"I will NEVER order from Milanoo again. I ordered shoes for my wedding from them. At first, I thought it was amazing that I found wedged heels that I liked because I couldn't find any for a reasonable price. I proceeded to order my shoes and was happy I had that part over with. Then the problems started. My payment was completed Feb. 19th and ship date was March 26th. I figured since they are so far away, they would be taking a bit. My wedding is on April 28th. I had to message Milanoo customer service because I did not receive my shoes and I was worried. I was given the same response every time I contacted them. After finally getting my order today, (4/13) I was excited because I thought I would have to buy different shoes. When I picked the package up, however, I was so upset. The box for the shoes was beaten as if it was thrown around and the way it was taped was as if the box was already like this. My shoes are missing diamonds and the string of diamonds down the side are falling off. I do not have the money to go buy a new pair of shoes! I am appalled by the service here and in result, will never order from here again. I feel horrible because I told my family about Milanoo. I will be sure to call my friends and family back and tell them about my experience. "

I ordered a Hatsune Miku cosplay costume and a wig and I was actually pretty scared and even started to slightly shake when I came to the checkout because most people told me that that website was a scam but others said that the quality was amazing. I confirmed my order and my order came early and the quality was indeed amazing. I recommend this site for cosplay costumes.

This site is just not worth it.

First, the waiting time is waaay too long. I placed my order at the beginning of February and received it on April 4th.

Second the quality of their is very poor. They have the pictures of the original products they are copying from on their site, but what you'll get is just a poor copy.

I ordered 3 pair of shoes from them and spent $190 for the whole thing. I didn't mind waiting but the quality of soo bad, I'll never order from them again.

SCAMMERS! Buyers beware! They will take your money and will not refund you if you receive fedective products. The fake Louboutins are way too small. They are not even the right size in the U.S. They gave me the run around and made me pay for shipping that costed over $50 USD! Then they emailed me in broken English saying they cannot honor my refund because it's over 7 days. I told them I don't care if I don't get a refund just send me the correct size and they said they cannot help me any further. So I asked them to send me back the original package, but they keep sending me this generic broken English email. What a bunch of dishonest, scamming, stealing scum bags! Now I have speant over $200 on fake shoes that I don't even have! Bad karma will come to these people for scamming innocent customers like is. I should have known... they are cased in China and don't even speak English and just out to victimize innpcent customers like us. DO NOT GET TEMPTED BY THE BEAUTIFUL PICTURES. You will get nothing but a high blood pressure dealing with this scamming company. I wish I had read all the bad reviews before I fell into this trap. Do not make the same mistake I did.

I've seen all these negative reviews and I'm happy my experience isn't anywhere near as awful. I ordered a navy lolita dress, custom size because I am very top heavy. The dress came a little earlier than expected, and I actually am very pleased with the quality. There were only a few things wrong, which is why it's only a 4 star rating. The top of the dress isn't the same as in the picture, but it didn't bother me much because I figured making it custom they had to change it up. Also, one of the bows was only sewed on with a few threads, but it still looked nice. The biggest downfall is that the skirt, which I provided measurements for, went to my feet when it was supposed to stop above my knee. I think they provided the wrong underskirt, to be honest, but it is in the same style so I was able to still use it.

All in all, the quality of the dress is actually really good. The sewing looks great. All the ruffles are so cute. Also, it fits PERFECTLY, which surprised me and made me very happy. I'm very happy my first purchase went so well, but after reading all these reviews I'm hesitant to buy again. However, I wanted to let everyone know that there aren't all bad things that come from Milanoo.

I just ordered from this website... prior to reading this blog and also have another story to add to this list of inadequate products that take over 30-45 days to receive by mail. First off, I was totally confused by the conversion chart they had on their site. Their web page confirmed that the shoes I ordered were a US size 9. So me assuming this is truly a size 9 order two pairs of shoes totaling over $100 dollars. I received the package to find the shoes to actually be a size 10.5. So after many emails I got a RMA number and found that it would cost $54 dollars to ship back to the company. Apparently they don't reimburse for the return shipping another item I failed to look at before sending the merch. Back... After hounding them I just got an email from Pay Pal that I am getting reimbursed after 3 1/2 weeks. The shoes I ordered were black and smelled like they were colored with sharpies--an over whelming smell I might add. In short don't waste your time or money... cute products should not have so many ugly stories from their customers.

