Ordered from them over a month ago and still haven't heard from anyone. I emailed them like 3 or 4 times and tried the chat which is never availble. I would not recommend this site! Their rip offs!

I would not order anything from this company. All they do is give you a run around when you need to return and item. I have been trying to return a dress since January. It does not fit correctly and the workmanship is terrible. I am still waiting on a reply about my return/refund. THe customer service is POOR quality just like their dresses!

I ordered my maid of honor's bridesmaid dress on this website, and did not realize they were in China until I got my order confirmation. Several weeks after ordering the dress I read reviews on the milanoo.com website and became terrified of what the dress was going to look like when I got it. Good thing I prepared myself! The dress' hem line was crooked and it had a sewing pin sewed inside! Also, the bottom half of the skirt wasn't sewed on, so I had to take it to a seamstress. I will NEVER order from this site again, and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE TO ANYONE, EVER!

Well, I'm only 14, and haven't bought from them (thankfully, and nearly). I had been looking at a classic lolita dress on their website for a long while, and once I decided I wanted to buy it, I told my mum. When in the process of buying it, she actually bought about 6 of the dress since the site was a little confusing and kept having the link saying 'Purchase Now' and 'Order'. She thankfully cancelled all the orders, and then she started thinking that the site was a bit suspicious, since she had visited a similar looking website before. Later I actually looked at another dress, and noticed something about the picture. It was very similar to a Mary Magdalene dress, and guess what, it was the exact same image but highlighted in Photoshop, and then the Milanoo watermark added to it. It was nice for a while, looking at the cheap prices for lolita dresses, but I'm gonna admire from a safe distance now^^"

We ordered a custom made Lolita dress that was on sale. Having ordered from China before, we didn't expect them to deliver very quickly, but they surprised us by coming n about a week under their "longest time" delivery date.

Quality of the item was acceptable; stitching was good, zipper properly sewn, appliqué's firmly attached. Only negative was the sleeve length as they were a bit short despite our sending the proper sleeve length information.

We have five more items pending, in two separate orders, one due the end of this month and one due the end of next. We shall see how they turn out.

I think u guys should really pay attention because all of the shoes on this milanoo site are all pictures of christian louboutin shoes... there is no way they can be posted on milanoo for less then $500 because the shoes themselves cost $1500 and up... i believe this is a scam so buyers beware

I ordered my dress in January. They said it would be delievered by March 8; I got it on March 5th. So far so good, but then I took it out of the BAG... really a bag for a wedding dress. And it was not my dress... does not even look like the picture. The only thing they got right was the halter bodice and a broach. I took pictures, attached my confirmation email when they accepted my order... I have sent 3 emails now with no response. Plus, I found a vendors reciept for $10.00...$10.00 I wish I only paid $10.00. So at this point I believe I am not stuck with a dress I will never wear and am out of my money as well. Do not even take a chance on this company you may think you're saving money but your just handing them you money and your dreams.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
You are better off wearing a paper bag then purchasing ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE.
THEY USE CHEAP FABRIC AND STEAL PICTURES FROM OTHER SITES.
There customer service is BEYOND AWFUL!
Milanoo needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY! They are a bunch of scammers!

I have placed an order for a gown for a friends wedding and after reading these reviews, I am very nervous now. I have emailed them twice about the order and Have not had one response. So then I went on their website to my account and my order does not even show up! They have a live help button so I tried that, after inputting my information - the window shuts down( I did this twice also) So you can't talk to them there either! I thought this "store" may be all a scam, but now I know its not a scam they're just absolutely terrible at what they do and If I had found this site sooner, I would have ordered somewhere else for sure!

I was looking for a costume for an up coming anime convention. The costume was cheap and I went ahead and bought it with my debit card. Not 10 minutes later I get a call from my bank saying my account has been frozen. I've sent 4 e-mails so far to cancel the order and tried the live chat but no reply's. Though this all just happened today, after reading these I get the feeling I won't be getting any reply's. I consider my self lucky though non of my money was taken, the account was frozen before they could.

Horrible customer service! This site is a rip off! I ordered a wedding dress from them on Feb 4th. After a few days I got an email confirming my order and telling me the dress would not ship until March 14th and arrive on the 24th. I asked why and was told something about the new year and the type of dress I ordered. Thinking if I changed the dress I may be able to get it here sooner I asked in several emails if I could change to another dress. No response..."cue crickets" I finally decided that I could not wait any longer and sent several more emails telling them to cancel my order as it had not yet shipped and that I wanted a refund on my money "cue louder crickets" Nothing came back to me. Finally I got tired of waiting and contacted my credit card company asking what I could do to get my money back on an order that I did not have. I was told they would file a dispute claim with Milanoo.com and ask for the money back and if within 15 days they had not responded they would force it since I do not have the product they cannot hold my money. Low and behold this morning I get a reply to my question about changing the dress telling me this isnt a problem. I replied that as per my previous 8 emails I wanted the order cancelled. I was then told there would be a 30% processing fee since the dress was in processing and take 38 days to make. So let me get this straight, changing the dress would be no problem at all but canceling a dress cost me money? If the dress was infact already being made then why no mention of this when they thought I wanted to change only when I want to cancel? I can answer that, they are full of it! The dress isn't made to order nor has it been started. I am so pissed right now! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They will only screw you around! Adrienne Austin, TX

I ordered an item and it arrived too small, despite verifying my measurements in advance. Customer service were of no help, particularly when I asked to not have to pay for shipping again for an item that arrived much too small -- so I had to order another for a performance. A little over a month has passed and they have not yet shipped my order. Customer service again is of no help. They said it was undergoing "quality control" and would be shipped in "a day or two." The service is pathetic and the estimated shipping dates are incorrect. AVOID if possible.

