Does anyone have the contact details for the owner or manager of this company? I ordered a swimsuit, they sent me the wrong one and now will not correct the order, they have supposedly given me a refund, however in my initial email i stated that i wanted the correct swimsuit. Also the refund consisted of the amount - the shipping cost, why should i pay shipping costs for something i didn't receive. I also advised that the refund would not help because i purchased the swimsuit on sale and now it's doubled in price so it doesn't make any sense at all. The message the responded to me with is the exact same message as the first response i received - copy & paste. It's 2022 and companies still think it's okay to do this to people is disgusting. I am so disappointed and heartbroken. I had a photoshoot booked on a trip and wanted the swimsuit i ordered.

I have about 6 different swimsuits from Matte Collection that I'll be reviewing. The quality is amazing and affordable. So while you're taking those much needed vacays and baecays, you'll be super cute and sexy!

These swimsuits will get you lots of compliments. I haven't felt so confident in a swimsuit in a long time. The fabric was top notch and comfortable and for being so lowcut I still felt secure. Great value!

I purchased items that didn't fit... imagine that! I asked for an exchange and I was denied! I've been ripped off! Do not use this company... BE WARE!

I order Nyke One Piece - Mustard Snake 1X. My breast size is 40DD. My tits didn't fit no where in the cuff. I ordered 1x hoping that they would. The strips seem a little thin and cheap! I also order the Maldives - Oversized Beach Hat - Black One Size. Now the thing define cheap! When l received it the wire was sticking out. I tired to refund it and my refund was rejected. What a shocker. I haven't even worn it‍. I tired reaching out for what ever reason the email address didn't work for me. And why can't you upload real pics to this website so people can see the fit. All l seen was professional pics. I did like the Achilles Sheer Cover Up - Leopard X-Large. It's nice just a non compliment fit to the shoulders. But, overall l have no choice but to keep it! Because the refund process is a joke. U have to get a approval for your money. Guarantee you Victoria secrets doesn't do business this way. Matte collection you can learn a lot from them. In all l had a bad experience. Keeping my money is like l got $#*!ed! Well the American way l guess! Don't order unless u have one of those models body!

I ordered 4 swimsuits. I ordered a Large because I went according to their online sizing chart. I am 5'6", and about 150lbs. The tops are for people with small breasts apparently. I am a 34DD, but I am between a size 10 and size 12.
All the bottoms look like they would fit fine, but the tops look like they are for people in a B cup. You can see the difference in sizing with my pictures of my bra, and the Matte swimwear top. Big difference. When I created an account, I was offered a 20% off coupon. As I was shopping, a "flash sale" was offered, so I opted to shop the sale instead. BIG mistake. Anything you buy on the flash sale for $16 is non-refundable. Now I'm stuck with $80 worth of swimsuit bottoms and tops that don't fit. Lesson learned. No more shopping at these popup sites.

I have been waiting a month for my refund for 2 returns because their 1 piece bathing suits are made for woman 5ft tall! I am 5 7' put the suits on and the cups were above my belly button. I have sent 5 emails so far to get my refund sent proof they received my returns and still no response from them. There a joke! Beware of this company.

I'm in love with my pieces from Matte Swim. I purchased the zebra bikini and matching cover up and it was so flattering and sexy! I will definitely be purchasing from them again!

I just read the company was started by a twenty four year old, which explains why the customer service is so poor. I spent over $200 during a sale ordering over twenty items. One of the items wasn't shipped, I asked if the item can be included in the most recent order placed and was told the item is sold out and I would be refunded. Having a proper count of inventory is extremely important, allowing people to place orders for items you don't currently have in stock - is called False Advertising! Customer Service (if that's what you want to call it) can only be reached by email and does not provide a sufficient resolution. I'm very hesitant about placing any future orders as the previous experience was never corrected. I definitely wouldn't place an order at full price, and I have seen numerous pop up sales that haven't persuaded me either. This is why people stick with ordering from companies like Amazon. It's the customer service for me!

I placed an order on 2/28 and paid additonal for the expedited 2 day shipping. Upon checking my tracking number it still reflects at the stage of label creation so I reached out to Matte Collection via email as they do not offer any other way of communication and was told the shipping carrier (Fedex) has been having delays and to reach out to them because it is out of their hands. Upon reaching out to Fedex they confirmed that the label was created by the company but the package is not yet in their posession which is why my tracking still shows no movement 10 days later. I reached back out to Matte Collection to request my package be sent out with expedited shipping as it should have been in the first place or to see if it can be cancelled and fully reimbursed to no response other than if my package doesn't ship out at then end of NEXT week, then they will then reship at that time. So I pay for expedited shipping to get a bs response of blaming it on the shipping carrier to having to wait more than 2 weeks before MAYBE getting my package reshipped. They bathing suits and coverups are gorgeous however, the customer service is terrible. Why offer expedited shipping and then hold onto my package without even looking into why it has not yet been shipped out and instead of finding a resolution, pawning me off to Fedex just to have to circle back to Matte with no answers outside of wait and maybe we will reship.

I received my 3 piece set it's good quality I would buy from matte collection again I'm a very happy customer

Matte Collection is the one and only place I get my swimsuits from. The quality is amazing, the fit is perfect and shipping is freaky fast. I am a forever customer

I ordered the Jonas bikini and an oversized hat. My package arrived with just the hat, no bikini. There's no customer service line so I had to send an email, they just responded that they were refunding my money because the item was no longer available. I really really wanted that swimsuit but it's not even on the website anymore. Now I have to wait 7-10 days to get my money back.

I purchased the red snake bikinis and the and the edan black bikini, amazing both of them, the red ones were very kinky and looked sexy, the black ones were extremely comfortable and sexy

The shipping was amazing! I was a bit surprised at the arrival of my items…it came on time for my trip and the fitting of the bathing suits was perfect…great quality!

Be very careful buying from this company. The swimsuits are extremely small and there's little to no support for your busy. If you're a size D or higher, these swimsuits will not fit.

Their return policy is insane! Anything you buy discounted CANNOT be returned. They even made a loop hole in their store policy. Anytime they run a sale their swimsuits are $16. According to their terms you cannot get a refund for items purchased for $16 or less. Please keep in mind, when they're running these sales, it's automatically applied. So would have to wait until their sale is over to purchase and item full price so that you have the option to return it if it doesn't fit. Complete scam and very shady way to run a business.

Read terms & conditions before buying from these shops. Some a have very disappointing policies like Matte Collection. Will not be purchasing from this store again and I recommend others to avoid shopping here.

I liiiiive! This is one beautiful, sexy bikini & I cannot wait to wear it on my next vacation (Cause my city doesn't deserve these buns). I'm 5'11, & thick, so I sized up & got an XL & it fits perfectly.

Matte collection has tons of lovely pieces that fit great and true to size. All are fashionable and versatile. The shipping is fast and easy and I love when they have a sale. I buy almost all of my swimwear for vacation from here and have for the last 2 years. Great quality pieces and fast shipping you can't beat! Highly recommend.
