They have not delivered my order at all. When I asked for refund they said we mentioned in terms and condition that we will give credit note and not refund. Credit note means you can resend it for free any day within a year except special festival days. It is waste of money, time and hope that our gift will reach to receiver. Do not go for it.
Made a huge mistake ordering from this site. Since I wanted to send a cake to a small city Karad in Maharashtra, I chose this site as the other mainstream websites dint deliver there. I made an order on 16th June to order cake and flowers on 17th. Everything was normal till I placed the order and payment. Next day morning I get and email from a guy claiming hes from Myflowergift.com and that the order is on hold as I have pay rs 200/- more for delivery to Karad.(see attached mail snippet). I called them asking why wasnt I informed during placing the order, they claimed they told this to me through chat, which I'm not aware of, and that was rubbish. Since it was already mid-day, I thought to just make pay the 200 bucks off so that my items get delievered without further delay. Guess what! They did not deliver, and as expected they switched off their phones.
Next morning I called them from a different number expecting them to pick up. This lady picked up and when asked about why my order wasnt delivered, she had the audacity to ask me, 'it should have. Did you check with your receiver?' then she says the status shows delivered. Out n out lying. And disconnects the phone. Imagie the anger I must have.
I dont know if writing this review makes a difference, but its scary to know that hoe easily they are looting innocent people who end up helpless not know what to do or where to complain.

Ordered a surprise midnight delivery for my husband's b'day and they delivered it at 7.30.
Honestly team if you do not have dedication to your job and cannot deliver what you promise to customers then just stop the business and let other competitors do their job. I do not want your sorry. Commit to your orders or do not take them specially take off the midnight service when you do not know the meaning of MIDNIGHT.
Strongly do not recommend their service if you are planning a special surprise for someone. Very very very disappointed
The product they deliver is complete different from what they show on the website. Very Professional till you place the order, once the payment is done everyone disappears and you cannot even track your order whatsoever. Order flowers with Vase but they delivered only some nonsense looking bunch of flowers without even the Vase. No delivery notice, on contacting Customer Support no reply from their staff Riya and Manish. Seems like online scam company. Pathetic work ethics and after sales service. If you feel ashamed than atleast reply the numbers of emails I have sent your company with the pictures of the product received.

Worst experience, Dont ever try to book here if your from Banglore. First they dont have sufficient employees. Then the available persons dont know any other language except hindi and no knowledge of routes. Even if we call to the number *******619 and ask them, they answer without responsibility. Due to these issues with the delivery person missed midnight delivery and they didnt return money instead asked me to pay more to attempt re-delivery, did the same. Now comes the worst part. Now again the same person delivered the cake with additional which all we asked, But the cake was not freezed from night. It was stinky. Bad odor and not edible anymore. Lost whole money even didnt satisfy my loved one with the surprise. I wont get the same day to surprise them again. I feel if i myself bought and carried the cake it would have been great.
Worstest service ever, please don't ever order anything from their website they show something else and deliver something else, i had ordered from Dubai paying midnight charges to deliver exactly at 12 they deivered at 11 and that too a different cake thn what i had ordered with no message on it, when i contacted them instead of apologizing they were talking very arrogantly saying that we didnt comitted a crime by not sending the right cake without message, worstest ever, will never ever recommend anyone
This site dont deserve even a 1 star,... from dubai to india i ordered 30 roses, one teddey bear and chochlts of rs 2750 INR apprx.on 8th may. This to be delvr on 10th may. Still its not delever to the perticular location. I called and confirmed before the booking the order about the location is listed or not. They said they can deliver on the time. After 10th may again i called them but they started making stories that vendor is not available coz of the death of his family member which is not acceptable. Simply dont order from this site.
If I could have given a rating I would have given rating in minus -. These people are fraud. There is this lady her name is Kavita or Arpita if that's her real name. I carries negative attitude and is extremely rude. She talks to people as if she owns them and she is doing a favour answering their calls. I should be kicked out from her job as she is not delivering millions smiles she is delivereing fake commitments. I placed an order yesterday for my mother which was supposed to get delivered in Agra. But she did not deliver it. My order number is *******. Infact she told me to $#*! OFF I was amazed by the kind of customer service they provide. And cheat people and not refund their money. Superb hats off to such fraudsters. I'm anyway doing an official complaint against them. These companies should not be enterained as they don't make ur day they spoil it.

The staff has no customer service skills. They hang up on customers. They argue back and have no ethics. If u want to make somebody's day special never order at my flower gift. Com. They can make the day the most horrible one. Please never order from this company. They are fake they switch off their phones and they yell at you. No wonder people have given 176 bad reviews about the company. My bad should have read the review before ordering. They don't even apologise
Initially i was very impressed by the feedback about the website and I ordered the cake online. But unfortunately I have received the cake in very bad state and completely disfigured and unprofessionally made. Which is not acceptable at all. Very disappointed with the service and delivery. The price which I paid is not worth for this products quality. If I would know this in advance I would have place my order elsewhere. This product ruined my day and happiness. I will not recommend any one in Dubai in our group of company or my friends about this website and group.

We are sorry to hear this... but we are seeing that this order was placed 2 years back, and we are seeing that it was successfully delivered. Incase if there was any issue with delivery, you should have called us or mail us at [email protected] there is no mail from your end. And if you are complaining after 2 years, we are not in position to fix the same. As pod cant be kept for 2 years..
Sales team will convince for beautiful combos.

First of all, it was 1 pound cake in your order, not 1 kg, kindly check the same, 1 pound means half kg, not 1 kg. secondly, your order was for a place like tanuku, which is a very remote location of india, and the best flower arrangement which can be delivered there, was delivered, for temptation, you have called us, and we told you, because it was not available, so in place of 3 temptations, we have delivered 4 dairy milk silk of equivalent cost... as on same day deliveries, we dont have any option left, we cant hold the order for chocolates, so in such case we have to replace it with other product of same order value... if any other query, please do let us know
Answer: I was so mad that they cheated me and i curse myself that i did not read the review before ordering. But after reading the review i think its good that they did not deliver my order because delivering cheap things on my frnds bday would have been even worse.

We aare really sorry to hear this, yes we agree that your order was not delivered on given date. You have placed the order for valanchery, kerela, which is a very remote and outsskirt location, and person was travelling from other place, unfortunately, while travelling, a small incident took place, and all the things got damaged, were not in condition to deliver, our whole products goes waste, and we are feeling very bad, that we were not able to make your day. As per the norms of company, when any order is attempted, and any such problem happens while travelling, in such cases either we can deliver next day, or we can issue credit note for the same to be used in future during the period of 1 year, as we deal is perishable products, and things are of no use for us if it gets damaged while travelling a long distance, so refund is not possible, but if you let us know, we can either redeliver the same or we can issue you the credit note for the same... we re really sorry for the inconvenience, please do let us know or call us at 09886722619
