Very bitter experience with this HospitalsStore.com. I don't want to put even a single star in my review. In Order, they don't mention the estimated delivery days. Even after one week, they stopped to pickup phone call and don't bother to communicate with customer. Their Online Chat Bot is a farce. No option to cancel the Order. Money is totally forfeited.

I recently purchased a fiber optic laryngoscope online from hospitalsstore.com, and I am very pleased with the quality and price. The product was well-packed, of high quality and arrived in just 5 days - much faster than other local dealers! It came with a handle and 4 blades, everything I need. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend this website to others.

Had placed order for a Resmed cpap machine through their chat window and through their recommended sales person by paying token advance, for delivery on a specific date, they delayed updates on consignment dispatch, the sales person kept saying it's in dispatch, and and machine is not delivered even after 20days after placing order. Had to buy the machine from elsewhere. Now, noone responds when i requested for refund of the advance payment!

They have a wide range of medical products including ecg machines, xray machines, oxygen concentrators, patients monitors and more. I bought ECG machine and patient monitor from Hospitals Store and their service was excellent.
