I am in love with these company. The bathing suits are gorgeous and comfortable. Their basixx line is totally comfortable and affordable!

Matte Collections have provided the most unique swimsuits and cover ups that I just love. I'm always getting notifications by email and the app is easy to use. I ordered a Tyler Sheer Zebra Stripe cover up which fits great. I ordered a size XL based on the size guide. I even have another order on the way. Shipping and delivery was also on point. I am definitely a Matte babe and look forward to upcoming designs.

Second time writing a review since the first one was asked through email to be automatically posted to their direct website which unfortunately was taken down by the company because they only believe in posting their "5 star" reviews. I bought the 2 piece jogger set in black, with a few others, only wore the black one so far and after a few hours of wearing it just lounging around the house I decide to look between my legs near the crotch area since I felt something weird and it's a bunch of lint balls as if they have been wore before or so. Not sure if it was worn before (since I wished I would've looked before putting them on) but I know when something like that happens so soon it means it is made of VERY cheap quality which is very sad for a company. Especially since they use celebrities to model their brand. Like, I didn't even wear them a few times before this happened. It's sad. Only bought one swim suit from them last year, and it will be my last since I had to experience this. If one thing is cheap quality, everything is. Stick with fashion nova for joggers and swim suits, or even h&m for their joggers… hell!

I ordered 4 items which were sale items which later found out could not be returned and I could not exchange them since outbof stock at time. I found this out when I recrived the items back i returned.
I did not get an emsil saying "your items are being returned" instead I got an email with tracking and shop payment installment. When I received the package (not realizing it was my original) I refused it and returned to sender. I was not paying to ship another package

I sent an detailed email along with pic of returned package and confirmed with USPS it is at their location. A follow-up email was sent again and I keep getting the same response they do not have it. I realize it's my mistake to return as I did however this could have been avoided if they had contacted me in the beginning about the return. I provided contact number in each email also. No attempt to resolve this was made. I did make my shop payments to be done with this nut will not be ordering from Mstte Collection in the future.

I have purchased a few items for swim to dress, and I was more then pleased. I a plus sized women and love this line.

I'm disappointed that I have to write this review but I ordered 12 items from the Matte Collection on Oct 30th, 2021 and today is Nov 25,2021, I still haven't received my items yet. During this time, I have reached out to this company via email over 4 times only to receive an automated email stating that they will respond within 24-48 hrs which hasn't happened not even once. A representative responded more than 2 weeks later after I sent an affirming email demanding a response or a full refund. They apologized for the inconvenience and stated that my package would be express shipped. After not receiving the tracking number and the order still showing "unfulfilled" on their website, I had to reach out yet again for them to send me a tracking number to USPS days later. After attempting to track the package every day since November 17, it still shows that USPS hasn't received the items from Matte Collection. See below;

This is by far the absolute worst customer service that I have ever received from any company, in-store or online. They lack a sense of urgency and they are extremely unprofessional. The communication is very poor and shows a great deal about the integrity of the company. I have ordered from this company before in the past with no problems so I'm not sure what went wrong this time but I would avoid ordering anything from this company ever again based on this experience alone.

Please proceed with caution! And order at the risk of not receiving your items at all.

Ordered several bathing suits and cover-up and completely happy with all. Had to return one item (purchased wrong size) and was very pleased with their customer service and how quickly they forwarded my credit to my email account.
