I had placed order for midnight delivery at bangalore for one of my friends.
Although i was late, i did the booking at 10pm, but they delivered it with perfection at 11:55pm. Roses were really beautiful and charming. The cake was delicious. My friend liked it a lot. I really appreciate it. Thanks fr the service. Will be again placing the order again.

Ms Arpita at customer service is mannerless. She has to learn manners and than join the company at customer service. She needs some training I believe. Incase we cancel the order she abuses on wtsap saying " It seems you don't have money and have lots of time and energy to waste". This is to bring it to the owner's notice that such a lady like Ms Arpita dosen't deserve that post. She should be qualified for this post to attend customers well. How dare can she send such message on wtsap to customers. How can she force people if they are not satisfied. No one will place order if illliterate people like her sit on this post. On other site no one does this their politeness counts. She has crossed her limit to dare send this type of message on wtsap. I would request the head of this firm to look into this seriouly. "Shameful thing".
I made an order for mid night delivery for 10th Oct Mid night for 11th Oct birthday. When I made the order, I can see 10th Oct was enabled. I did not get any confirmation mail and The order was not delivered and they do not respond to calls or messages. And, at around 11 AM, I get a mail that my phone was not reachable and when I call, they say that there was no mid night delivery when I made the order. This is ridiculous. When there was no mid night delivery when I made the order, why is that date enabled? And, they charged 250 extra too for that. And, they say there is no refund.
I realised that I should never order from this website and I suggest you all not to.
Worst site I have seen ever. I ordered champagne to gift my boss and they delivered one bottle of Flemish Red which was really ridiculous.
One of the most horrible website you can ever see. They charge for midnight delivery dont even deliver on the appropriate time. And the order which I received was a total mess. On calling to customer care they are just screaming and talking they dont have manners. Please boycott the site.
Please do not order anything from the MyFlowerGift. I hope you guys understand. These guys duduct money from account and do not deliver the order. My mom's birthday was on last Saturday and unfortunately I ordered from MyFlowerGift but till today I did not get any confirmation and inspite of sends lots of mails they have automated system in which they asked me to get back to you. Rediculus. Don't believe these scams. Please avoid MyFlowerGift.
My order not delivered.it is a cheating site. One month before order was given but after two-three reminders they have not delivered and not giving the answer of massage.not at all trustworthy.

My god don't select it, and don't pay by cards, I wish I could give them a negative -100 rating. Highly disqualified customer care service and i loose my money. I placed the order online where they mentioned free shipping and later they sent me an invoice for 200 rupees. I spoke to them over phone and the lady representing the company was so and so arrogant and hesitant to receive my feedback. They are totally not professionals and I would advise everyone not to shop anything from this website they will corner you and cheat you. Refund policies are totally vague and it was not mentioned while placing order. When I asked them to refund my order they told that they cannot provide us the money back while they will give me a credit note. The lady chatting agent is so tricky and totally intolerant. After i send emails the reply was so argent, and always teasing me. The person i don't know who is that, is totally unqualified and uneducated like 3rd rate street vendor is always saying that see his text as copied "our custumers truast us n r peying even huge amounts n the invoice, and u r worrying for a petty amount".
The trick is very simple they will take some amount from you first then they start to ask money as service charge, delivery fee etc. through another email account, probably a gmail account. Then only we will realise the cheating, mostly we will forced to pay the amount through an unsafe way by credit card. I ask them to send the invoice from official mail ID but they refuse. Even in my Email it is showing no delivery charges. Defiantly the second link might be a cheating link please dear friends do not put your credit card details on it.

Placed an order for midnight delivery. They charged me Rs250 extra for that. First of all, they didn't give me any confirmation about the order even though the money was immediately deducted.
The order was not delivered in midnight and not even the next day. Before placing the order the person on chat ensured a timely delivery. All a lie.
All the contacts given on the site doesn't work as well. Mobile number switched off and email address doesn't exist.

Placed the order for Birthday cake 2 weeks in advance. They took additional 250/- bugs for midnight delivery. But instead of midnight, they delivered at 10:30 pm only. When contacted they refuse to speak & very rude. Worst organisation, never place orders with them.
Before placing an order I made an enquiry through their chat service. They assured me timely delivery. While placing an order they charged me extra for mid night delivery. Everything was fine till the time I placed the order. When I called and made enquiry about the order, the lady on the other end said that mid night delivery is not possible for the place mentioned. If it was so then they should have mentioned it while taking the order. She asked me to pay 400 more as the delivery charges. I paid extra. She did not confirm the time of the delivery. The cake was delivered today but it was not same as shown on the website. Moreover the upper creamy layer was damaged and separated from the base. Feeling cheated. The worst thing is that it completely destroyed the charm of sending mid night Birthday cake to my special someone. Highly Unprofessional these people are.
Requested a delivery, asked for extra 400 rupees. I was OK with that, but wanted them to deliver in the morning. Got a very bad reply saying "cannot deliver that early to those kind of locations" What? I'm paying you extra money for that... Asked them when they can deliver. They said "anytime during the day before 5pm". Asked if they can deliver by 10am. They said No. Looks like 8am and 10am is not daytime for them. Very pathetic and arrogant customer care..
What a pathetic service it is. I have placed my order 2 weeks in advance after discussing with online chat option available within the site. I thought the service will be good from the response I got from the chat. But the day before delivery they asked for delivery charge (500rs). I felt like amount is high to deliver at a location which is 40mins away from their branch office so I asked to cancel the order. Immediatly I got a response saying like they wont cancel as the order is in processing state. As per the mail I received they said they wont order will not process until I pay delivery charges. When I called customer service, they were too arrogant, rude and not supportive. They were not ready to attend my calls or respond to my question (one time they attended). I lost my money, they spoiled my plans on my wife's bthday. They are not worth for 1 star rating. Please stay away from them. Mistake I did was I dint check rating before making order :(
This was my first worse experience through a website.
I wanted to deliver a cake and gift item to my little 7 year old nephew. The cost for combo was 1350/- and they charged me 250/- extra as midnight charges(I agreed as it was clearly mentioned over the website). I confirmed the same thing(midnight delivery) over the phone before placing the order and they agreed that they will deliver it on time but didn't do that. On the next day when I called them they said this is outer place and you have to pay 150/- extra for the delivery and they will not refund the money but they will add it in myflowergift.com account, I had left with no option so paid the remaining 150/- so total 1750/- for a combo. But they delivered the cake late in the evening after many calls and mails, which was expected to be delivered one day before. Don't know why they change their number mentioned over the website again and again.
You can imagine yourself the feeling of that little boy.
I would like to say that they don't have any rights to play with the feelings of others, either they should improve their services or shut down such websites.
It was an amazing experience. We ordered a combo to be delivered in a very short notice in 2 hours, and they rejected the order, on request, they accept the same, and was done exactly as per the committed time, and the product delivered was really nice, we all enjoyed the cake, will definately order again, thanks
Answer: I was so mad that they cheated me and i curse myself that i did not read the review before ordering. But after reading the review i think its good that they did not deliver my order because delivering cheap things on my frnds bday would have been even worse.
