I ordered 3 shirts all in size small, they were not custom ordered. The first two shirts were good, the quality was fine for what I paid for (an average of $15.00 a shirt). The fit was okay; they are a little snug but I can still fit (if you do decide to take a gamble and buy from them you may want to order a size up). But the last shirt looked like it was homemade. There is loose thread hanging all over and the stitching is uneven. I can't wear it because it is just so poorly made and the uneven stitching is very noticeable. After reviewing Milanoo's return policy I have a feeling that I will have a really hard time returning it so I guess I'm stuck with it. Also the packaging was horrible. Someone just threw my shirts in a bag without folding them so when I received my items they were all crumpled up and wrinkled.

The clothes on Milanoo's website are nice looking but I just don't think I'm going to take another chance because the quality of their clothing is so inconsistent.

This site is not that bad. I was really scared by all the reviews written about the wrong dresses being sent and customer services being a total pain. But the prices and the range of selection was so good I decided to try out something cheap the first time figuring that I'd just ask for a payback as soon as something went wrong.

I ordered an LBD worth $23 which I felt was much cheaper than in other online shopping sites and regular stores. They said it would come in around 15-17 days, but it arrived 2 days late on February 16th. I talked to them a couple of times on their LiveChat to this woman named Cisca who took around half an hour to find the answers. The girl also had some difficulty with English but I guess that's to be expected seeing that they are from China. You need to use keywords relating to the product so as to get a proper answer out of them which needs a bit of patience but she was pretty helpful about and I didn't have too bad a time.

One catch regarding the site that I improvised on was to order a bigger size than on the charts! I'd read in a review that clothes delivered from here were most often of smaller sizes. Since Asians are MUCH smaller than western counterparts, the clothes they sent were of smaller sizes corresponding to their sizes! I ordered an L size, about two sizes larger than my S. This proved absolutely correct as the dress I got, albeit a little loose, fitted me quite well, if not perfectly.

Despite all these hitches, the dress that I got is simply Amazing! I ordered a black knit dress and the quality was much better than I had expected. It didn't look as new and shiny as it had in the pictures, but the material was super-smooth and comfortable! I find the site definitely worth a second chance and hope to get the same good service that it has given me this time!

This company is a FRAUD! Do not order from them. They will not refund your money. They will stall you as long as they can to get your money. I called my bank and cancelled my card and filed a police report with the fraud unit.

Their online helpers are no use. Emailing them with complaints is a paper trail for your case, but they will not help you. Your complaints will not be resolved through Milanoo.com, only through law enforcement.

I have to say that after reading the bad reviews for this company after I had already placed my order I was very worried about getting my package, that came like 2 weeks early! I ordered a white gown for a pageant, I asked to have it changed to a zipper back but even though they still sent me the corset back it fit perfect! I still have to get it altered since Im a shorty but the whole transaction was great. I might try ordering from them in the future since this one went well. If you decide to order do so with paypal that way if anything goes wrong you can get refunded.

I bought a wedding dress at the end of May this year. It arrived June 20th as expected. What was not expected was that it would be PEACH. The dress that I ordered was supposed to be a mermaid type dress, champagne color, with chiffon draping at the bottom. Instead I received a huge fluffy peach dress covered in TULLE. I have sent this company 8 dispute requests, something like 25 emails, pictures more than 5 times, talked via live chat 5 times, and the only response I get is that they need more information, they didn't get my pictures, they are checking into it, or they are closing my dispute from lack of ME contacting them.?! They have the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I am a very understanding person, but this is ridiculous. I am not one do do bad reviews on companies, but I will be posting this on as many sites as possible. Worst shopping experience EVER! En-uk_*******446_474. Texas

Your comment: I would have gave them a zero if I could. Ordered 2 lolita bloomers, same model but different color. Gave the exact same measurements but one of them is shorter than the other (they're telling me that it isn't the same model after they changed the pictures on their website, when I ordered (and I still have the confirmation email with the pictures to prove it) it was the exact same bloomers, except one was white and one was black). The other bloomers has a waist band to large that they keep sliding down because they're too big. Been waiting over a month to get this resolve and it still isn't (partly because RMA is refusing to see the problem AND that my complaint and pictures proving my complaint were never sent to RMA, had to use the live chat for them to be sent). So, basically, NEVER order from Milanoo unless you want bad quality, measurements AND bad service.

I purchased over $150 in products from this site for my honeymoon and wedding 4/10/2011 I was told it would ship out in 15 days... well its now 6/1/2011 and it still hasnt shipped! I am moving to a new location in 9 days and as of today all the customer service i have been promised still hasnt happened! I went from being very excited about this site and refering people to it to telling people to stay away! Its such a rip off and I don't even know if I will ever get my stuff or the quality of the stuff im going to get if it ever arrives! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

I purchased my daughters prom dress from Milanoo, it was late getting shipped to us, and was totally to short as well as ripped when we got it. We ordered the dress 28 inches long we got it back 21 inches long. It was terrible. I have emailed the company several times and have not recieved any help with the situation. My daughter could not wear the dress. I should have read these reviews before ordering. I will never order from Milanoo again and hope noone else does.

Do not go to this site. I recommend don't even see their pictures. They steal fashion photographs from other websites. I mean, I checked lolitashow.com (one of their totally FAKE websites and on the "coats" section, theres a SAME coat as the one I saw on mfashion. Eu

I order a dress and a pair of shoes for my daughter's prom on March 2,2011. I was told that is will take 25-30 days to receive the dress. As you know the dress was not delivered. The prom was on April 15,2011 so I had to do damage control the week of the prom. I asked for a refund and was told by Marcia that my money would be refunded 2-3 days later and that was on April 8,2011. Still no money. The website to me is a fraud. Stay away.

I spent about $70 on a black lolita dress with beautiful ruffles and embroidery on it... in the picture they stole from Mary Magdalene.

The dress came in a fairly decent amount of time. About 2 weeks. The dress itself though, was not even worth the $70 I payed for it. I didn't expect a perfect replica of a $350 dress for 70, but come on! The ruffle on the skirt was separating from the dress as soon as I opened the package. The petticoat is cheap netting that hurts like hell to sit in and feels like a cheese grater. They either drop, add, or just mess up the ruffles completely! It's a mess! The hem on the skirt and sleeves is fraying after only 2 uses! I read the invoice I got and it said the total value of the contents in the package my dress came in was $10...

Stay away from milanoo and all of it's aliases! I tried to send pictures and all that to show they messed up and they insist the dress is exactly as the photo. Stay away! You'll be much happier for it!
