Of the six lights I bought only one of them lights. We have done everything we could to get them to work. This is a total ripoff.
I bought 4 of these solar lights. When received, only one of them worked. I have tried everything with the other three to no avail. Terrible instructions in case something is wrong.
Terrible communication when trying to talk to someone about this. I am putting them back in the mail today. I would advise, if you are looking at reviews all of these, including mine should be a warning for you.
I bought 5 lights 2of them quit working 2 days after I turned them on after reading all the reviews that the BBB and state attorney generals should get involved.
After the ad popped up on Facebook about these "super bright solar lights" I ordered 5 lights. They were received two weeks later, in flimsy boxes in a plastic bag, with no protective packing such as bubble wrap. Three of the 5 lights never worked, the other 2 lights come on occasionally but are not the super bright lights that were advertised. I emailed customer service for return instructions and they replied that I have to return at my own expense, which can be expensive, and will take 3 weeks or more to receive a refund. They offered an immediate 65% refund if I don't return the lights! That amounts to paying $58 for junk! What a scam! I've filed a dispute with my credit card company and hope to receive a full refund.
Wish I would have done my homework before buying this junk! $400 worth. Some don't work right out of the box.
Called and waited on hold only to be hung up on by someone who doesn't even speak English! Called back and waited on hold again and then they acted like they couldn't hear me.

Ordered 4 solar lamps which were shipped in a plastic bag without packing materials. Film over solar lamps missing on all 4. One light was on inside the box. Clearly these were returned items reshipped to me. 2 out of 4 worked. Wrote customer service that I was returning on their unconditional return policy and they offered to give me 65% of the purchase price minus $20 to ship it back. Unbelievable.
Purchased 6 - 4 worked for one day - the other two went out a couple days later. I had to pay to return them - they say that is in their return policy which is impossible to find, I called my credit card company immediately and it is being investigated. Wish I'd done my homework before I ordered these horrible lights.
Purchased 5 lights and 2 do not work. Company is non-responsive! E-mails bounce back and phone number on my cc is not in service. Tracked down another number---on hold for over 30 minutes... still waiting!
This is what happens when you don't do your research before buying something on Facebook. Bought 5 lights for $159.00 and in less than 2 days NONE of them work. So, I'm going to replace the battery in one to see if that works, but I am not confident. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
This was the worse $300 I have spent in a long time. I received 10 lights and only 2 work. They will not send a return shipping label. You have to mail them back at your own expense and good look with a credit... they told me a replacement but I want my money back.
I should have done this before I ordered. Three of four I oredered have not worked. How can you do business? Now after struggling with the; m I have to ship them back at my expense, shame on you. Even the box the box thay came in had ANOTHER address on it. Reading these other reviews I think this company should be sued. The security lights work right now.

I bought 20 for a large garden and 3 days later, only 6 worked, now only 3 Total junk We had a light spring shower the day after they came then they just quit. This reflects on Amazon Prime. How can they let this happen to us.?
My light is missing parts. I got a phone number from my bank statement (no packing invoice or return info included). I was told it is not returnable and given an email to send a picture to customer service but the email came back as invalid. Customer service number now has recording that says no agents available to answer the call. What happened to all the glowing reviews on the internet- they are missing along with the facebook ad that I ordered off of. Would have given no stars if that was a choice
I received my package of 20 lights and 5 do not work. I sent an email to their support address and received a reply back that in order to get a replacement I will need to mail back the faulty lights at my own expense per their policy. I advised they can't mail out faulty items and then require the consumer to pay for the costs associated with the exchange. They sent a second email advising this is their policy.

Horrible! They falsely advertised as having 7 bulbs. Ones with only 4 bulbs arrive. Also, one was broken! Came in flimsy mailing packaging... not a big box. Wouldn't refund me 100%. Said that they would give me 50% back and just keep their terrible product. I will NEVER buy from them again and will tell everyone to stay away. I can't believe they can get by with falsely advertising their product!
When I received my solar lights from Lumina bright they were delivered in a large plastic bag(you know the kind that is easy to grab and toss) 2 of the 5 lights I ordered did not work at all and since my last contact with Lumina a 3rd light now isn't working! Lumina informed me that I would, at my expense have to send them back for replacement. Being that 60%of my order did not work makes me feel the odds are against me that 100% would work! Like I told them, I've taken this as another life's lesson at 64 yrs of age... don't do business with a company you did not solicit from your email box!
When I saw ad with many great reviews and pictures showing lights with 7 bulbs, I looked around for some other reviews. Didn't find any but seems others like me experienced the same thing. Claim of 90 day returns but No packing list, phone number goes to recording with no chance to leave message. Product worked for 1 day. Clearly not a reputable business.
The article/ad on Facebook etc. promises a lot but Luminabright solar lights don't deliver. We bought three. One light never worked and the other two barely stay on for one hour and a half after dark. Waste of money.
I purchased three of these lights. The first week, they worked great. Then, they just stopped working. They say there's a 90 day guarantee but I cannot get a response from the company. Horrible. Do not buy these!
I purchased 5 of these lumina bright solar lights for approximately $200.00. Save your money or purchase this type of solar lights from Amazon Home Depot or Lowes. Answer: Am I talking to a LuminaBright employee or a person that bought the lights? It said at the beginning I might be talking to either one and it is just a guess but I will probably be talking to someone who bought them and they can't help me other than to tell me their horror story. I would like to know how to get my money back for these pretty much useless lights. I bought 10 lights and right out of the box 2 of them didn't work. And now I have 5 lights that don't work. Have had them for about 4 days and I keep losing 1 or 2 a day. I paid $306 for them and they are junk that I could have gotten at the Dollar Store. I did read before my purchase, that if you weren't completely satisfied with your purchase that you could return them with no questions asked. But low and behold, you can't find how to do that anywhere online. Silly me for believed that! I have tried all your tricks that I read in the bad reviews and nothing makes the bad lights work again. I would like to return them all for a refund. I do not want to sit around waiting for the 5 left to go bad like the rest. Can anyone help?
