Crochet hooks

Is there a reason why You put stickers on the metal part of the hooks. That defeats the purpose. You can't crochet if the hook is sticky. And yes I tried to wash it and it didn't work. Not to bright.

Just thought everyone would like to know that the employees do not keep their word. I was promised a refund by Tonya in June and she still has not refunded my money. I have called and emailed her numerous times and she refuses to call me back or email me. This is not good customer serves!

The first time I ordered from them I got the wrong item. Second time I got half of what I ordered and things I didn't order. Unfortunately I placed a third order back to back with the second order. The third order was done on the 21st of the month. It's now the third of the next month and it has never been delivered. I got a refund and will take my business to a competitor. Avoid choosing ship to home at all costs.

I really love Michael's but now they are having a sweepstakes that really sucks. I tried to play the game today and was given a scratch game that didn't work. I couldn't scratch it. When I went to try on my regular computer, not handheld, it told me I have exceeded my gameplay for the day. That sucked.

This is not an exaggeration. Every time I shop here I check my receipt in the car and see that I was overcharged. I either had a clearance item not charged as clearance or the shelf pricing is different than the receipt. It never fails. I have to walk back in go to the aisle to make sure I saw the price correctly then go to the register, walk with the sales person over to the same aisle to show them to price tag, go back to register, call a manager, and 10 minutes later I'm back in my car going what the heck just happened! The only saving grace with this store is their new rewards program which helps with their high pricing if you don't catch a sale. The rewards can add up but you have only a small window to go back and use them up or they expire.

My granddaughter's eye was damaged FOR LIFE by a toy sold at Micheals! Do they take responsibility? No no... they continue to sell toys from China! My daughter was banned from this store because she complained about her daughter's injury!

Free shipping

Free shipping over $59 is lies. My order came to $107 the total including 7.95 shipping. I called they said I had two value packs total $21.90. What about my other $78 that's over $59 they would not return. And rude customer service. Hobby lobby. Blick will be getting my business for now on.

We had been searching everywhere for regular Christmas tree lights (not fairy lights) and we were running out of places to look, so we thought maybe we would try Michael's. One of the staff was very friendly and helped us find the lights amidst the huge amount of holiday stuff, and they actually had a decent amount left in stock (everywhere else we had been had none). The workers at the registers were quick and friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised to find out that the price was HALF what every other company was charging. It was an excellent experience and we were so grateful!

J'ai magasiné en ligne un produit. Il était supposé être en inventaire. J'ai payé. Puis, à la réception, je n'ai pas tout reçu les items magasiné. Ils ont enlevé une paertie de la commande qui était en rupture de stock. Comme c'était l'article que j'avais de besoin, les autres étant moins utiles, je les avais ajouté pour ne pas payer de gros frais de port pour un seul article, j'aurais annulé ma commande si j'avais su que l'Article dont j'avais de besoin n'était plus dispo. On ne m'a même pas appelé pour savoir si je voulais annuler toute la commande et en téléphonant le service à la clientèle, on me dit les heures d'ouvertures, dont l'heure à laquelle j'appelle est supposé être ouverte, et on me dit de rappeler quand ce sera ouvert et ça raccroche. ÉPOUVANTABLE SERVICE APRÈS VENTE: PLUS JA-MAIS JE NE RACHÈTERAI DE EUX, NE VOUS FAITES PAS AVOIR, ACHAT EN LIGNE MÉDIOCRE.

Im not american. I've seen michaels on it, so I decided to get art supplies for my sister. I used my debit card to get an art kit. 15 minutes after the confirmation email my order was canceled, I thought it was a mistake so I put in another order. That one was also canceled. These people took my money both times, that was 7 days ago and it still hasn't been returned. I'm pissed! I want my money back! I could never shop there or recommend them again!

Had a unique canvas stretched & framed. Poor quality on framing. Pattern on corners do not match. Frame was cut as if they were running out of stock. Canvas was damaged & poorly stretched. Staff said they would file an insurance claim IF we could prove. A professional job was promised but not delivered. The end results upset my wife. Paid over $200 for this. Will not use again!

Tried ordering items online, every item said ‘In Stock' for shipping to home. 11 items. I go through payment/review and get to complete purchase, only to have a red box pop up thst says one or more items may be out of stock or not have the amount you're wanting. Doesn't tell you which item. So I'm to guess? Go through all 11 adding or deleting to find it? When they ALL say IN STOCK?! NO THANK YOU! Ridiculous. Asked a chat/help and the reason is the online ordering is not ‘real-time'. So then tell me how it's convenient for anyone, ever? DONE

Ordered a desk on October 29,2020, so I thought I did. Nope. They spontaneously cancelled my order. No rhyme or reason. Just cancelled it. Ending up charging my card anyways. I had to call customer service, twice. Both times the clerk had a hard time finding my order (had to send a print screen as proof). They said they would refund me. In the end I had to force them to refund me by contacting my bank with a charge dispute.(October4,2020) Disreputable company, avoid at all costs. Go to Amazon for your online needs. I do not recommend this company to anyone!
