In my specific case, the delivery rate was actually as advertised, but the quality and the subsequent customer service experience took the cake for being the absolute worst! I ordered 2 items, and BOTH looked like they've been made by a blind Lady Gaga (weird stitching? Wrong colors? Awful fabric? Exceptionally poor fit, despite the correct size? All check).
I requested an RMA, naturally, and am yet to receive anything from the Returns dept. "Peggy", who I spoke to via Online Chat TWICE, assured me that there is no other way for me to speed things up. (Their web sites states that an RMA is issued no later than 7 days after the request is put in). Every time, she used the exact same sentences, which means she simply copied and pasted her responses. When I threatened to post poor reviews, her only response was "OK." Clearly, this is a company that couldn't care any less about their customers!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!

This site sends you emails to attract customers to buy with FREE shipping, Discounts and more. Having a degree in computer science and worked in eCommerce for years, I linked from the email stating free shipping, found a dress, placed it in my shopping cart and NO FREE shipping or discount. I contacted, customer service and they said my discount timed out. Now that is a new one. A internet cookie that times out. I did not buy as I am concerned with the lack of knowledge and honesty from customer service.

BUYER BEWARE!
I ordered from this site despite reading a ton of bad reviews thinking I might be one of their few satisfied customers- I was WRONG!
Not only did I wait a full MONTH to receive my order- all attempts to contact milanoo about the status of my order went ignored- The condition in which my items came was appauling.
Not only were 2 pairs of shoes stuffed into the tiniest box resulting in damage, they were 3 sizes too big! I ordered a US size 7. What I received was a size 10! In both! I don't know how a mistake like that can be made. When i tried to talk to their "online representitive" this person actually had the audacity to say "you are so rude" after I told her the condition of my items and asked for my money back. I was told to send photographic "proof" that i was sent the wrong size and I'd get a response in 24 hours. Well- you guessed it- I never got a response.
Now I am out $100. I filed a complaint with paypal as a last ditch effort to get my money back. I have a feeling even if I sent them back I'd never see a refund. Heed my warning- milanoo is BS. They are scammers. Don't buy from here learn from my mistake!

Recently stumbled upon this website and thought WOW great knockoff shoes at super prices. I ordered a pair of boots that came after a couple of weeks. They were a little big, but I could wear with socks. No big deal they were SOOOO COOL. Ordered another pair of shoes, which took about 10 days to get to me. Now these babies are SO BIG, my husband could wear them (if I let him!) I was told to take pictures, the emails were bounced back to me, finally they got thru and nothing. I go to online chat with "Peggy" who is very apologetic, but it's been a week and nothing. Thankfully they didn't cost an arm and a leg, they are beautiful and I'm sure I can get my $$ back by taking them to the local resale store. Too bad, the quality is really good, and they do look fabulous. Bummerooski! Live and learn...

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! This is a warning to all of you who are thinking of buying from this company. They do not deliver and there customer service is poor. And the phone number they give to contact them does not work. You can not get a straight answer through their online chat. They answer your questions with question marks?. What is that suppose to mean? I placed an order for a dress which I was planning on wearing in a wedding. I even paid for expedited delivery so it would be here on time. They never shipped the dress. They said they sent me an email about changing the back of the dress, but they did not! This was addressed via the online chat and I was told it was taken care of and there was nothing to worry about. I was actually told not to worry! They sure took my money though! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Learn from my mistake!

Ordered a pair of shoes. Milanoo shipped the wrong size. Simple problem, right? When asking for them to correct the issue, Milanoo will ask for picture proof to be sent to them, then claim to never receive the pictures. After back and forth with their "customer support" I've found that it's not worth my time to pursue it any further. Don't order from them -- even if you place the order correctly, they will still mess it up, and they don't have a way to correct it.

I order a dress for homecoming a month in advance to allow pleanty of shipping time from milanoo.com. I went online and after 5 days it still said it was only processing (even though it said shipping is 5 to 7 days) i talked to an online associate who told me that it will arrive on october 11th even though i ordered it on sept. 14th. Homecoming is on the 9th! She said that she can give me a half refund even though they still had not shipped the dress! On their website they said that you can make a return within 7 days or exchange the product within 15 days... they don't mention that when you return it you only get half of what you spent on it. DONT EVER BUY FROM MILANOO!

