I accidentally had my kit delivered to the wrong address and wanted to correct it quickly. Managed to get in touch with the sales and shipping representative and they were able to get in the system and changed to the proper location. Great and quick response.
Eddie was awesome. Called me immediately after my order to make sure that i had ordered what i truly needed.
I had my taco lifted 8 years ago, the parts were wearing out and the suspension never worked well in the first place. Eddie took the time to understand where I had been. And where I wanted to go with new suspension.
The new suspension works Great while hauling heavy loads off road as well as on the highway. If you wanna get the right parts for your truck for your special application- Eddie is the Mam!
Package was beat up and the shock broke the compression thing and poked though the shipping box
Box on the inside of the bigger was was severely damaged. Haven't installed lift yet. Hopefully all is good. I will let you know. Thank you.

There was a quality control issue with one of the OME upper control arms. The part was replaced in a somewhat timely manner.
Truck Rides Great and is very capable now. Probably rides better than stock. Could be new tires but it really does ride nice and much more body control.
Eddie was great to work with through the QC issue.
I would recommend working with these guys.
Eddie at Mudify is very knowledgeable and listens to what you want and what you're trying to do. I had a front shock go out due to a ARB bumper and winch and he knew exactly what I needed to fix the problem. Good folks.
Awesome! Ordered the OME 2" lift kit and messaged about sipping details. Received a call from a Mudify rep to follow up and provide additional tracking. Couldn't have asked for better customer service.

They only get in contact with you to sell you things, I've sending emails for my order and not answers back from the mudify team, they say that they would do deliveries in two days but what they don't tell you that would send you 2 pieces instead the whole kit thats my case and no way to track because they don't provide a track number or any information regarding your packages status, so if you are worried about your piece of mind buy from amazon cause at least they are real with the delivery day and they send you your whole thing as it should, now i have to reschedule my mechanic appointment

Stuff showed up faster than the competition quoted and the entire kit was cheaper. Overall good experience, stuff was decently packed to. No crate shipping for the leaf springs but they at least wrapped up the middle and ends with plastic wrap.