My sister order a wedding dress beautiful picture, It had roses on it and everything. She was really excited, When she received the dress it was horrible. It looked nothing like the picture it was missing the whole top part that should of been red. We contacted the company they said what was wrong with it?, I told them they didn't agree until the saw the red part missing, then they said nothing else was wrong. But that was a lie the rose's were supposed to look like rose's not carnations, the color of the stems were brown instead of green there were strings hanging all over from the dress. It looked like a child made it. They offered only $100.00, We paid over $200.00 for it. We said no we want a full refund, so my sister sends it out like they told her to. It gets to in china 4 days later. The post office tried to deliver it 3 times. I emailed them and told them they need to pick it up. They wrote back it was delivered, they said wait patiently for your refund. After waiting about a week, One answer said they were looking for it, Then I waited 2 weeks now there telling me they never received it. It's a shame that this company is still in business, All they do is lie and ruin people wedding days. Don't order from them. They have the worst customer service and all the do is lie.

To all of the people that have had a bad time with this company you all have to keep in mind that dropp shiping can take anywhere from 20 to sometimes 60 days if it is been custom made it could take longer i have orderd frome them and it did take a long time to 33 day's about 1 week later then it should have but i was very happy with what i got it's not like it is when you order somthing in the us it's coming from over seas i have family in germany and when they seend us stuff it takes 3 to 6 weeks to get here on average but i understand this is frustrating and god knows i was upset my self when i talk to them to but my skirt was so well made i will order from them soon also keep in mind when amozon.com first started it was the same thing orders did not come on time as well but they have came a long way too and this was in the us where shipping can take anywhere from 3 to 5 days but over seas will allways be 20 to 60 days to get here by the way my family in germany seent us a somthing it took 8 almost 9 week's to get to us why because british airway miss placed are stuff and had to find it so sometimes it's not the company's fault it was the airline's fault this happens all the time with drop shipping or ordering from out side the u. S i hope i have shed some light on this plus this company has only been up for 3 years it takes a long time to get it to be better and faster like i told you all even amozan.com had lot's to work on when they started

I ordered a few clothes and two formal dresses from milanoo.com and the entire experience was horrifying. The quality of the products were so low I returned them right away. Aside from that, the package it came in was beyond unprofessional (all the products were squeezed into a plastic bag that was roughly duck taped). But this, I expected. What I did not expect was to find a sewing needle hiding in the details of the dress I purchased. It did not help that I found out about this after injuring my finger. I hope no one goes through this after paying a wholesome amount of money (say. Over 500 USD).

Do yourself a favor--- stay away from this Chinese retail disaster.

Do not waste your money on these scammers. The sizes are wayyyy off (women's size XL in China is apparently a child's size 2 toddler in US). Forget about getting a return or exchange. They will give you the run around until you finally give up. Lost too much money with these knuckleheads. Don't make the same mistake as me.

I ordered two corsets from Milanoo because they were the only site with decent prices. The shipping took a little while (a month or so) but it was from China. The corsets I got were EXACTLY like the pictures and I was so surprised by how good of quality they were and for only about $20 each. I was scared to try this site because of all the terrible reviews but every company is going to have problems at some point. The corsets fit perfectly and I wear one of them out a lot with jeans and get a ton of compliments. I just ordered 2 costumes for halloween and am hoping it will come in time. We'll see. I'll post another review regarding that purchase! Hopefully it will not be a bad experience like all of the other people had.

I ordered a watch and it arrived broken. After lots of complaining and numerous emails, milanoo only offered to give me a 10% refund of the watch or a 10% off my next order. They refused to take my broken watch back or to send me a new one. The customer service representative wouldn't even acknowledge that my watch was broken despite seeing a picture of the pieces loose in the watch face.

From what I've read Milanoo doesn't have any sort of quality control system to make sure the orders that go out are perfect. And when broken or wrong size orders do go out, they'll only offer a 10% discount code of your next order.:(

Nevermind the fact that 20% coupon codes are all over the internet.

The only reason I'm giving this a decent rating is because they sell awesome costumes for cheap, particularly when you're looking for anything spandex or superhero-y. Downsides: the website is crappy to navigate, sometimes you can't add custom things to your order (for example, you'll click to add an extra zipper, but it won't show up in your cart), everything's in Engrish, and the stuff isn't amazingly high quality (but I guess that's to be expected). Also note that shipping costs are fairly high because everything's coming from China.