This site is a sham! I ordered a custom made piece from them and about a week after i got it, not one, but TWO seams split. Not to mention they had about five different questions about my measurements i sent, which were taken by a professional. I contacted them in reguards to the split seams and they said they needed picture proof. What the *%&#. Proof of what? That you did a lousy job? So i did what they said cause i had spent about $230 and wanted it either fixed or exchanged. Well the web site would NOT let me send my pictures of proof. So i sent about 5 emails and got one response that said i had to contact a supervisor. This was all in October of 2009 and i STILL have not recieved a response from a supervisor. DO NOT buy from Milanoo! It is a joke of a company and they have WAY too many problems and terrible communication! BEWARE OF MILANOO!

I have had a horrible time with these people you can see the junk they sent me here: http://milanoosucks.blogspot.com I have complained to them and they tell me to wait 3-4 business days then they claim they have no record of my complaint even though I have emails from them stating they recieved it! Milanoo is nothing but a scam

Dont use Milanoo! Its horrible! I ordered all my brides maids dresses from here and each one had to be altered, my brides maids even did the custom size and they still messed up on them. All of them had to be altered, and one brides maid they sent the completely wrong size. In the end, i could of gone to davids bridal, spent less, and it would of been faster!

This company makes the worst scammers look good!

Avoid them at all costs. The site and selection of items looks wonderful, but what you receive when you order is nothing like they advertise. All complaints are strung out and then just avoided. Refunds never happen even when they admit fault. Save your money and never shop with them!

DON'T ORDER FROM MILANOO!
I ordered 3 dresses from Milanoo; 2 were ordered by giving multiple measurements, the other was ordered by giving a dress size. The dress ordered by size was extremely small as compared with dresses of the same size found elsewhere. We ordered that dress a second time, this time providing measurements. The reordered dress came from a different country, was a different color, and was a different dress pattern. It was significantly different from the other dresses, and different from the picture on the website. Although Milanoo agreed that the dresses were different, they refused to refund any money. Now we have paid $300, still do not have matching bridesmaids dresses, and no time before the wedding to reorder.

I wish that I would have found this site a month ago. I was stupid enough to order a brides maid dress from them, for my wedding. I too had to contact them about my order thru the live chat. First they couldn't find my order and then wow there it is. She told me that it was going to be shipped next days, I said thanx, well 5 days later my dress comes and disappointed isn't even the word. I got the dress out and it looks nothing like the dress that I ordered, it was suppose to be a LONG dress, maybe on my 11 yr old. The stitching is loose in areas. I took it to a friend that is a professional semstress for many years and she told me the isn't nothing that she can do to even maybe make this dress work. She was mad at me for even getting online for a dress, but I was trying to cut some corners. I had a fear, but I had ordered my wedding dress from another site and it is BEAUTIFUL., but they didnt have a dress that I wanted to use for my brides maid, so I mistaken found this one.
I tried to contact their live chat and WOW I too had been blocked from contacting them, then I sent not 1, but 3 e-mails to service and finally after the 3 one, I got a reply telling me that they need me to take pictures for PROOF that there are issues. For what? They got almost 200.00 from me and better yet the dress has been up another 50.00 in price now. I added a comment to their site review and I got an e-mail back of their regards. All I want is an okay to send the dress back and money put back in my account. From reading this site, It's a dream! Let's give you a better idea of what this dress looks like, Mimi from drew carey wouldn't even wear this dress. I am glad that I am not the only person, but sad we all had to be taken advantage of. Do not send money to this company. I have been talking to them several days and talked to Amanda. She lied repeatedly and said things like "oh dear customer don't be upset." She stated that she did not know if their company has items on site. I asked her if pictures are stolen she said she did not know. Live chat does not work and they do not respond. Don't let pictures entice you because they do not have items. When I kept asking questions site went dead and chat stopped working and Amanada was gone
She lied over and over again and I asked her if this is a criminal ring and she wrote "I do not know dear customer." I shop online a lot and first impressions say it all. The pictures posted are not theirs.

This company is very shadey. They take weeks and months in my case and still have not even shipped my order despite the fact that the money was immediately debited from my bank account. I don't want the order anymore, but thet refuse to refund the money. They said because I used a coupin (free shipping) that I could not return the item for refund period. Do not order a thing from this company that is based in China! What was I thinking...
