I was order (order#*******) a photo cake worth of Rs. 2450/-(cake 1850+delivery fee 200+ fix time deliver fee 400). Before place the order i was called them and informed about the area detail and all they agreed they can deliver, so through online i made payment. Then i try inform them for the payment detail and delivery time, they start sought me. There is one person name called Amith (he dont have sense to speak to customer). Very rude talking, i request to cancel the order they are not accepting.at the last agree to deliver when they want. Since next day afternoon they never delivered i ask them, then they started new story we cant deliver the photo cake, instead of that same value cake we are delivering i said ok.at the last we received a cake from one small shop located near to my house. I ask the person how much its cost, he replied only 650/-. I paid extra 1800/- like beg to Manish, Amith and whole cheating group of Myflower gift. Please block this website.

Before placing the order, you have never asked us, that if it will be possible to deliver photo cake there, you called us, and ask that if delivery of cake possible in this place, we said yes, its possible, delivery charge will be rs 400 for this location. And you placed the order for a photo cake. We tried our level best to arrange the same for you, but there were no cake shops making photo cake, as its a village area. So we had informed you the same, and replace the same with chocolate truffle for the same value. Now i would again like to clear, that you have paid 1850 for cake +400 for delivery in this remote location, and also we have compensated the extra amount by adding chocolates along with the cake, which is no where mentioned by you. After getting job done, if you are taking out the cost of the cake, saying its 650 for cake, and we are charging 1850, would like to say, that chocolates were also there in that,, please add the cost of that also, so that people can know the correct value, and at last, i must say that we are charging for providing service, to get your job done on given date and time, its not easy to arrange the same, its always challenging. Each and every customers knows the price of cake, all websites are charging the same for cake, we will keep our margine for selling the same, its not possible to work for any one without margine. But for such kind of places, people are travelling from other place, so delivery charges we have to ask, it was 3 hour journey from our shop... and only bus fare was coming 400 to travel the distance. And we are seeing the records, it was successfully delivered later once delivery charges were paid, so why such reviews after getting it delivered? What actually got delivered were 30 roses, a cake which looked like $#*! Or like someone puked over it n a small box of dry fruit.

I ordered cake for new year for my husband and paid the money. They never send me a single mail. When I come ask in support they said order cancelled due to price (they updated wrong price). Please dont give wrong picture to other people, let us clarify the same. Half kg cake price on website is 649, due to some error, it was showing 399, and by the time you got that, and did the booking, later on we said that due to mistake, this price was showing 399, actual price on website is 649, which is the minimum selling price, so we wont be able to deliver, and we will cancel your order, you will get refund in 7-8working days. Today again, when customer came and said that refund still not made, we said it will take more couple of days, but immediately we got confirmation that its refunded. And the same was told to you, that please check the mail, you must have got mail regarding the same, the amount is now refunded. But after everything being done, you started saying that y no mail since long time etc, on this it was told, that now the amount is refunded, and we should not argue on this, as its already refunded now, and delay in any procedure can happen. We dont want to go in such conversation. Specially when the issue was resolved... please dont manuculate the words in such a worng way to spoil companys reputation. I ordered a surprise for my mom. They promised me to deliver on time but it wasn't. I also paid for the delivery to be on time but it went in vain. Now that I'm trying to claim a refund for the delivery charge they are trying to ignore my emails. Pls check you have ordered for Cadbury celebration chocolate box n the same has been delivered. Cake delivered was in a good condition. The upper decoration of the cake was completely intact. Just because of long distance in case of fresh cream pastries the cake has left its space, its not even touching the cake box anywhere. We have charged extra for delivery and it was delivered well before time.

I paid in full - via PayPal. I ordered 3 days in advance. They notified me 12 hours before - that they could not delivery my more expensive cake - I had to choose a different cake, which was cheaper. When I asked for a refund on the price difference, I was told I was a begger for asking for a refund on the difference.
The abuse went on so much, that I finally agreed to whatever they wanted to deliver. I will take the loss of money. But, never order from them again.
Also - when I asked for the cake based on the pictures found on their website - the gentleman told me, the pictures are only for flavor - they NEVER deliver a cake that looks like the image. Why so many images then? What flavor is zebra cake?

