I placed an order, which did not contain any custom made items, totaling almost $200 on Oct 1st. They stated that the total time for my order to reach me would be 15-17 days. When I had not heard from them by the 19th of Oct I emailed them regarding my order status. They stated one item was in the warehouse, and they were working hard to ensure that I would get my order by Halloween. Okay I thought, at least they were polite. On the 23nd, my order still had not shipped so I contacted them again. This time I was told that my order would ship in two days if all went well. Things didn't go well, because it's the 26th and they have not shipped my order. I emailed them on the 25th requesting that my order be canceled per their policy which states that if the shipping is delayed on an order they will cancel and issue a refund. Mysteriously, when I requested that my order be canceled per their policy, they stated that they can't because it shipped on the 23td (they same day I contacted them and they said it hadn't). My order status page still shows that my order is being processed and I have not been given a tracking number. When I contacted them via live chat to ask why I haven't been issued a tracking number and why my order still shows its being processed the representative said she didn't know and told me to contact a supervisor (who weren't in at the time) in 12 hours. Basically they are giving me a roundaround so I cannot cancel my order. This is a sham company, stay far away from them. The money you save is not worth the hassle of dealing with such a poor run and dishonest company.
Do not ever deal with this company. I placed an order for a dress August 8,2009 and after finding out that there would be a delay in the dress I asked for a refund. All of a sudden a dress was available and was going to be shipped. I get the dress September 2,2009. They do not deliver the correct product. I got a dress in a different colour Sage and I ordered my dress in hunter green. After numerous emails to this company and several online chats, they agree to send me a new dress in the correct colour hunter green This confirmation was sent in September 9,2009. I did an online chat late September after I came back from vacation as I had not heard back about the replacement dress and they told me they were celebrating their mother land for 10 days and they would get in contact with me. I didn't hear back until I sent an email yesterday October 15,2009. They responded and told me they didn't hear from me and they sent several emails which is not the truth and then they say that they created the same dress for me in the wrong colour and decided not to send it to me. So I have now demanded my money back. What a ridiculous company. I dealt with another really great company where I bought my wedding dress. Some may say why didn't I order the dress through the other company because time/finances were not on my side and this company claimed to have a quick delivery of the product I must say on reflection the other company would have been better. I posted a review on their website saying how bad this company was and don't deal with them and they will not allow any negative comments on their website they want to give people the impression that they are a good company NOT! They are a bunch of dishonest people who don't want to do right when they have done wrong.
