The support person Gary Boyle was great and cancelled my subscription renewal for Sept 3. I had only signed up late afternoon on Aug 4 but felt uncomfortable using the site and wasn't aware of the charges being in USD. I am in Canada. I have requested a refund as I hadn't even used the account 24 hrs.
Good so far. But it's not nice to put down a woman's age because I am not a standard 73 year old A 73 year old is usually some old lady. That for sure is not who I am. I have always been young at heart

I joined and immediately received lots of fake looking profiles. Blurry photos and conversations that seemed Ai generated. I spoke to customer service to request a refund the same day. The agent was Alex and he was very helpful.
