Maybe your search filters are not set up correctly. By clicking on the 2 dots in the top right corner, you can change the location, age, and other traits you'd prefer to see in your soulmate. We hope you will give our platform another chance.
I bought two packages of credits accidentally. They refunded me the second package with no effort. I like customer service, it's prompt and kind.

This app is everything BUT meet my age. The app matched me with people that were up to 30 years older and more than 20 years younger, even though I had specified the age range I was looking for, completely useless! In addition to that, in order to have a trial period, I had to pay for it (it wasn't much, but that's how they get your credit card number), so I paid for my trial period. The instructions were, if I didn't want to be charged for the next month, to cancel my subscription by a certain date. I canceled a week before the due date and they still charged my credit card. Had I not checked, they would have kept charging me US$59.99/mth. Because I live in Canada, even though they refunded me the money when I confronted them, because of the changing exchange rate, it still cost me over $4. The $4 are nothing, whatwver... but they should have never charged me after I cancelled my subscription!

Full of scams and when you tell the admin they ask for proof you send it then the same scam profile pops back up it's run by scammers for scammers
