I joined thinking it was 99p then that's it just too be curious. The next thing I got an invoice stating I have a direct debit of £83.99 taken off my PayPal account. Of course I didn't see anything on they site to suggest this is a 7 day trial it is cleverly put into the 99p sign up very small after your invoice and not in large print like okcupid or match which tell you beforehand what you paying for if you join up. This is a big scam and I feel really sorry for people signing up and not checking the small print after the 99p sign up. Beware new scam sign up without proper prices in bold, match or okcupid in bold you know what you paying for.
I received 8 initial messages but after responding to all of them I have zero messages back! So I must stay away!

So i asked a few questions some girls from a local small town saying what's that name of that club on the main junction of a street in town never never answered me. Its a scam so I packed in before my 7 days are up yesterday. Got an email thanking me for using their site and today I discovered I had an email in my spam an invoice to my bank for extra credit of £48 for 2950 credits. WTF.
I have been onto them and if you complain, they have a system with dealing with you they are called tickets so they must get plenty. No go cant get my money back. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMING NO GOOD CRIMINALS. The masquerade as a premium dating company YES SURE. Im going to bank tomorrow to try and retrieve my money as i never went through the normal channels to buy from them, you know the bank comes up you agree to pay NONE OF THAT press some button and they take your cash. I thought I would give it a try for the 7 days. My experience was awful from male users, so I decided I would cancel. Cancelled online, screen said - No payment will be taken. Great! Looked at my bank a few days later and there was $96 on hold for this company. Called my bank, they said wait until it pays out before we can dispute, so I email the company and say Do Not take that money. They did and for the past five days have harassed me and argued with me about their definition of seven days. They started my "premium" membership before my trial was up and they refused to refund me because it was past seven days. It was not. I finally asked one of the respondents if he made his mother proud, harassing a senior and stealing their money. All in all I had 4 different people email me arguing.

So pleased do not even bother to engage with this fake site l haven't even needed to use the so called trial as I realised right away the replies were AI generated and actual questions not replied. When I tried to dive deeper I was no longer able to message.Questions and answers are not real conversational replies so they need to humanise their so a great deal more. Please do not give them money as I see here they offer 99p trial but immediately taken more payments. It needs reporting to the appropriate authorities in each country to investigate and shut it down finally once more I think this site needs investigating immediately and shut down and those responsible charged. Registered yesterday for a cheap 7 day trial. That's the hook used to reel you in. Fake profiles with terribly written profiles, obviously done by someone with poor English writing skills! Send me your customer service number IMMEDIATELY so I can cancel and reverse the $40 overcharge or you're going to be served with a lawsuit for fraud in 72hrs! It will be a CLASS ACTION! The site is not very user friendly, says it's so much ($) per week and then takes the whole lot (I wanted just 3 months), plus another $99!
There was no mention of this when purchasing (I guess that should have been my warning sign) They are real quick at taking your money, but for a refund it's 5-7 business days

Refund is a standard banking operation, from our side we always try to speed up this process as much as we can, it can take up to 5-7 working days but it is not uncommon for money to be returned faster.

App doesn't work right, I set for 55-65, I'm 65, most responses were from 39-49, I was on the trial, next day I was a bit amazed I had over 100 responses, started looking and realized the ages, then clicked on the profile and very few were in my area, or even my country, USA, the ones in my area that I spoke with, 90% had broken English, I mentioned this to a few, they got real defensive and told be their English was fine, I said call me then, no phones, 7-8 of them, how many 40 somethings in USA, don't have a phone, especially if they pay $80 a month for this app. My trial ended tomorrow, so I wanted to look at info, I saw the ad $80 best plan, nothing else, thought if I clicked it I see other plans, more info, NO it just tenured in the subscription and took my money immediately, I cancelled immediately, a screen came up it will be cancelled at the end of your subscription, in 30 days. I have contacted the company and PayPal already. I'm sure the company I'll have to fight it's a crap app and not worth $1,000 a year, $80 a month

The site is LOADED with people who live in my town -- AMAZING! Except they're all Fakes & Phonies or want Your Money or SEX! I called customer service and spoke with a Max Davis. I explained the fake profiles and over 100 hits the first day! He was incredibly rude and sent me two nasty emails. He said I wasn't dealing with REALITY. How ironic is that?

All the profiles are fake, scripted, AI bots. People are working there replying to your chats and trying to keep you interested in the fake profile, so you will renew your subscription and keep chatting to them as long as possible. The pick up lines are completely fake, saying how handsome, good looking, wonderful I am etc etc. I received 50 fake women in my area, liking my profile and wanting to chat to me immediately. The site automatically takes your money without your approval, or knowledge, stealing money from your account on a recurring basis. When you request a refund for the money stolen, they flat out refuse, repeating that there is a no refund policy, and won't budge. They also blame you and say you purchased credits and you used most of the credits, when that is a lie, and they stole the money from your bank account without your authorisation. CONTACT PAYPAL AND YOUR BANK immediately to stop these scammers from getting your funds. The administration is fake also, so any replies from them to this review are lies.
