Don't ever order from this websit, they only response through chat not through call, it's actually fake website they get money without delivering any product, after processing the status will be processing whole week and cake will deliver. I have already complaint to cybercrime police to hack their website and they are bangalorian, they cheat all over country by building fake website.
Never ever buy from those people. Especially that lady she talking like a boss. She is thinking she giving the cake from his charity. I lost 1400 rupees and they dont even refunding.

I placed an order for 1028/- on 10th for 14th del and before placing the order got confirmation on delivery area through chat box. There is no system to track the gift, from 13th morning tried to track but your bloody website not worked till 16th and the tel no also not working. On 16th one bloody f... g lady informed that the area is not in their list and a credit note will be issued. Such a bloody third class f. G service and these f... ers are there to grab money from poor people like me. I will not leave this as it is but trying to search for options to sue for a defamation case against the proprietor of the website. Or if they return my money with interest and other sufferings say inr 2000/- I will consider otherwise.

I ordered a gift for my fiancé for Valentine's Day. They didnt deliver it till this moment. I was very disappointed with their customer service. I called them up like more than 40 times they didn't pick up the phone. After the day of occasion, they picked up the call and the lady was very rude to me. She was behaving to me as am her servant. Very bad experience. We lose our money and gift. They didn't refund too.
I send valentine cake n flower to india, it was such a horrible cake n I try them to reach through WhatsApp n email. Till this time no one feel to reply back... u guys made my valentines day such an... told them to refund my mony... if u see the images of cake which I ordered n the cake they delivered is horrible. Biggest mistake i done by using this company. They charged me extra for everything but ii hadn't get anything. I paid extra for midnight delivery but they done before midnight and I ordered heart shaped balloons but they delivered normal balloons. Spoiled my whole surprise by calling the person to whom i want to surprised. Worst service i ever had. Never recommend to anyone.
So before the order, the customer service is very nice to you. After order, they stop responding to your queries. They delayed my order, and delivered 1 day later than the date mentioned in the order. Also after placing the order they told me I need to pay more moeny as the delivery loaction is far, to which i forcefully had to agree to as there was no choice. I had clearly mentioned the pin number in the order, so how come the system does not calculate at that time? The delivery 100% free is a scam, dont fall for it.
I had asked them to send me a photo of the flower arrangement to which they never refused or said no. After the delivery was over, I asked for a photo, and they replied, its not part of the terms and service so they never made any commitment to send me a photo. The point is that, when asked for a photo, they should have been open and honest about it that they cannot provide it. Basically there is no way to know if what they send if the same as the website as they dont give you any proof.
I will not recommend using them as the customer service has a pathetic attitdue. Better put your money somewhere else.
Please please do not order anything from this firm. I made a big mistake that did not go through reviews before place my order. I have had a worse experience with this firm. They did not deliver all items ordered, when tried contacting, their number was switched off. Later when contacted, the reply from them was so arrogant and they started blaming me. When asked for money refund, they say will deduct in next order. As I have no plan to repeat an order them, she replies - come and collect from their office. Further to my email they started blaming on me with no respect to a customer and asked dont send rubbish emails to them... Those email replies were from Bouquetworld, not sure what is the relation between My Flower gift and Bouquetworld
Lesson learned - should at least spend some time in checking reviews before make order, so that we can avoid such looting, Fraud companies

Don't use this website it's fake and very bad customer service, they don't even have proper contact number they are robbers online cheating taking money from customer by advertising on website, very rude people they don't even have basic manners to talk I want to give zero or negative rating but they don't have those options, bad bad people please don't use this website they should close the business I am not sure y still running and making customers unhappy
My husband ordered from this site and after so many calls order was received which was totally different.
I have ordered gifts and flowers for my sister for Rakshabnadan. The Gif never reached. Wrote a couple of emails all I get is an automated response. When I tried to reach over the phone the phone is switched off.

Ordered a bouquet yesterday 29/9/2019... They immediately come on chat and promise you it will be done... But... Once the payment is done no response... This is a spam... Stealing money... Do not go and order anything through this website... Its as good as ruining your special day by spending money yourself... if possible complaint has to be lodged... fraud site
