieves haven't been shut down as a third party for major flight bookings yet but until they are, do yourself a favour and do not give them any more money to fund a fraudulent con company! And please make official complaints to outside sources where you can to!
Extremely poor service. My flight was cancelled by Oman airline and they also cancelled the entire route from Saudi to Kathmandu; a clear case for a refund. I'm now waiting over 1 year and Mytrip are no longer providing biweekly updates. Called their staff and got the usual nonsense statement, plus soon realised that noone was handling the case, or had contacted the airline in months since o paid the additional money to manage.! This is not a professional company and it would seem they have taken money under false pretence, with no result and no accountability.

Absolutely shameful. I paid for a round trip fee for a checked baggage and they only paid for one way, so I had to pay the airline again. I opened a claim with my credit card company and they DENIED that I purchased the round trip checked baggage fee. Meanwhile I have the confirmation email from them proving I did. I'll be fighting this until I get my money back. Never again. What a disgraceful business--use their service at your own risk. The money you put in may not be refundable and they sure as hell aren't going to help you with that.
I would put 0 star if this option was acceptable. They cancelled my flight and for no reason they did not return the full amount of the money. So they kept 30 euros for doing nothing.

MyTrip have an infinite amount of customer service advisories who are clearly employed as creative writers. On a flight booked over a year ago and which was cancelled due to Covid 19, I have had many enjoyable hours both waiting on the phone and emailing the company for a refund. It seems that many others too have this pleasure as the standard response is that it all takes time, the airlines are not paying out and lots of wonderful banter along those lines.
If you are not into these additional perks of booking with MyTrip and actually genuinely want to get on a flight and *gasp* actually fly, I would recommend that you don't book with them. Their prices entice you seductively, their emails pat you on the back like an old familiar, and then they look stunned and hurt when you ask for your money back.
If you genuinely want to go somewhere, have no time to indulge in chitter chatter and don't want to waste your money, I suggest you try another firm.
This company wrote to me informing me that my flight to Barbados had been cancelled by the airline and that I should reply to the email so they could begin processing my refund. Well, I replied to the email but never heard from My Trip again. This is despite several follow up emails and phone calls that are never answered. I am now going through IATA to see if they can force the refund. I would not recommend My Trip. They are cowboys.
This is a copy of my review from TrustPilot. I feel the need to raise awareness about this pathetic firm so that fewer people lose their money. I made the booking in Feb. 2020, now it is Feb. 2021, and Mytrip.com did NOTHING to help me preserve the value of this booking. Initially I planned to rebook for summer 2021 and Mytrip.com asked $400+ extra on top of what I originally paid for the booking ($600). That is 2/3 of the original booking and clear price gouging. And even to get this unfair offer I had to call countless number of times. I had a similar booking with the same airline placed with a different travel agency and they eventually negotiated a travel credit voucher from the airline valid for 3 years. I clearly stated to Mytrip.com that I want them to do the same, but they hang up on me and never return calls and this is going nowhere. There is 1 year deadline after which the booking is no longer eligible for refund/rebooking, and it is 10 days away from today. If someone starts a class action suit I will happily join.

This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
