I emailed customer services and had immediate responses. I dealt with 3 individuals, Linda, Jake and Michael. All were very prompt with their action, very courteous and friendly with their tones and most important very helpful and did exactly as I required. Cannot fault them at all, 100% customer service satisfaction. Thank you.

Nice idea lovely ladies but...

I liked the idea of connecting with local ladies but then I noticed that where ever I changed my location too, the same happened for my contacts. Also, given that these ladies looking for companionship none seem to have time to actually meet!
On the upside the customer service team are top notch!

Very helpful

The customer service team is great and very helpful. I signed up on 7/13 late in the evening and canceled early morning on 7/14 because I felt online dating just isn't for me. I reached out to them today 7/15 regarding the charges I had received and they worked with me to refund 50% of the charges because they understood that I didn't even have the services for 12 hours. They were very quick in responding to my emails and were very kind.

I have been on many dating and friendships sites but meetmyage specialised in getting people my age to my profile without the need to constantly buy extra credits. The client service department is excellent. I put in a query and it was resolved the same day. Will recommend them to anyone for genuine connections

Right after I signed up, without a picture or profile info, my inbox started to blow up with matches and chats. Several messages with semi suggestive sexual messages attached. Lol. I strongly suspect many of these accounts are paid actors. They get paid per message generated. The site allows one free communication with each person to draw you in. Looking at every "person"s account and almost every single one of them lacked any profile content. And to prove what I say is true, I am not an overly good-looking man. Never in my life have I had an inbox so full let alone so quickly. See attached pic. That is a small sample of the nonsense you can expect.

All those men you have chosen for me are not my type and not even near what I've asked for. Then why do you ask for filling out those questions if you're not using it for sending me candidates. It's a waste of time. AND one of those men you've sent me (Antonio) I realized that is phony and fake. I have had some contact with them before and realized he is a same man and he's a fake account.
