I was having a problem with the charges on my account. After several failed attempts I just quit trying. Later that evening I received a message with a number to call. A very nice man listened and explained it all. He took care of the issue and I was satisfied with the answer.
This site is a scam the WHOLE SITE! Im used to being on guard for fake profiles this is my first experience of every profile is a scam because the site itself is running the scam. How do I know? Long story short... After figuring out no one wanted to give any demographics detail and you get matched with like 25 matches in your city right off the bat!, but none of them can give you any details and none of them want to leave the site it's like the twilight zone I felt like I was on the walking dead walking into pleasantville feeling hopeful and alive only to realize nothing was as it seemed nothing is normal and no one wants to leave they just want to smile and wave and say they like connection but only thru the site. Honestly I was hurt I had thought I made a connection and to know it was a con is excruciating and these people don't care the emotional damage they are causing as long as they continue their monetary gain. This is a serial kind of cruel and it needs to stop

Refund for service. I did not care for the site and Olivia was great refunding my subscription. After reviewing the reviews on Meetmyage, I felt the site was not for me and felt the folks on there were not local as stated. They wanted to keep me chatting to spend more credits. Sorry just not for me.

While searching profiles, I found some women I thought I might be compatible with. I reached out too chat with them. At first it seemed normal. But after chatting for five, six days, I asked if she would like to get a cup of coffee, dinner, or a drink. I was chatting with four or five women, off and on. Each women responded the same way! They were all from a town right next door to my town. Apon further investigation, on my part. I noticed that every woman's profile, from that town was online. Besides that all of them were online 24/7. I'm talking about approximately 50+ women/profiles! The odds are against this being possible! You can complain, but it won't get you anywhere. Their policies say they won't refund your money after 17 days, no matter what! Just because you spot something out of place, and your investigation takes over 17 days. PLEASE TAKE A TIP FROM ME, DON'T USE MEET MY AGE! YOU'LL JUST MEET FRUSTRATION!
