These clothes are so cheap. When you wear them it's a one time outfit. I bought a tan outfit I could only wear once because the fabric rolled up with little balls all over it. Had to throw it away. Next I wore a dark grey outfit. The color of the fabric stained my skin, my nails, my underwear, ruined my favorite bra and destroyed my 1700 Gucci bag. They are trash trash trash. Literally throwing tomatoes. I'm so pissed. I'll never be able to use my favorite bag again! I was not in the rain, I didn't sweat. I sat indoors for about 4 hours at an event. I have never had fabric literally stain my skin and nails. I've washed my hands over and over it's still not gone.

Fellas, go somewhere else if you're ordering for your wife or gf. I tried to get my wife something nice, stretch budget to get her many items from this over priced collection. This was a surprise gift.
The pants I ordered her were too small. She sent a nice email politely asking for an exception to their return policy for a size change. It was a hard no, so that'll be a hard no on any more purchases.

I ordered feb 9th here it is March 22 and half my order is still up in the air… i received 4 pieces, 5 were still missing but all were marked delivered. I knew this would be problematic from the jump because if you mark everything in my order as fulfilled when it wasn't, how are you going to keep up with what I still haven't received? So I reached out and was told to be patient. They restocked so I reached out again because I hadn't received a shipping notification. I was assured my items would be shipped the next day again and again and again. I actually tell ppl to shop here all the time but after this experience I won't be coming back. I was spoken to like I was crazy and impatient when they just could not get their shipping and inventory issues together. Or take accountability for having a failing system in place. Finally I was shooed off with a partial refund and discount with the promise of receiving the missing items… (although the blue swimsuit was never received either and wasn't refunded but discounted…) I gave up. I was tired of going back and forth with these ppl when no one cared to give me a real resolution. They can have the money and the swimsuits. This company is not worth the headache. My order $250 order from SHEIN came in two weeks no problem with all my items present. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH MATTE COLLECTION.

I ordered 4 swimsuits back in Jan. I didn't receive the 4th swimsuit so I reached out about it. They told me the product was no longer available so I asked for a refund. I should have been told that the product was no longer available BEFORE receiving my package without the product. It's been almost 2 months and NO refund. I'm not sure if the site is ran by someone new but I will be reporting it as fraud with my bank and will not be ordering from Matte anymore. It's ridiculous and has never taken this long for a company to issue me a refund.

I made an order Feb 7th, we r now March 2nd. No tracking info, when I email they can't give me any info on what's going on but that they are so busy. I paid for the rush shipping for nothing. So disappointing.

I gave them an extra star for the advertising because that's what got me. But don't waste your money. It won't come on time and when it finally arrives, after your vacation I might add, there will be items missing and you will be throughly disappointed with the quality of those items. Also, make sure to pay full price for this garbage just in case you want a refund or else if you used a discount code they'll only offer you a store credit.

I always come back to MATTE Collection for my swim suits and cover ups. Great material and the best prices! I have part of my closet dedicated to all of the items I've purchased.

Please do not waste your time and hard earned money with this company! SCAM Artist! Buy elsewhere more like Forever21.com

Ordered product that was way too small. Immediately asked for a refund/return. Took at least a week for the return approval. Returned the items within 2 days of receiving them. Waited 3 weeks for verification of the return. Sent several emails asking for return information. That is the only form of communication. After proving my purchase, return request and tracking info I was sent a virtual gift card for store credit, not a refund. Sorry but will never purchase from them again

I ordered a package from Matte Collection in November of 2021, at present it is September of 2022. I hadn't noticed that the order never left the warehouse until recent while combing through my email. I reached out to cancel and refund my order and was told that because it had been more than a year it was outside the resolution period. I clarified that it hadn't been more than a year and they responded with "The order is beyond the resolution period." They were very short and unsympathetic with me. Their website has no mention of a resolution period, only a period for returns that states that a package must be returned within 14 days of shipment. My order cannot be classified as a return since the order was placed and no further action was taken, a shipping label was never even created. In fact, regarding the cancellation of orders, their policy states, "Send an email to customer service at *******@mattecollection.com as long as the order has not been fulfilled they will be able to cancel your order. After the order has been fulfilled we are no longer able to cancel your order." I will not be shopping with this company again if they are going to improvise baseless rules.

They tell you 1-3 days for processing and 3-5 for shipping but it's been 9 business days and they haven't even shipped the items. If you order from here make sure you don't need the outfit or swimsuit for any upcoming trips or events. They do not follow their own shipping policy

Only order If you are 100% sure of your order because you can't exchange it! I am very disappointed as all I wanted was to changed the size and they won't even allow that. Horrible customer service

I placed an order on Monday 5/23 for two day shipping. It was confirmed that my order would arrive on Wednesday 5/25 and this was perfect because I had a pool party to go to on Saturday 5/28. All of the other websites I ordered from delivered when they were supposed to except for Matte! When I checked on Wednesday all of sudden the status was gone so I reached out to customer support. While waiting for a response on Thursday 5/26 the delivery info was finally updated confirming my order will be delivered on Tuesday 5/31. Then after that I get a response from customer service confirming this and it's like no duh I know this as well! They did say they would give me money back for the expedited shipping but that is not the point! When people place orders for expedited shipping it is because they are needing the items quickly for a reason. The damn pool party is over and done with so Matte please reach out to your competitors to see how they go about delivering their products on time!

Buyer beware! They delete comments from social media and online. Inaccurate sizing and they photoshop models. Returned items the day after receiving and because they claim it was on sale (it wasn't), they won't refund my money. Check BBB for reviews. All bad. They operate within loopholes and are sneaky. Will NEVER buy from them again. I have 4 brand new swimsuits I will never be able to wear. Trash company. Avoid at all cost

This company is now my go to for swimwear. They have such a good variety of styles and colors. The quality is much higher than other online sites I've tried. The prices are amazing also. I appreciate the fact they are service based as well because I'm big on customer service. I look forward to their emails to see all the new styles and buy them before that sell out. Shipping is always quick and tracking is awesome. Matte Collection is highly recommended!

Love the site. Items are delivered quickly. Items are packaged neatly.The quality of there items are excellent. Items I purchased fit perfectly. Highly recommend Matte Collection.

They have changed the cut on the suits. I purchased several this year and compared them to the tops from last year which are the same style. This year the straps are extremely narrow. They also have small sleeves on extra large items. Guess what? They refused my refund. Didn't even offer to exchange. I even provided pictures to prove the difference in the cut. Keep your money!