We cannot expect anything good from your end... whatever you have told is true, but in a very wrong way, as we have heard the whole conversation, and want to highlight the same, so that are customers can know the truth. You have ordered for 2 half kg cakes, one was half kg blackforest for rs 649, and other was mango cake for rs 749. Its truth that you have ordered the same 3-4 days before for kolkata, but cakes cannot be made in advance, its a perishable product, and we have to process same day, as it gets ready on order. We are not cake manufacturer, we outsource the cakes from good brand. Because of christmas, we were told that mango cake wont be possible, you can go for any other flavour, and the same was conveyed to you, and we requested you to go for any other flavour as mango is not being possible, on this, you start forcing us to refund the amount of 1 cake and deliver only black forest, we said, in one order its not possible to refund half the amount, on this you ask us to replace mango cake with pineapple flavour, we said okay will be done, but sad to say, it does not end here, we again get a call from your side, in next 10 mins. Now your point was. Pineapple cake is costing rs 649 in your website, and i have paid rs 749 for mango cake, 100 rs more is there with you, and forcing us to refund 100 rs amount. On this, we told that we cannot make a refund of part amount from the whole order, its not possible to do this, in place of 100 rs, you take any other product for rs 200, we wont charge you extra also for that, but we cannot even explain the way you was argiung for Rs 100, atlast we said, okay, we will refund rs 100 to you, just to close the issue, but no, as soon as we said this, you start saying if you can refund 100 rs, then why cant you refund the amount for mango cake, on this we told, that we dont have partial refund system, 100 rs we will be transferring from company account showing as a part of courtsey, but this was not the end, again the voice came, that now i dont want 100, in place of 100 rs, add 3 roses to the order, and make it with black forest cake, pineapple cake, and 3 roses, we said ok, then again voice came, how much u charge for each rose, we said for 3 roses, we charge 150, we will make it in 100, and finally it was agreed. But no, it not the end. Just after 10 mins, we got a wonderful review from your end... we would say only one thing, we are in service industry, and accepting the challenge to deliver products on same day ordered by you, but we cannot be perfect at all the point, if any problem happens, we have to find the alternative to make sure that your order should not stop, and it gets delivered on given date. You have place the order prior to this also, and its was for 3 kg twin heart shape cake, and on your request, we have shared the pic of the cake also, and you like the cake too much, and so you have ordered again, this time for half kg 2 cakes, and was asking us to make as per picture, on this we say, that same as per pic in half kg wont be possible to make, it will be the same flavour with a very good quality. If any customer before placing the order ask us, we always tell the same, as exact same to same in hand made product is not possible, so please dont show things in such a wrong and negative way, and please dont misguide the people. We accept we are not perfect. But we work for our customers taking all the pain, and we know, our intention is always right.
I placed an ordered from England for rocher ferrero premium quality cake Rs 2,100 plus they also charged me Rs 200 to deliver it on a specified time. On arrival I requested pictures from my family and discovered wrong product delivered. I straight away called the local supplier who delivered the product. The local provider clearly informed that the website requested cheaper cake as it was not possible for it to prepared on time. When I called the number on it was switched off. Following day when I called they refused the exchange of the product. When I inquired from the local provider the value of the cake delivered was around Rs 900. When I finally got in touch they tried to give English lessons rather and clearly refused to exchange the product. I would suggest all to be aware of this fraudulent site and report it to consumer services regulatory authority.
I was treated very well while getting my order in place. I ordered a 1 kg heart shaped red velvet cake ( a paste of cocoa and red food coloring; add to creamed mixture. Mix soda and vinegar and gently fold into cake batter - just sharing the recipe incase you guys - mt flower gift didnt know what is a red velvet cake.) assuming it would be this kind i paid Rs 2300 for it, unfortunately on delivery i realized it was a normal vanilla cake with red icing & with icing flowers which should be worth more than Rs 1000. 2nd order a beautiful brown vaze with 20 orchids - delivered normal vaze with almost dead orchids, 3rd order - since it was a bottle of champagne luckily no changes, 4th order - bunch of 8 heart shaped balloons - delivered unblown - on checking as to why - customer service replies " it must have bursted on the way so we delivered them unblown for the person who was to get a surprise to sit & blow them by himself & get surprised also by himself. Extra charges paid for delivery at midnight unfortunately delivery was done at 10:30 pm

If there was a problem or an issue with the products to be delivered the sites normally call n inform the person paying for it. But this time unfortunately nothing they just delivered whatever they felt like.

Your order was for midnight delivery you have sent mails from 9:30 pm asking to change the address, we diverted the boy to different address, then again after 30 mins one more mail, that receiver is at the hotel please delivered at the hotel address- again we have to take back the items from that delivery boy n given to another delivery boy. One address is north delhi, the other address is south delhi. In this way again n again if u change the address specially at night time just 2 hours before delivery, how can expect us to deliver at specific timing. For your change of address we cannot delay other orders. Change of address is possible only when intimated during a certain time frame. Still we tried to accomodate you, and for this we had received such a nice review rather than a small thanks.

Teddy which delivered was different than what I ordered. It was low quality and small size. I ordered 12 inch teddy The delivered item was 6inch.and also it is very low quality one.