Where do I begin?! I ordered a beautiful looking dress from them when it finally arrived the cheap free cosplay set that came with it was probably worth more than the order. It was like I bought a cheap knock off that wasn't even accurate. The details were all different, The corset has black ribbon and buttons, where the one I received has light purple.
The corset looks firm like it has boning or some structure to it. The one received is one layer thick, and doesn't nearly look like the pictures.
The corset has a v like shape the the bottom where the one I received is just straight and flimsy.
The one shown even has a black bow or something near the bustline, the one received doesn't.
The top doesn't even fit nicely.
The lace doesn't even look the same the one shown is thick and shows and the one on the top is thin and not at all the same.
Looking at the back of the top, the one shown has twelve holes in which the ribbon goes through. The one received as about five?!
The colour purple doesn't even look the same.
The skirt and petticoat are two completely different sizes, one looks like a extra small and the other an extra large!
The skirt is cheap and doesn't look black but navy blue!
The whole outfit looks like a cheap badly done copy of a much nicer outfit.
I keep looking at the pictures on the site and at the dress and can't help but feel upset, and can't say it is decent in anyway. I can't even say its just my opinion because a minimum of five other people have said the same things. Not one person said they would've bought that dress.
I had to send pictures in because I want to return it, my sister couldnt even wear the damn dress it was so terrible and for almost a month since my last email I have not heard anything.
I hope they get sued!

Do Not... I repeat! DO NOT buy from milanoo. It is the absolute worst thing I ever did. If I could give them less than one star, I would.

I ordered a skirt and 3 shirts from them. At first, the ordering process was so easy and everything went over smoothly. They said it would take 10 to 15 days to ship considering that it was Free shipping. I thought that it was no problem. 15 days later, no package. I emailed them and asked if they could tell me where my order was. The response was that they were trying to finish making the skirt I ordered because it was out of stock (even though when I made the purchase, everything I wanted was IN stock). They said they were going to ship it out in the next 2 days and that I would get it soon after that.

TEN days later! Still no package. I emailed them again asking about my order. They gave me another excuse saying that they were going to ship it really soon and that they were just really busy. So fine.

Six days after that, I FINALLY received my order to find that NONE of the cloths I ordered were the right size. The skirt was about 4 sizes too big and the shirts I got would fit a child. So, I followed their return policy verbatim. I took many pictures of the clothing with a ruler and scanned my order in so that they had ALL the proof to show that they screwed up. They didn't respond for days after that. Finally they told me to ship it back (on my dime) and that they would refund me my money.

I did just that. It cost me around $40 to ship it back to China! Because that is where it came from (again, something I didn't know). I closely monitored where the package was since I got a tracking number. When I saw that it arrived to them, I thought I would give them a couple days to refund my money back to my account.

SIX days later, no refund. I called them immediately this time to learn that there manager was not in and to call back in 8 hours. When I called back, they still were not in. I made another email to them (this time not so nice) and demanded my refund. They did not contact me back. In fact, they conveniently lost my account I made with them so that the order was "lost". I have been calling and emailing and again, no response.

So, I not only GAVE them money, I also paid to give their merchandise back to them. What a fraudulent company. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I gotta say this site had me completely freaking out when my dress was over a week past due for being shipped. I emailed customer service and it did take a day or two to hear back but they emailed me back saying it wouldn't be sent out for another 3-5 days 'maybe'. I about lost it because I leave oct 19 for my wedding. I emailed back insisting on an upgrade to expedited shipping. I got an email back the next day agreeing to this. 5 days later it hadn't shipped yet so I emailed back. 2 days later it was shipped expedited. I emailed them twice to get a tracking number. I don't know why I didn't get one in the email saying it was shipped, but I did finally get it and called ups and they confirmed it was sent expedited and I will receive it tomorrow (the original deadline I was given). It's in between alaska and kentucky right now in transit and I am very happy with that! My niece recommended them. She has a bridal shop and has ordered from them many times with no complaints. I am going to hope my dress is close to fitting me and is the right color and halter style. Other than that I'm not that picky about for the price I paid ($149 total with my coupon code I found online). Will update this tomorrow night after getting my dress. Customer service is slow and the dress was sent out more than a week later than it should have but they rectified the situation. Wish me luck!

After reading all the reviews i am statring to understand how Milanoo.com works. A company out of London posts photo's of designer dresses (its the designers photos too) and they put their watermark over it. Send your order to a sweatshop factory in China where ametures are putting together dresses in the same quality at Holloween costumes are made. Go to the attached link to see the dress i was sent. P.S. Customer service has contacted me... sounds like the same type of post service everyone else has got. I'll keep you posted if there is any good news.

Whatever you do, no matter how desperate you are for cheap dresses - do NOT order from Milanoo.com. The dresses we ordered were all different, and when we tried to get it resolved with them they barely spoke english and were SO hard to deal with. It is not worth the agony/trouble dealing with thme. We are out $400 because of MILANOO's mistakes and us not listening to the reviews.
