My husband brought 20 of these lights, none worked, sadly he passed away shortly after the purchase, by the time I was capable of dealing with the problem it was too late to return the product.
Waste of my $300+. Lights work extremely briefly and then you can't change the batteries as the battery compartment doesn't even come off. They don't stand behind their products. Can barely understand their customer agents. Won't replace products and won't issue refunds. They just say they don't understand. This is just awful and I am disgusted by this whole thing. Sick to my stomach. BBB got my complaint as well. TOTAL SCAM!
Bought 10. Tried 4, one after another, thinking I had just gotten a bad one. By that time LuminaBright said it was too late to return. Horrible piece of crap! Worked for about a week.
I ordered 5 WARM WHITE solar lights. I loathe cool white lights - just my preference. When I was ready to place order, I was offered an opportunity to add another light for a cheaper price. I declined the offer. However, as I left that page and moved on to check out, the system automatically defaulted my order to cool white, which is what I received. Of course, customer service told me their records showed that I had ordered cool white, even though I specifically ordered warm white but THEIR system defaulted back to cool white. I was told I could return for an exchange or a refund LESS SHIPPING AND HANDLING EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS THEIR MISTAKE, but since I HARD ORDERED COOL WHITE (which I most definitely did not order), the return shipping costs were my responsibility. BUYER BEWARE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
These worked great... for about three weeks, so I contacted the company and was instructed to remove all screws, take out the batteries, dust them off, and reassemble. That worked... for about three more weeks. I was just told today that I will need to do that about every 3 weeks due to moisture buildup. It takes about 5 minutes per light, and I'm sure the teeny tiny screws will eventually strip from being worked so much.
I ordered 3 and one never worked. The other two stopped after a week. Contacted customer support who recommended disassembling the lights and cleaning and reinserting the batteries. Did this and two worked immediately and the third never did. After 2 days, none are working and I am now told that they are out of the 90 day warranty. Of course, they are out of warranty because delays in responses from the company support site drag the affair out until warranty expires and they win. DO NOT PURCHASE!
These things last maybe 2 to 3 weeks if you're lucky. Some may work a little longer but here's the kicker - THEY DO NOT WARRANTY THESE past 90 days. NO SUPPORT. I hope these guys get what they deserve.

Don't waste the money. They work for maybe a day or two and then you have to open and remove battery, wipe contacts and re-install. This is a FAULTY product. Wish I had read the reviews here earlier!
I ordered a total of $200 worth of lights for my front and backyard. Didn't work from the start.
When I called them they told me to open up the battery and wipe off if they didn't work to send back which I had to pay for and then they will send me a replacement which I had to pay for shipping AGAIN! BUYER BEWARE! JUNK LIIGHTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Something is wrong with the circuitry design. In order to get it working one needs to remove battery and install it back. It works one night. Switching system does not work properly-it blocks battery from bulbs after one circle.
These lights suck, do NOT buy them. It's truly a waste of money. I spent over 300 dollars on these lights and only one of them work. The company sucks, the services suck and the product sucks. Trust all of these reviews, I wish I had seen them before purchasing them
Purchased 8, only 2 worked. Was told to take out the battery and wipe them off. Unable to open the area for the battery screw was stripped. Customer Service was difficult to work with and understand. Very unsatisfied! 90 days was over on the 29th of July. They have NEVER WORKED SINCE WE PURCHASED THEM! They should make this right
I purchased 5 lights, only 2 of them worked from the date I received them. I changed the switch position on the other 3 - there is only an on or an off switch, thinking maybe it was not on but they never lit up.
Of the 2 lights that did work, those 2 only worked for a period of 2 weeks. The onset of the 3rd week of owning these lights, those 2 lights ceased to work as well.
So, I have 5 lights that I paid $159.95 and none work.
I purchased 5 from the. 99 cent store last year - costing me 5.00 plus tax that have worked at least 6-7 months. So you can see what junk this company is selling and then they will not credit full amount if they do let you return them.
I plan to let the better business know as well - there has to be something that can be done - companies should not be able to sell junk like this
$159.00 for lights that only work for 2 weeks is highway robbery. When I ordered these - I think this company was just starting - I did not see all the negative comments then that are posted now.\
This company is selling JUNK MERCHANDISE - DO NOT BUY IT
Well I ordered 5 and 1 broke in half when I put it in the ground. The other 3 didn't work in a few days. I was told to unscrew the unit and clean the battery. I just had them a week.
It has been way pass the 90 day period for me to return or to get my $176.10 back, so don't purchase these. Horrible!
These lights worked for ONLY ONE NIGHT. When I contacted customer service, they suggested that I remove the battery and clean the contacts. I could not even open the battery compartment. When I finally reached a human being at Lumina, the person was unable to communicate with me other to read a manual in barely intelligible English. She suggested that I return the lights at my cost. However, Lumina refuses to issue a refund unless all of the original packaging is still intact. They then offer a 50% refund and let you keep the crappy lights. Stay away from this lousy product with no customer support.

I ordered these and paid a lot of money for them expecting to get a quality product. The first night I used them 2 did not work. I emailed the company and was told to take the 4 screws and take the battery out, check the connection and put it back together! THIS on a brand new item! Evidently this happens a lot for them to tell me this. Well, they sent me 2 replacements... every night I have to check them and every night I have between 2 and 4 of them that do not work! I was told to send them back, PAY for shipping, which I refuse to do, any company I have had to return something they have emailed me a pre-paid shipping label. I am done with them and as I said in the heading, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

It said at the beginning I might be talking to either one and it is just a guess but I will probably be talking to someone who bought them and they can't help me other than to tell me their horror story. I would like to know how to get my money back for these pretty much useless lights. I bought 10 lights and right out of the box 2 of them didn't work. And now I have 5 lights that don't work. Have had them for about 4 days and I keep losing 1 or 2 a day. I paid $306 for them and they are junk that I could have gotten at the Dollar Store. I did read before my purchase, that if you weren't completely satisfied with your purchase that you could return them with no questions asked. But low and behold, you can't find how to do that anywhere online. Silly me for believed that! I have tried all your tricks that I read in the bad reviews and nothing makes the bad lights work again. I would like to return them all for a refund. I do not want to sit around waiting for the 5 left to go bad like the rest. Can anyone help?
