I Have order this gift on 13th morning, gift was suppose to delivered in 24hrs means on 14th Feb.
Since 14th morning I was trying to connect you guys but no response has came?
On 14th night at 8:30pm one person calls me saying I am going to the place for delivering your gift. I told my friend to wait for some time in office so he can received that gift,
At 9pm I called your delivery boy and ask have you reached? He said I will take more 30min.
My friend have waited till 9:15pm than he left. I told delivery boy to visit tomorrow morning between 10am to 11am, but no one came.
Seriously very pathetic service from you guys. I need my money back at all cost.

Its the worst service and cheating i experienced in my life. I ordered Valentine's day gift for my wife. Including the on time delivery charge Rs. 200 i hav paid 2474. But i didnt get any confirmation mail or call. I tried to contact these people, but badly failed. Now i am planning to report about this site and take legal actions. Bz i came to know that lots of people cheated by them this same way. So dear all dont try to shop anything from this site.

Before making an order they confirmed over chat that everything will be done as we wish but infact my gift was delivered a day early and spoilt all the surprise. More over they did not deliver what I wanted and instead delivered some crap.
Same thing happened to my friend where they confirmed the payment and did not deliver. When he called them they blocked the number and do not respond at all.

Please dont order anything from them specially if you are in overseas. This so called gift shop is full of crap and not recommended. They way the treat you is not good and when they deliver stuff the customer service is as bad as you are dealing with illiterate and un civilised people.
I had ordered a fondant cake for my brothers birthday. Actually we had asked to deliver by 3rd midnight But because miscommunication between their team(tat s sales and other but they say its our mistake) order was delivered 4th afternoon. They delivered a low quality cream cake instead of a fondant cake

We had placed a cake delivery with flowers through this agency in December for our parents 40th wedding anniversary which was on the 1st of January. When placing the order, we had asked and confirmed that the delivery would take place on the 31st of December to be on the safe side. Also, our number and details were provided in case there was any issue. We called them on the 31st, in the morning, to confirm if everything was on track and they said that the parcel was out for delivery but our parcel wasnt delivered and even though we tried to contact them again on the 1st, there was no reply to either email or phone call. So, our gift didnt reach on time and we had no explanation as to why. We called them on the 2nd and they said that they would check it and give me a call back. After almost 2 hours when no call was returned, we called them up again and they said that they tried to call but no one answered the call in India, so they didnt deliver. When we asked them why no contact was made to us, they said that they were too busy. When we asked to cancel the order and needed a refund, the lady who answered the call had the audacity to ask us who would pay for their expenses. Finally, after 4 days, the cake and bouquet was delivered, which our parents mentioned that it would have been good if it had reached on the day. So basically, they got their cash and ruined our event.
No proper response after payment, paid 200 extra for on time delivery. Calls not entertained. I guess I will have to file in consumer court as I have the chats.
Wish I could catch hold of one of those "employees" with whom I interacted. Once the payment has been done, neither they respond to chats nor phone calls. My pedigree and upbringing wouldn't allow me to write what I want to... but please please never ever think of ordering anything from these goons.
Extremely happy with the service. I order for a gift hamper with flowers cake wine chocolates for delivery at Chennai. I was very happy when the person arrived with the gift. The delivery person was very good. He waited for almost 35 mins as we were not at home. Very very happy to see the things. Cake was very good soft n yummy.
They literally cheated us. I ordered for a champagne and they delivered cheap 850 Rs Wine on my anniversary.
They have no customer service. So people these are moments that can ruin relationships Congratulations to all who got lucky by getting what they ordered for.

I generally dont take time to write reviews. But I should definitely write about these people coz they disappointed my special day and I was more frustrated without celebrating my special moment only because of them. They dont deliver what we order and before we order something the support redirects us very sweetly but after getting the order delivered they will not respond to our call and if even if they respond also, the lady is too rude. I am just thinking how can we block this website itself so that others will not suffer

They were very sweet before getting the sale and I received an email that receiver is not answering the call. What will I do if he has only one number. They were extremely rude and closes the chat window without even finishing the conversation. Worst experience ever. Please save your money and don't order.
No Refund + No midnight delivery + they can spoil your special moment. You can't trust them + They will deliver next day and the product was very cheap.
