I have got my 4000 bucks stuck with them which they are not refunding and also not delivering my order. Once you have made a payment to them there customer support will stop responding you. And they would not even pick up your call and when they will take your 20th call they would reply by saying that please email that they will not respond before you again call them and ask them to reply back.
Hi friends, Please don't use them for any service. They spoiled my plans. They didn't deliver the order, even after they confirmed two days before the delivery that it will be delivered on time... Also, it's been a week now since all these happened, and they haven't given a refund or credit note.
Ordered Cake for My Son's Birthday. Charged Heavy but thought will do good. But the thing is I didn't receive the cake at all on that day & ruined our entire function. No responses to calls & mails. Do not order with these people. Proper scammers. No one will reply you. Never mentioned delivery charges when purchasing. On the day of delivery they sent email to pay extra for delivery. No one will confirm your payment. The cake was not delivered at all.

I faced a very bad experience from your company - I ordered cake on 12 May 2020 and paid an extra delivery fee for overnight delivery. They didn't deliver the cake at all and all my family is upset. And they didn't even notify me that they are not delivering. Our whole plan got destroyed.
I reached customer service it says mobile switched off. And I reached in the morning regarding the delivery, they are such rude enough. That they didn't answer calls properly and saying delivery is today. If delivery is today?- why should I pay for an overnight extra fee. And after they said, due to lockdown police stopped. Then I said, I clearly asked one of the agents, they said they will deliver in lockdown location as well. That's the main reason I booked the cake for the price of 2175rs for 1kg cake. And they dropped my call and i tried to reach a couple of times they even didn't lift the call. And customer care guys don't know how to speak English as well, instead of response they dropped my call
I am really disappointed with your service. I will never prefer you in future sorry if it hurts.
And next, I dropped a couple of emails to cancel the order they said cancellation is not possible. It is totally weird.
So finally they ordered from fernsnpertals website and sent cake to me - I see the same cake costs 1200rs from their website. This is totally unfair.
And last - The delivery box is also not good at all and the whole cake got messed up. It seems to be they need to deliver something. Instead of nothing
They ensured to deliver flowers, dry fruit and chocolates in Ahmedabad inspite of lockdown and shutdown. Inspite of asking them again again regarding it they ensured 100% delivery at this pending and I had placed the order. They said once they're out for delivery they will confirm me the time and till evening 8 they will not my mails. At the time of delivery which they promised while placing order they're answer my mail saying that they're are unable to deliver because of lock down and now they're are refusing to refund my money back nor they bother to replay my mails or text message and on top of that the contact number which is been put up on their site is of Karnataka. Whoever picks up the call, is reluctant to talk and and does not understands Hindi or english. They are a complete fraud and i am going to take strict action against them. Kindly don't trust them.
I bought the below combo out of which they delivered only chocolate and fruits. Chocolate is about to expire in June(today is 10/5/2020). Fruits were completely hopeless. See the condition of grapes. See the picture for reference. Balloons were attached to the chocolate box whereas in the item description it specially mentions blown balloons. My mom is not going to blow those balloons on mothers day for herself. Flowers were not delivered. Not worth spending a penny on these guys.
If you are thinking to surprise your special someone just don't even think of ordering from these guys. Believe me it will be disturbing as they don't reply back to you. So please don't order.

Guys, don't fall for their chat. After you place the order they will block you and never respond to your emails. My husband ordered cake for me yesterday (May 4) and confirmed with customer care executive multiple times and they said it will be delivered. He thought this site is genuine and ordered cake. But it was never delivered and no update. When i sent multiple emails they just replied the cake was damaged in banjara hills by police and delivery boy returned. How come a cool cake is coming to chanda nagar from banjara hills. This is completely fake and there is no such thing happened. They are saying file complaint on banjara hills police. Guys please inform all ur friends and collegues not to buy anythg from this. Just trust famous websites like winni and Ferns and petals and flower aura. Surprise gone, and money also gone and bday ruined with this waiting.
Upon chat confirmation, I ordered cake during lockdown. But once order placed, no one turned up. I requested for refund and they provided credit which can used only in their store. I do not want to trust these guys anymore and requested for refund. Upon heated argument, they cooked up a story that it has been delivered. But honestly I didn't receive a mail confirmation on delivery or atleast call.

It's fake all fake i made a biggest mistake to order from "MyFlowerGift" i order 2 cakes for my wife's birthday 25/4/2020 but no one deliver they spoiled my day spoiled my emotions if you order anything from "MyFlowerGift" they never deliver don't order anything from here after order anything status always shows "panding" and you cant track your order they charged 1400rs but not deliver anything
