Signed up for site. Didnt like it much so i cancelled. 3 months later im charged. Apparently i didnt cancel... oops. So i called and email request for cancel and refund. Still within 7 days per refund policy. Theyve got to be able to see thered beeen zero activity for months right. First they said no refund but complimentary 6mo free... useless i dont use it anymore. I said no i want refund. They added 50% refund to 6mo. Fine yeah. Get this over with. Then! U get nothing because your decision was made outside 7 day window per policy. Those alternative offers were deliberately meamt to push past the window. Which still doesnt satisfy policy because original equest was made within window

Redeemed money quickly! I inadvertently pressed a wrong button in the app and was mistakenly charged quite a bit of money. II asked to be reimbursed asap and it was done very quickly. I appreciated that. The app is not very user friendly…so their quick action was great.

I asked for a refund because after 2 days of being on the site and getting so many chat requests, they completely stopped. I was offered a partial refund and added months to my subscription for free, not that the extra months matter, when they basically apparently this site will hide your profile where no one will see it, but you know another lesson learned. Sad that folks have no problem messing with honest folks emotions and finances.

I joined MeetMyAge in early August and I was very impressed with both the quantity AND quality of the ladies enrolled in the program. With the other sites I've been with, they had quality people, very few were in local area. As soon as I went online I was swamped with visitors and chat requests! I've been out of the game for MANY years and I didn't know where to start. So MMA sounded simple and doesn't cost an arm & a leg. I signed on and the options appeared ok. But as I got more discriminating my options first turned to crap, then it just turned off. NOTHING. 48 hrs and no hits and the same OLD faces. And definitely not in line with my preferences or expectations. For example, I'm 55 and my age preference is ages 50-60. Why did I get 43-48 year olds. Really?!? What a waste of my time. At least the cost wasn't too high that's why my rating is 2 stars and not one.