I ordered a recital dress from this site in January. It looks like a legit site (but I must have missed a few spelling errors when I was looking around). It was supposed to be delivered at the end of the month. It's been almost two weeks since then. I've been sending emails, complaint messages, and I even tried the online live chat option, and they didn't respond for a half an hour so I just clicked out of it. NO ONE has helped me at all to figure out where on earth the dress I ordered is! And when I read the return policy, I was extremely disappointed. They only refund you maybe half the price, if at all... I really wish I had read the fine print, and these reviews.

I am a very cool calm and collected person, but Milanoo has just taken me out of character! I am livid. My wedding is right around the corner and I gave explicit instruction of the style of dress as well as the color I wanted. When I received my dresses they were the wrong color. I requested lilac and the dresses I received were hot pink! They instructed me to take a picture of the item and send to their dispute department. 4 weeks later, I got an email from them saying they did nothing wrong and that I would not be reimbursed my $300! Prior to ordering, I purchased Milanoo's book of fabric swatches the make sure I had the right color! That was useless be cause they still screwed up and refused to give me my money back. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. I'M NOW TRYING TO FIND DRESSES FOR MY BRIDESMAIDS! THIS IS SO WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS!

I ordered a costume before Christmas as a gift for my girlfriend. I should have researched a little more. It took almost a month to get here, which is fine, but when it arrived it was not what I ordered. It as a different item and was HUGE. I mean, HUGE! It was supposed to be a medium and I assumed it was stretchy but they either don't size properly or didn't bother to check the sizing. There is no size on the outfit. Bummer. So in summary, DO NOT BUY FROM MILANOO!

I ordered a ball gown style wedding dress from Milanoo even after reading the horrible reviews because the price was fantastic, not to mention the dress was beautiful; and I must say, I was extremely afraid of what I would find when it arrived at my doorstep... HOWEVER! When it arrived, the dress was GORGEOUS! And it was almost EXACTLY how the picture showed it. I made sure to give Milanoo ample time to process my order and while the shipping time was off by about 5 days (due to the fact that they were off for a week for the New Year), once the dress shipped, it took TWO days to get to my house. TWO DAYS! How awesome is that?! The dress was exactly how I ordered it and fit me like a glove. I did the standard size (rather than pay extra for exact measurements that were already extremely close to my size), and I am very satisfied. The material is beautiful and the sewing is wonderful. No loose seams or botched stitching. I would definitely order from Milanoo again. And though I know many of you out there are afraid to order from them, just be sure to give them time and if they do botch your order, you can blame me for telling you to order there. Lol

Terrible. Myself and a few other girls all ordered bridesmaid dresses from these people. When we received our dresses, they didn't look like the picture as the materials used were obviously different and they also didn't fit! One of the girls even ordered the dress custom-sized and it came out 10 inches too short. Before I ordered, I confirmed my measurements alongside their sizing chart to confirm the size I should order. I read the reviews on that specific dress and was advised to order the dress one size up from what I usually wear and get it taken in if necessary. I did exactly that. When I received the dress, lo and behold, it didn't fit AT ALL. I couldn't even zip it up! I quickly took out my tape measure and measured the dress at the bust hip and waist areas. My suspicions were correct - the dress was nowhere NEAR tailored according to their sizing chart. I tried to return my dress emailing them photographs of their mistake. I got a response from someone named "Violet" denying me my refund as the photographs were not "clear enough" which was a complete lie as I took these photos with a 12MP camera. I probably sent her about 5 to 6 e-mails back and forth, arguing with them over a mistake that was CLEARLY their fault. All I got back were replies in broken English denying me a refund. This company is TERRIBLE! I wasted $70 on a dress that I can't even wear. Do NOT order anything from them - I had to learn the hard way.

I know this website got a bad rep, but it seems they've cleaned up their act! Mind you, I didn't order anything customized, but I did order materials that were extremely time sensitive. Their customer service got back to me within one business day each time I contacted them. They were able to give me full, detailed information. What's better, they shipped and delivered my package a WEEK before it was expected to arrive. Their customer service reps were extremely professional and helpful. They sent me wonderful extra gifts, and free shipping. I'm definitely ordering from them again! I hope you give them another chance!

What a mistake that would've been! The prices were too good to be true, then it said FREE shipping! & i thought oh ya! I order a corset (lingere) from this website and I recieved it sooner than expected. It was the exact one in the picture and it fit me great! The only thing I would recommend is order a size down than you regularly wear. I ordered this one intending to lose weight and fit it better but it fits me perfect now. I'll be ordering small from now on! I plan on ordering 3 more within the next month! I just can't believe how affordable they are compared to other places.!
