Hello, I ordered the Bilstein 5100 series shocks with the Bilstein coils. The coils don't quite sit right in the seat on the shocks. The Coils are level on both sides the seat is offset to allow the OEM coil to sit perfectly. After three days of trying to get in contact with them they finally called me back and informed me these coils don't work with the shocks and they will not except returns because I installed them on the truck. The website said this will work for my vehicle, but it doesn't work for these shocks. Very frustrating!

The Bilstein 5100 shocks are specifically designed to work with factory coils, and the coils you selected are actually intended for the 5112 kit. On our website, we specify that the 5100 kit is designed to be used with the stock front coil springs.

Entire transaction, start to finish with Mudify was a pleasure. Decided to put a lift kit on my Tacoma and wasn't sure which to go with. I called and spoke with Joel and he asked me a lot for questions and helped me pick the best setup. Everything arrived quickly and the install went smooth. The one kit made my truck awesome, big improvement over stock TRD off-road.

Got each part of my lift separately and was worried when I didn't get certain parts. I emailed customer service and they responded quickly that the rest was on the way. Lift is in good shape. Nothing messed up in transit.

I went to Mudify to order the OME nitro charger kit for my 2021 4runner. I ordered the medium rear springs intentionally, but they sent the light rear springs. I was told they sent the light springs for that kit but why give the customer a choice of spring tension if they are going to send what they think the customer will need?!?!?! Miguel stated he would send a return label but it's been quite some time already and have not received. Definitely not buying from them again and buyer beware.

Regarding the springs, we take pride in selecting parts based on our proprietary formula, developed over 17 years of experience, to achieve the desired lift height. Please note that these selections may not always align with Australia’s ARB application guide.
