Bought 3 of the spotlights. Worked about 3 months then no more. Emailed company to replace or refund. Told me only 9 day warranty so nothing they can do. Really? For the price I paid for these only 90 day warranty. Rip off... Do not waste your money! It is funny how their website has only 5 star positive reviews... I promise these are junk!
Bought three of these lights and only one worked. They sent two replacements that did not work. Call back again and they would not replace the replacement lights. Don't be fooled by the web page lights and customer service is TERRIBLE. THESE LIGHTS DO NOT WORK. DO NOT BUY THESE LIGHTS THEY STINK!
I paid approximately $100 for three solar powered lights sold by LuminaBright. Upon opening the package, the product quality was at best average. The product performance was awful. After a couple of days, two lights stopped working completely. When I sent an email to their customer support address, LuminaBright offered to refund 65% of the purchase price while letting me keep the products. When I refused, they agreed to a full refund but refused to pay the return shipping costs. So I am out of pockect for the cost of returning clearly defective products. Even if the lights worked, they are cheap and over-priced. You can buy better lights at your home improvement store for $5-10 per light. Plus you have to pay to return them if they don't work. Read the other reviews on this site, which are very similar to mine. Don't waste your money on this cheap junk sold by a company that doesn't stand behind its products. If LuminaBright balks at giving you a full refund, contact your credit card company and open up a dispute.
I purchased 6 lights in March 2019, installed three of them on the eaves of my house at the end of April 2019 after "charging them in the sunlight" and they worked for 1 night only. The second night they quit working. I subsequently contacted the Support Center three times, speaking to three different customer representatives of which the first two phone reps obviously knew nothing about the product -- telling me that "the Chinese-made lithium battery could be replaced with a AA battery at Walmart" or that I "needed to clean the dust from the battery connection by removing the screw behind the light" (actually, the battery is located behind the solar panel and there are 4 screws.) The third person simply emailed me a set of photo diagrams/instructions to answer the question "Lumina LED normally works for several days and then it stops working, how to fix?" Obviously, Lumina Bright continues to sell a product with known defects and no remedy. By misrepresenting the goods, the seller is liable for triple damages in tort for deceit.
After returning the 6 lights (for which I spent $193 as well another $30 in return postage) and requesting a refund, the Company offered to pay me 50% of my original cost excluding shipping.
This is a SCAM! Don't be fooled like the rest of us!
NOT WORTH IT! A bad product! Out of 60 lights that i ordered only 5 remain working, I did get an adjustment on the price, but over all i do not recommended this product.

Bought 3 lights, after 2 nights, 1 stopped working, 2 days later another stopped working. At $40 a piece I expected better. Customer service - non existent and when finally contacted are completely useless. DON'T BUY... EVER!
I bought the light from lumina light and it only work one day.
And it's impossible to get your money back.
Don't buy anything from them.
Also there is no phone number or customer service where you can get in touch with.

Wish I had read these reviews before wasting my money. These things are pure junk. DO NOT BUY THESE LIGHTS. The return system is just as bad. This company should be ashamed selling these products. I'm contacting the BBB. Someone needs to check on this company and their business practices. This is how one of the lights arrived to my house. It was completely broken and of course, not working.
I ordered 4 Lumina Bright Cool White Solar Powered lights. Three of the four worked when I received them. The one that didn't work I found the wires for the LED lights were not soldered to the circuit board. They worked for one day and quit... they will not recharge. Emailing the company is a total waste of time... plus there is no place to return them and get your money back... these are junk and they know it... they are just steeling our money.
Ordered 8 lights in March and only 3 of 8 work; one was received with a broken post. I complained and at the end of March and received an email with a request number to send in a picture of the broken post. I tried to reply but the email never went through. I complained again and was sent an email to log into the site and after logging in was given an online message that read: This page doesn't exist. I am thinking this is / was a scam. The two pictures attached show (1) the 6 of which 2 only work and (2) show the light with the broken post in the box.
We ordered 8 lights in March anticipating some landscaping work to be completed in the spring. When we finally took them out to the box, we could not get them to work. I called the number on the website and through broken English they explained they were out of warranty and nothing they would do. You have to wonder when their website shows positive reviews, but there is no way to leave a review... I also wanted to review their warranty policy, but there is only a small paragraph in their sales form. In hindsight this firm is too sketchy to stay in business...
Purchased 6 of the worthless lights. One works. I have tried everything to try to get them to work. Nothing helped. I was amazed that there is no contact information sent with the product. I will not send them back for replacement. What will I do with another 5 defective lights. Oh I know, put them in the GARBAGE because that's what they are.
I purchased 4 of these lights. They were late coming so I was on a 3 week vacation when they arrived. I put the first two in the yard. One worked for about 2 months, 1 worked about 6 weeks. I put the other 2 out. 1 worked for about 3 weeks the other never worked. I called LuminaBright since it was almost 90 days. I was told that they won't do anything until you troubleshoot and check for defective batteries. I told her that it would mean that it would be over 90 days and she said "no problem", she would note my account. I have taken them apart, checked the batteries, put them back together and tried them again. Of course, since there is no way to tell if they are on, it takes at least 3 days to test each one. None work. Called them back and was told that they will not replace them because 90 days have passed. I am just out of luck and out $149.00. Not a happy customer.
I purchased 6 lights. 5 of the 6 stopped working within a day or 2. The company asked that I take the solar batteries out 'to dry". They did replace 5 lights and all 5 lights while worked for a at or 2 are dead.
Worse solar experience I ever had.
I bought five and 4 worked and then they stop working. I emailed the company and they said open the panel Chad take battery out and our back in and they worked again. The problem is I have to do it every day... REALLY!
False advertising. These lights are a ripe off. I am so mad at myself. My husband works hard for our money. I wasted over 100.00 for these lights. I would have rather bought a very good flash light and had a employee of the LuminaBrite company who took my money for the original order, stand outside my house shinning the light on my house ALL NIGHT LONG. Jerks. I bet the CEO IS LAUGHING HIS HEAD OFF all the way to the bank.

I bought these in Feb or this year. Since it was winter, I did not put them out until Spring. They NEVER came on. I complained. I was told that there may be moisture in them. I cleaned them as instructed but still no lights. And now they tell me that the warranty has expired [90 days] Please do NOT waste your money.
The Lights worked for 3 days and did not work again. The phone is disconnected when I tried to call. I also did not think to look at the reviews which were all bad.

It said at the beginning I might be talking to either one and it is just a guess but I will probably be talking to someone who bought them and they can't help me other than to tell me their horror story. I would like to know how to get my money back for these pretty much useless lights. I bought 10 lights and right out of the box 2 of them didn't work. And now I have 5 lights that don't work. Have had them for about 4 days and I keep losing 1 or 2 a day. I paid $306 for them and they are junk that I could have gotten at the Dollar Store. I did read before my purchase, that if you weren't completely satisfied with your purchase that you could return them with no questions asked. But low and behold, you can't find how to do that anywhere online. Silly me for believed that! I have tried all your tricks that I read in the bad reviews and nothing makes the bad lights work again. I would like to return them all for a refund. I do not want to sit around waiting for the 5 left to go bad like the rest. Can anyone help?
