The Mudify team is a breath of fresh air in a typically poor customer service industry. They went about and beyond to assist me on my order for a great deal and delivered in a timely manor. Part of my order was on a brief back order and they immediately called and texted me to inform what was going on and how to proceed. We ordered a lift kit from Mudify and it shipped very quickly - however, one leaf spring got lost in transit and never arrived to us. Impressed with quality of springs, coils, shocks received. Shipped in two different deliveries that I was not notified until after I inquired I was missing parts.
