Still within 7 days per refund policy. Theyve got to be able to see thered beeen zero activity for months right. First they said no refund but complimentary 6mo free... useless i dont use it anymore. I said no i want refund. They added 50% refund to 6mo. Fine yeah. Get this over with. Then! U get nothing because your decision was made outside 7 day window per policy. Those alternative offers were deliberately meamt to push past the window. Which still doesnt satisfy policy because original equest was made within window
