The parts came from two different places. One delivery from California, the next from Florida. Everything arrived packaged wonderfully.

The experience and everything was great except my packages were ripped to shreds with parts loose out of their boxes. Half of the packages i received were open from damage. I think that this is completely unacceptable.

I wanted to share my experience with Mudify, as it highlights the importance of doing thorough research before making a purchase. I decided to purchase a suspension kit for my vehicle from them, but unfortunately, it did not go smoothly. The kit was shipped in three separate shipments, and during the final shipment, I realized that an item was missing.
After paying $960 for installation, I discovered that the rear springs were longer, causing my vehicle to be 2" taller in the rear. I contacted customer service, and they confirmed that the wrong part had been sent. They assured me that they would ship the correct size springs, but unfortunately, they sent the wrong set of springs for the second and third time.
I finally received the correct set of springs and have an appointment to have them installed, but I now have to pay an additional $460 to replace the rear shocks. I emailed customer service to explain the situation and requested compensation for the additional charge, but I haven't received a response yet.
My experience with Mudify has been frustrating, and I hope that sharing it will help others make informed decisions when considering purchasing from them. It's important to remember that not every company operates the same, and doing research beforehand can save a lot of time, money, and stress.

Shipping was fast. However Ups damaged the box the front coil overs were in and one shock mount nut was missing due to the box wide open. Easy to replace, no fault to Mudify.
Ordered on a Thursday. Then within a couple of hours a Mudify representative called to make sure the part perfectly fit my vehicle. Then my part arrived on that Sunday. I am very impressed.

Website and customer service on the phone was great. When boxed arrived, the boxes containing the shocks were opened and the band used to retain the shocks and end cap on the threads were off of the shock itself. I will install this weekend and I hope all the parts are there and not missing. When packaging is opened it gives the the customer the impression that either someone doesn't care in the boxing of the product or that they were sent items that were returned by another customer. Said differently, it leaves a very poor impression.
Overall the experience was good. Miguel reached out to me right after I placed the order and let me know that it was wise to get upper control arms. Shipping from FedEx was not good but not Mudify's fault. Thanks!

Mudify was great in handling my purchase experience. Shipping on the other hand is a completely different story. Ordered my package on a Tuesday, delivery was scheduled for Saturday but didn't get the full package until the following Thursday. FedEx couldn't provide accurate shipping information or an accurate delivery date. And to top it all off, the box got to me in pretty bad shape. Don't use FedEx!
