I had ordered a bouquet to deliver in a town in Samastipur, Bihar through https://www.myflowergift.com. Before placing the order I had a chat with customer care (embedded online chat in their website) and got it confirmed that they can deliver on the mentioned address.
I had placed the order on 23-Jun-2018. The requested delivery was on 25-Jun-2018.
However it was not delivered and they never informed me back. After contacting the customer care number *******619), they said this address is not in their service list. Also, they are saying they cannot refund the money for any individual cases as per their company policy. Customer care lady is talking rudely and in a very cheap manner so I stopped followup for the refund. Posting this to help others so as not to get trapped.

After ordering online, they ask for additional money, then u cant follow up on delivery as they dont like it. It will be done as they wish. Said my place is not city & the best part cake came from a Bakery which is in walkable distance from my home. I called them to follow up on delivery & same women answered both numbers. It is run by a women & she is very arrogant. She behaved as if she is spending for my order. Started shouting at me saying we will deliver before 6pm & cant do everything as mentioned in website & why i am calling asking the delivery, She hung up the phone.
Cant give 1 star also...

Especially that customer care executive lady is such a F*** threaten me for asking y delivery was not as expected. She spoke in such a rude yelling at me stating i'll keep your order in hold and we will deliver your order to someone, as i have done my payment 2K i waited till delivery even after waiting they didn't delivered all ordered products and Flowers bouquet which delivered is not even worth of 100 rs dried flowers tied with rope and customized greeting card is not even delivered.
I tried calling them through phone no response, i posted inquiry no response, I posted testimonial which is not displayed. HAD Worst experience ever. I feel like to complain to PS on the customer service people for their rude behavior.

I had ordered Red velvet birthday cake for my brother. Since I am out of country, I thought the service will be satisfying; instead it was rather worst experience. My family received the worst cake ever. It tasted salty, it smelt bad and on top of it, the color was so bombarded that their hands got red by just a small piece of cake. The color was so dark that it wouldn`t come off easily. They are worst they didn`t even entertain our complaint on customer care number. Whole piece of cake was $#*! and had to throw it away. 1125/- all the way into the garbage for nothing. Please stop fooling people like this. I am never going to order anything from this site again. Also I won`t recommend it anyone. The testimonials are fake on their website. Be AWARE! I had to go through all the agonies for ordering such a bad stuff and the family got me scolded very badly. I would not give any stars to it... go for another seller if you don`t want to disappoint your loved ones... Negative rating from me.

These guys are fraud I had ordered cake and card on 3rd of May and I paid around 1300 rupees these guys while taking orders accepted address and pin code and my order number was *******4141.
But on the day of delivery when I called customer care they denied delivery to that particular address saying that we don't deliver to this address although they accepted my payment and address first accepted and ask for refund but the customer care said that you won't get refund we will give you credit note.

And after calling 4-5 Times they send me a Credit note which was nothing but just an email to which they ask me to reply I want to use that credit note.

I agreed and order after few days on 12th of May using the credit note but as expected nothing is delivered they are frauds they just take your money and won't deliver anything neither gives your money back.

Now I am going to report this website to cybercrime.

Before placing the order i give them the PIN code and location of the place and they happily agreed to do the delivery. And on the delivery date i casually checked to make sure everything is on check and got a reply that my place is out of city limits and need to make an additional payment of 300 INR! And my so anticipated birthday gift! Just canceled the order. Never place any order from this people or you will end up wasting your time and money.

I ordered on valentine day and I was promised that it will be delivered within 3-4 hours but no one came to deliver the gift.
I called and they said that we tried delivering the order but no one answered my phone. We checked with the security officers on the main gate but no one delivered. My girl-friend has enough network access to answer anyone's call and they said they could not reach her due to network. Now they are not willing to refund and I see ample of negative reviews.

Take care guys, it is a Scam. I placed an order of a fruit basket worth 3000 INR. I didnt get the delivery on time. So i called them back and asked about my delivery. They replied that the person went for delivery but he couldnt reach the house. Also the phone was not reachable. Which is a complete non sense as we were there all the time at home. Then they said that all the fruits have gone bad and they cannot deliver on the next day also. They replaced the fruit basket (worth 3000 INR) with a small local cake and 10 roses. Total price of cake + flowers would be maximum 500 INR. When I called them back to ask for money, they were really rude and they cut the call saying nothing can be done now.

Stay away from such scams guys. My mistake was I didn't research enough before placing the order.

I had placed an order yesterday 14/02/18 for Valentines cake and roses paid 1250 rupees and order was never delivered.
Guy called Rahul comes on chat set up on their website
And he traps you by starting a conversation promising to deliver cake and flowers within 3 hours anywhere in India.
After confirming many times I placed and order for cake to be delivered in Gurgaon and order was not delivered.
I tried calling the number given on their website but it does not work. They have even deactivated face book, Twitter all social media sites on their website.
They are big time fraud and cheats ruined my surprise and have cheated me for my money.

I just wanted to share so everyone Please be careful from
This fraudulent website.

I am based in dubai and was in a rush to place order and got trapped.
