I purchased an OME BP-51 lift kit. I saw several other websites offering a different model rear coil spring with thier OME BP-51 kits than I received from Mudify which concerned me. I contacted Mudify to discuss and they were very polite and professional when explaining that the rear coil spring they sent me was the correct and best part for my application, but if I want to exchange it they would. Initially, I had difficulty believing them because my lying eyes were believing the ARB USA website. I contacted ARB USA for clarification, and they said that their website was incorrect and that the part Mudify (Salesman Eddie) had spec'ed for me was the best part and that they have discontinued the other coil spring. I contacted Mudiy to let them know I would not be exchanging the part. I have dealt with dishonest shops in the past, so, it's always refreshing when you find an honest one. Thanks Eddie and the Mudify team.

Great customer service. Received a follow up call after placing my order to make sure I ordered the correct item.

I ordered the 4Runner 2.5" Bilstein 5100 kit with OME upper control arms and the struts assembled. The rear shocks, rear springs and upper control arms came packaged really well. I had to contact them to find out were the struts were. Two days later I get the struts thrown in a box with a little piece of foam to protect the threads at the top hat. The top hats were missing nuts and one top hat was not seated properly so now I have to go out and get it seated.

Eddie's is awesome! I purchased a OME 3inch lift for my 4th gen 4runner a few years ago. I talked with Eddie and told him my issues with my previous lift and he had a great solution so I went with the 3inch OME with soft springs. Skip ahead to a few weeks ago, I reached out to Eddie@ Mudify for a complete lift with wheels and Tires for my 5th gen 4runner that I had just purchased. I wanted something that rode as soft as factory so he recommended going with Bilstein 6112 and 5160 out back with Rear OME soft springs. I am so glad I went this route because out of all the lifted vehicles I have owned this one is by far the best riding one. Reach out to Eddie and he with treat you right and the guy actually cares and that makes the biggest difference! Thank you Eddie and Mudify! I will be buying skid plates from you in the near future.

I would buy from modify again, they were fast accurate with the parts I got and the coil springs I got were amazing as well

I was doing some research on Old Man Emu UCAs for my 4Runner and read a blog post that mentioned purchasing from Mudify. I decided to head to the Mudify website and place an order. The price was right and checkout was a breeze. The item shipped promptly and arrived sooner than expected which was great because I didn't want to drive my truck around too much before installing this part. Overall great experience with Mudiify and I will certainly be purchasing from them again.
