Shopping experience was easy and completed efficiently with no problems.

First off the website is super easy to navigate! I loved that kits are already built out depending on what you're looking to do with your ride! I picked a kit I thought would suit my needs but I had questions. Here's where good gets great. Customer service! I got a call from them and we spoke about what I was doing with the truck as well as what I wanted out of it and how I wanted it to ride. We went over everything and they helped me pick the perfect kit! I just installed it and couldn't be happier! My gx 460 rides better than new and I have all the ground clearance I need! I really can't thank the team enough for all the help and guidance! Won't be the last time I order from them!

Miguel was super helpful all day as I asked countless questions about the lift. After doing considerable research, this conversation was just what I needed to solidify my confidence in the purchase. This was a great experience, 10/10 would recommend.

I changed my order at the last minute, and they were quick to respond. I love the product, it rides firmer, but that's how we like it. There are a few scratches, but that is expected from Oldman EMU shipped from Australia. Overall a very reliable, great product, and an excellent company. I'll buy from them again. Uploaded a few films in Youtube with the Lift in action and a few places we've been.

Parts are parts, right? In fact, the cost is pretty much the same anywhere you look. It's not necessarily the parts you're buying from a vendor bur it's the overall experience. The customer support, the shipping, etc. Well, in my opinion, Mudify nails it. Here are the things that stood out:

- Their lift kit picker was really helpful. The graphical representation of the kit options was awesome. I liked the way they guided me through the process and made it EASY for a 4x4 n00b like myself to make the right decisions without being totally overwhelmed by choice like I felt with other vendors. This was honestly the #1 reason I went with Mudify was because of this experience.

- I did place a call to their sales service prior to making my purchase and the rep was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He knew what he was talking about and was able to quickly answer my questions and guide me properly.

- The shipping was quick and exceeded my expectations. I ordered on a Thursday before a holiday weekend and the parts were at my mechanic's place 3 business days later. Best part is that everything was as expected. No missing parts and a few hours later the suspension was built and installed and my truck looks and drives perfectly.

I will totally order from these guys again. They won my loyalty. Highly recommend.

So, I have been scammed before and you can call me paranoid cause now I almost only buy from companies that exist on better business bureau, but I took a chance and I'm glad I did. I submitted my order for the gen 1 Tacoma old man EMU heavy and within about 24 hours I got a shipping notice. This was a split ship, a box and 2 leaf spring, 3pks all together. It got to me in about 5 days. However, 1 leaf spring was missing and FedEx showed it just stopped making progress at some point. I reached out flustered via email and I got a response within a few hours saying they would check into it. Within 24 hours of that first email, I was asked what l was missing and a new package was sent out. I believe expresse shipped cause i got it in what seemed like 3 days. From the first email to the shipping I think that was around 48 hours. I'm sure everyone has a nightmare story about buying stuff online, especially something that has a lot of money tired up in it. I have to say no nightmare story here. This company was courteous and communicative and despite have a shipping snafu, I would buy from them again. I know they will take care of me or any other customer and with a good attitude, which is key these days.

Also worth a mention, they send you everything you need. They kit the kit so to speak. If you buy this set up from most places, you have to toss in some exhaust hangars and you also have to punch out the bushings the springs to put in the nicer ones, but this company takes the guess work out of that and has it kitted to reduce some of that hassle. I relay appreciated that. Their kit price was extremely competitive and after seeing they add-ins that were included, it was hard to look anywhere else.
