Worst Staff and Service

Money looters and nothing else. Worst staff. They will block you after taking payment and will not deliver the order or they will make excuses that flowers are not available, this is not available that is not available. Worst ever experience with the worst sense of talking of their staff. Disguising information.

Worst service ever

I was told by the agent over the online chat that they are doing deliveries in the Covid red zone areas as well... pleased the order and waiting for the delivery... tried calling them more than 30 times after that answered my call and explained that we will credit your money for future use we don't do delivery if you want the delivery we will do after two days but need to pay extra 400/- for that and the lady was extremely rude and cut my call

Please don't order anything through this website they will literally make you fool and they are just doing their business for using people's money 0 ratings also wasteeee!

No Delivery, No refund

Stupidest site i ever used. Ordered a birthday cake 1.5 weeks before. Never received any confirmation mail. When i contacted them they said the order is confirmed and it will deliver on the said date. But nothing happened. No cake, no mail, no response, no refund nothing. $#*!tiest site i ever used. We need to sue this sort of rascals who opens a company just to lure peoples money. Fraud.

The customer care number doesn't help you with any information. They do not respond after the payment is made. Looks like a fraud site who takes money and doesn't deliver. They issue you a credit note but the deliveries are not promised as usual. It is a fraud business and fraud website.

I ordered a cake and choclate for birthday more than a week before, i raised the concern of not being able to deliver the gift due to corona lockdown issue, they assured me that they will deliver on the said date itself to the location despite the lockdown ( they said this prior to payment). Now they didnt deliver and is refusing to refund me and saying i can get store credit only if i want. They are not answering the calls or replying to messages now. Why would anyone want to use such a service with poor customer satisfaction again.

I Have ordered a Cake and flowers for abroad gift for my wife's birthday. They had promised me a timely delivery. After the payment, no response from online chatting. Sent many email but no response. I called them on phone, first call was answered then they have blocked my number. I have tried from another number, same thing repeated. They are very cheaters.

Dear friends this is a fraud company, they will just cheat you. They are very good at you till you pay, after that you will not get any proper response from them, You will get an only arrogant response from their customer service lady and they will not even listen to what you want to say.

You can order everything that you want and pay also for fixed time delivery, they will not deliver on time and they don't listen to your complaints, you just listen to the arrogant words from their customer service lady. At the end, they deliver when they want, and what they want. You will just receive only chap items and less quantity totally different from what you ordered.

They will just you to lose your money and kill your day.

I have ordered one gift, i made sure through their chat box that the gift will be delivered to particular place on the same day for sure. Later i got the payment issues although i paid... After this every chat box has literally stoped replying me. Like there is no source for help.

Its Cheating

Ref order no# *******, I am select product from their online site, provide address and made payment in between they can't show or informed they don't have delivery in that area. After one week contact with them because of no response they said it cant deliver because of they dont have deliver in this area. Took money and cancelled them selves then they said it cant refund. Kindly solve this issue and refund my money. I done one mistake order product from them without looking their reviews

Flower delivery

I had ordered flowers and birthday cake to deliver at Mumbai. Flowers delivered were poor quality, it was stale flowers, white roses had turned brown. It was very embarrassing for me when my relatives sent me a picture of the dried up flowers.

These are the worst and fraud people doing some dodgy stuff.

Ordered a cake online from this website and paid extra to get it delivered at 12:00. To surprise (actually really not after reading reviews here) cake was not delivered and they promise to deliver it next day. On next cake wasn't delivered till 7:00 pm in the evening and had a trouble dealing with customer care ( hang up calls and one liner reply to emails). They don't even provide the refund and will make your life more miserable By providing credit note. What that means is you need to deal with these dogs again in future.

Save your self and don't fall into this crap wesbsite

At best I can describe this online shop as totally unprofessional insensitive and ill-mannered company.
I had a very sour experience with these people. Anyone going ahead after reading this do it at your risk.
We had ordered some orchids in June-20 to be delivered to a house on the occasion of a death in the family. Instead they sent Roses without even consulting us to see if it was an appropriate replacement. We felt so embarrassed and let down at the service.
We contacted them asking for an explanation and they were very curt saying we send another flower of the same cost. I don't think that's how it works.
We had initially orderd thru another site and after placing the order they called back and asked if it could be replaced as Orchids were not available and allowed us to cancel the order.
These people DO NOT HAVE professionalism or the attitude to understand what business they are in
Terribly disappointed and I WILL never step in there.
I feel I should warn you people.

Worst experience ever. I've ordered for birthday cake, card and flowers. I've paid for midnight delivery also but they didn't deliver on time. When I checked with them they said there is no midnight delivery to that place. I checked with them many times before placing the order but they didn't inform that then. They were very rude over the phone and disconnected the line. Cake was delivered next day evening after continuous follow ups and they again charged me extra for delivery saying that the place is far away. Birthday card was not delivered also. I lost the money paid for birthday card and midnight delivery. Please don't fall in their trap. I am attaching the proof, please note that my time is 2 1/2 hours behind IST.

I have ordered a fountain cake. They have cheated us. It cost 2000 for one kg. They gave a normal cake and on top of that. It was smashed and disfigured when it get delivered. When I complained no one responded. Dont cheat guys.

Anniversary gift

From Abroad, I ordered one anniversary gift for my wife. But after payment, the representative not communicating properly and not deliver on time. Given lots of excuses. Worth site. Don't order here. Otherwise will loose money & hopes. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE.
